“Saddique came to meet Kai in advance of the daycare we had booked. He was calm and patient with Kai - who is not good with new people. Within a short space of time Kai clearly trusted him. Today Saddique has spent the day with Kai, taking him on several walks and playing with him. When I got home Kai was calm and happy which tells me that Saddique did a great job with him. Saddique was polite (even when Kai was making that difficult), listened to what we needed for Kai and was completely reliable. I would book Saddique again and would highly recommend him. We rarely leave Yana now, and usually only ever with close family members. However they were all attending our wedding! I’m lucky to have a large, fully enclosed outdoor space where dogs can safely play, explore, and roam freely. It gives them plenty of room to stretch their legs in a secure environment. Just above the house, there’s also a huge open field with beautiful walking routes, perfect for longer walks, sniffing adventures, and burning off energy. There is also access to crates for dogs who are crate-trained or prefer having their own safe, cosy space to relax. My aim is to provide a home-from-home environment where every dog feels comfortable, secure, and happy. 🐶💛

About: I’ve lived in BD13, Thornton for over 30 years, and have been a dog owner for the last 10 years. I retired from FT work in 2024, so have plenty of spare time. I walk daily, no matter what the weather, and know some great off road routes for dog walking, so can help your dog maintain a level of fitness if for any reason you’re unable to do so, whether due to health issues, or because of work or family commitments, or if you just need a break! I’ll record walks on Strava so you can see what exercise your dog has done, and I’ll send you pics to show your doggie having fun! Car owner, so can drive to / from anywhere local. For home boarding, I live with my wife of 33 years, along with Angus, our 12 year old Jack Russell Terrier. If your dog stays with us, they will be welcomed, and treated as our own. I retired from full time work in 2024, so have plenty of time to spare, and can offer dog care / walking services on most days. Even if it’s just a one off, to support your dog whilst you’re away for a special occasion, I can hopefully help out. My house has a lovely green garden, mostly fenced, so if your pet isn’t ready for walking the full requested period, they can relax either in my house or garden whilst you have time out! I will record all walks on strava, and send you screenshots of routes, so you know your dog has been exercised, aswell as pics if you wish.

About: I have looked after many pets in my time from friends to family pets and would like to do it more frequently as a lover of animals. I am out of education and saving up for university in September. I work throughout the week in hospitality so I can work around schedules very easily. As i look after mostly dogs, obviously dependent on the age and breed i will take on daily walks or runs even in parks or beaches near. As my shift schedules are short i spend a lot of time hanging out and playing with pets. I am also extremely active so can made due with whatever needs they may have.

About: I've always been an animal lover, and I have been caring for various pets for many years! I have my own cat, Tommy, who I've had the pleasure of taking care of over the past 10 years. Looking after him has given me hands-on experience with everything from feeding and grooming to recognising changes in his behaviour or health. Over the years, i have learned how important patience and building trust is with animals. In addition to caring for my own cat, I've also helped look after a dog for around 5 years.
