“Lou was fantastic with Narla. From the first message she was clear, friendly and great at communicating the whole way through. We felt completely at ease knowing Narla was in safe hands. Lou sent regular updates, which was really reassuring, and it was obvious that Narla was happy and well cared for. We could not have asked for a better experience and would happily book with her again.”

“This was my first time using a dog sitter and i was naturally aprehensive. Angel set me right at ease with an inperson meet and greet and talked me through everything as i did her about my boy Rudy. Super friendly, sent so many photos and he took to her so easily. Ive not seen him loom so relaxed with a stranger. Angel, cant thank you enough and im so pleased to have found someone i can trust to look after my strange little fur creature in future.”

About: Previous dog and cat owner. No pets at present but I often look after friends and family pets. Retired community nurse so very used to care in people’s homes and use of key safes. Expert knowledge of the local area and good safe walks if needed. Currently retired but looking for something to keep me busy. I have no other commitments at present so plenty of free time to help people with busy lives look after their pets I have a very secure medium sized garden in a quiet neighbourhood with lovely neighbours! No other pets in my home. I have plenty of space in the home with room for crates and pet beds!

About: I provide calm, reliable and attentive care tailored to each pet’s individual needs. I take time to understand each animal’s routine, personality and preferences so they feel safe and comfortable while their owner is away. I’m especially good with building trust with pets who may be anxious or need a bit more patience, and I’m very mindful of maintaining familiar routines such as feeding times, walks, and comfort habits. I treat every pet as if they were my own, focusing on consistency, reassurance, and creating a stress free environment for them while their owner has peace of mind. I work from home with a high level of flexibility to provide pet care. This means I can fit around feeding times, walks, check-ins, and any specific routines your pet is used to. On my working days, I am still able to step away as needed to provide care, and I am also available for mornings, evenings, and overnight stays depending on requirements. On my non-working day and weekends, I have additional flexibility for longer stays or more frequent visits. My aim is always to provide consistent, calm and reliable care that fits naturally around the pet’s routine. I primarily offer pet sitting in the pet owner’s home, as I believe most pets feel safest and most comfortable in their familiar environment. When caring for pets in their home, I follow their usual routine including feeding times, walks, play, and any specific care instructions. I also make sure their home is kept clean, secure, and respected at all times. My focus is on reducing stress for the pet by maintaining consistency and providing calm, attentive care while their owner is away.
“Absolutely fantastic! Contacted Helena very last minute after being let down and she was amazing. My mum never gets to leave the house with her needy doggo but he didn’t even miss us one bit. My mum got to spend the day with her grandson who lives in London. Something she rarely gets to do. Brilliant sitter and all the updates put an anxious owner at massive ease. Thank you so much!”

About: There hasn't been a time in my life without dogs. I currently have 2 rescues from the RSPCA; a Dachshund and a Shih Tzu cross Pomeranian. Growing up we had 3 Dalmatians and a Doberman. I am also an experienced small pet owner from gerbils, hamsters and rats through to guinea pigs and rabbits. I know how much your pets mean to you but also how sometimes you go places that aren't best suited for them and just need a helping hand to watch over them. I will always ensure the best care for them and some may say spoil them a bit too much! I work an office job 9-5 so I am available mornings, evenings and weekends. I can do short visits on lunch times if located within nearby proximity. I have grown up with dogs and small pets my whole life so I am well versed in animal care and what they need. I have had dogs of varying temperaments. Most of my dogs have been rescues so all come with their own quirks and needs. I understand how some pets require a little extra t.l.c and some need their own space.
About: Caring for dogs truly comes from the heart for me. I’m calm, patient, and naturally collected, helping dogs feel safe and relaxed in my home. I care for all temperaments, including those who may be anxious or struggle socially. For dogs who need their own space, Narla has a separate area upstairs where she can be comfortable and away from other dogs if needed. Your dog will always be treated like family in a safe, loving environment. 💛 work part-time evenings; however, your dog will never be left alone. When I’m working nights as I am home wokrokg, your dog will always have company, affection, and a calm, safe environment. I have a range of dog enrichment, training tools and grooming for all puppy and dog needs. I’m lucky to have a large, fully enclosed outdoor space where dogs can safely play, explore, and roam freely. It gives them plenty of room to stretch their legs in a secure environment. Just above the house, there’s also a huge open field with beautiful walking routes, perfect for longer walks, sniffing adventures, and burning off energy. There is also access to crates for dogs who are crate-trained or prefer having their own safe, cosy space to relax. My aim is to provide a home-from-home environment where every dog feels comfortable, secure, and happy. 🐶💛

“Chris cared for our dog (who is very anxious) and our cat for 2 days and overnight last weekend. Similarly to our first booking (last June for 5 nights) Chris was prompt and professional in his communication with us setting up the booking and in the lead up to the stay. Chris was calm and thoughtful in his approach to caring for our pets and discussed their neds prior to the stay. We have an anxious dog who, will resource guard, and has bitten members of our family before, in certain situations. This needs to be handled carefully by anyone providing care, and Chris was able to take on this information and look after our dog. Unfortunately, there was an incident where out dog did bite Chris on the hand. Chris alerted us to this and provided information and reassurance about this whilst we were away. He adjusted his approach (to prevent a re-occurrence) continuing to provide everything our dog needed despite the incident. We were very thankful for this, and it is a demonstration of Chris’ commitment to the animals he cares for that he continued to do this. I would definitely recommend Chris as an excellent sitter, or walker, for any pets. Thanks again for all you help.”

About: I was brought up with dogs, numerous exotic pets and horses so I have a deep understanding of the level of commitment and care our pets need. My first pet was an English Bull Terrier called Levi who I was raised with form the ago of 2. I went from dressing him up and painting his nails to walking him in the fields everyday, he was truly my best friend. As he started to age and I was entering my teen years, we rescued Diesel, a staffy x pitbull, from an abusive home and made our home his forever home. My Dad taught me the fundamentals of training a pup, everything from pad training to recall. There was 4 of us in the house but the dogs were definitely mine and my Dad's. I think no matter what age a dog is, patience is key but everything comes from your tone and body language. (And of course, lots of cuddles!) I am also first aid trained in animal care which came from working alongside my Mum in an animal care centre college. I currently work Monday-friday 8am-4pm all around Huddersfield cleaning windows so I will be available evenings/nights(including house sitting)/weekends. I own and drive a vehicle so travel isn't an issue. I unfortunately can't bring your pet home with me because we have a cat and a big rescue romanian sheep dog but if needed, I own a 2 seater mini van so your pet has the choice of being passenger princess in the front with me or they can have the back to themselves in a crate. I'm a very open and honest person so your home will be safe in my hands if boarding. Im happy to provide references if you wish.
“We would highly recommend Laura, she goes above and beyond, ensuring your dog is well cared for and their needs met. Laura shows great knowledge and understanding on how to support dogs with anxiety and provides owners with reassurance whilst dog sitting.”

“From the moment Aika and Rain met Rita, we knew they were going to be well looked after. Being big dogs, it can be a challenge to walk them both at the same time but Rita wasn't phased and we were able to go away with the peace of mind knowing that everything was going to be OK. Rita left the house spotless, we had regular contact via WhatsApp and she even made a gorgeous video of 'Aika and Rain's Weekend' which was a lovely surprise! We would highly recommend Rita and will be contacting her again in the future ☺️”

“It was our first time ever using the app and what can I say. Hollie was amazing, we felt so comfortable leaving our boy Goose with her for the weekend. He has been very well cared for and Hollie was a delight to talk to with a wonderful bubbly character. We will definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend Sarah xx”

About: I have lived with and been surrounded by cats and dogs my whole life, particularly rescues. I have experience with puppies/kitties but also senior pets! I have a completely open schedule 90% of the time, so I have more than enough time to care for and play with your pets! I understand some pets require more attention than others, I believe play and exercise are very important. I will ensure the animals in question are content, safe and have all the attention they need
About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover based between Leeds and Manchester, sharing my home with my fox red Labrador, Callie, who is 2.5 years old and genuinely the perfect companion. Callie is incredibly friendly, well-socialised, and great with other dogs. She’s very intuitive—happy to play when others want to, but equally respectful of dogs who prefer their own space. Because of her calm and balanced nature, visiting dogs tend to settle in quickly and feel at home. I work from home full-time in an open-plan house, so your dog will always have company, supervision, and plenty of attention throughout the day—no long periods left alone. Our home is a relaxed, dog-friendly space where dogs are treated like part of the family. We’re lucky to have a fully enclosed garden with a secure double-gate system, so dogs can safely enjoy being outside whenever they like (weather permitting!). When it’s dry, they’re free to roam in and out as they please. Exercise is a big part of our routine. Callie gets three walks a day, usually up on the local moors and hills or along the canal—plenty of variety, fresh air, and stimulation. My wife, Lydia, is also a huge dog lover and often joins in, which means we can walk dogs separately if needed to suit their pace, personality, or training requirements. I understand how important it is to feel confident leaving your dog with someone, so I’ll always keep you updated with photos, messages, and reassurance while you’re away. If you’re looking for a safe, active, and loving home-from-home environment for your dog, I’d love to help. Feel free to get in touch with any questions! I work from home full time so am available for sitting any time. I’m out with our dog on walks twice a day so have no problem with walking responsibilities, and love a longer explore with the dog at the weekend. I have a fully enclosed garden, and I work looking on to it, so am always paying attention to the dogs. Our home is very pet friendly, with laminate flooring and an open plan downstairs, so dogs can have space but also always be seen.
