About: Enhanced DBS Checked Dogs have always been at the very heart of our family life. We understand that dogs aren’t just pets, they are cherished family members, and that’s exactly how they are treated in our home. Our journey began with our beloved black Labrador, Max, who has been part of our family since he was a puppy and is now 12 years old. Alongside Max, we were lucky to share 11 wonderful years with our colourful bulldog, Blue, who sadly crossed the rainbow bridge at Christmas 2025. Blue brought so much love and joy into our home, and we were incredibly proud to see her become a mummy. Raising and caring for her puppies was a truly special experience, and each one was nurtured with the same love and attention as if they were our own. With two children growing up surrounded by dogs, kindness, patience, and understanding animals has always been a natural part of our daily life. Our home is full of warmth, love, and gentle companionship, creating a safe and happy environment for dogs of all ages. We are an active, outdoors-loving family who enjoy spending time in the fresh air. Whether it’s exploring local woodland walks, enjoying beautiful views, or simply playing in green open spaces, your dog will benefit from plenty of exercise, stimulation, and adventure, all tailored to their individual needs. For us, caring for dogs isn’t just something we do, it’s who we are. When your dog stays with us, they won’t just be boarded; they will become part of our family, treated with love, respect, and the same level of care we give to our own. I currently work from home on a part-time basis. On a daily basis I walk my own Labrador max after I take the children to school. This is usually for around 30 minutes in the woodlands On my dinner break at 12pm roughly, we get out again on the local field for a little fit of fetch. On an evening me and the children will walk max in the local area to burn off that last bit of energy before we settle down for a cosy night. Each pet we care for , we adapt to their needs 🫶 I have a high fenced and stone built garden ensuring the maximum security of or your dog. Our back door leads straight to the secured area and on the warmer days is left open so your dog has free choice of whether they wish to be in or outside I have a friendly Labrador who loves playing, relaxing with other animals and is very welcoming and inviting to other dogs and humans

About: I am a huge dog person and lost my own dog 2 years ago but not ready to have my own again but love the outdoors, enjoy walking and cycling and nice to have a dog around for company and to walk with. I have recently stopped working but still go out fir a walk every day, first thing in the morning and later in the afternoon. I often drive to the canal, Otley, ilkley and walk. I have a fenced in garden back and front which are both secure. I do not gave dogs on the furniture or upstairs but plenty of room downstairs for them to sleep and roam.

About: Hi, Animals have been a huge part of our life for as long as we can remember, and caring for them is something that comes naturally to us. We have worked with pets at every stage of life and bring patience, calm energy, and genuine love to every animal we meet. We have also helped to birth and raise multiple puppy and kitten litters, giving us a solid understanding of early‑life care and how to support young animals as they grow. At home, we live with three German Shepherds and two Maine Coons, so we are very comfortable with large breeds, high‑drive dogs, and intelligent, vocal cats. Managing a busy multi‑pet household has taught us how to read body language, maintain harmony, and tailor routines to each pet’s unique personality. We are experienced with: • Shy, anxious, or reactive pets • High‑energy dogs and working breeds • Multi‑pet households • Following structured routines to keep pets feeling safe and secure What sets us apart is the level of attention and intention we bring to every visit. We don’t just “watch” pets — we bond with them. We learn their quirks, their comfort signals, and what makes them feel happy and relaxed. We also keep owners updated with photos and messages so you always feel connected while you’re away. Your pet’s wellbeing is our top priority, and we treat every animal as if they were our own. We would love to meet your furry family and make their time with us fun, safe, and stress‑free. Pet care is naturally woven into our everyday lives. With three German Shepherds and two Maine Coons at home, our daily routine already revolves around feeding schedules, walks, playtime, training, grooming, and keeping everyone happy and stimulated. Because caring for animals is such a normal part of our day, adding your pet into our routine feels seamless and enjoyable. Throughout the week, we set aside dedicated time for walks, drop‑ins, and check‑ins, and we’re used to balancing the needs of multiple pets at once. Whether it’s morning exercise, midday enrichment, or evening wind‑down time, we’re always in “pet care mode.” It’s something we genuinely love doing, not something we squeeze in — which means your pet gets consistent, focused attention whenever they’re with us. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always at the centre of what we do. Whether we’re welcoming them into our home, visiting yours, or taking them out for a walk, we create a calm, structured, and reassuring environment that helps every animal feel secure and understood. Boarding (In Our Home) When pets stay with us, they join a home that already runs on routine, structure, and animal care. With our own German Shepherds and Maine Coons, we’re experienced in managing multiple pets safely and respectfully. We supervise all interactions, keep spaces clean and hazard‑free, and make sure each pet has their own comfortable area to relax. We follow your pet’s usual schedule—feeding, walks, playtime, and quiet time—so they settle in smoothly and feel right at home. Drop‑Ins (In Your Home) During drop‑ins, we care for your pet in the environment they know best. We follow your instructions exactly, from feeding and litter care to playtime and house rules. We’re mindful of doors, gates, and safety measures, and we always leave your home just as we found it. Our goal is to give your pet companionship, structure, and reassurance while keeping their routine consistent and stress‑free. Dog Walking On walks, safety is our top priority. We use secure leads, stay aware of our surroundings, and tailor each walk to your dog’s energy level and comfort. Whether your dog prefers a steady, focused walk or a more relaxed sniff‑and‑explore outing, we make sure they get the exercise and enrichment they need while staying safe and confident. Our Approach • Calm, confident handling • Close attention to body language and comfort • Clean, safe, well‑managed environments • Respect for your home and your pet’s routine • Clear communication and regular updates Your pet’s wellbeing is always our priority. No matter the service, you can trust that they’re cared for with patience, structure, and genuine love.
About: I am an experienced dog owner who has grown up with dogs since a young age. I’ve cared for family and friends’ dogs over the years, and we have our own Golden Retriever cross. Dogs are truly part of our family, and they will be in a loving, safe home away from home environment. Your dog will be treated just like one of my own, with plenty of care, attention, and affection. I will be the one caring for your dog, but my daughter and partner will be on hand to play with them and supply lots of cuddles! I work from home so I am available every day of the week and therefore I can offer toilet breaks as often as they need and be on hand to play and cuddle all day. I do not work Fridays or over the weekend, so we’ll have all the time in the world to keep them company and care for them! We have a good sized fully enclosed fenced garden and a super friendly golden retriever cross who would love any playmate! As we have a 4 year old child and our own dog, our house is very dog friendly (and they are more than welcome to have cuddles on the sofa!) We will always ask you come round to visit for a meet and greet before confirming any arrangements to ensure we are a good fit for your peace of mind!

Bradford dog owners share their Rover experiences
Rufus is a timid, anxious rescue dog and from the meet and greet Susan made me feel at ease and I knew she was the right person to look after him. When I arrived to drop him off Rufus pulled me eagerly down the path to her flat and seemed really pleased to see her. Susan sent me updates and photos every day of his stay and he looked happy and safe. Unfortunately Rufus is scared of going out at night and wee'd on the puppy pads in her flat, but she took this in her stride and said it wasn't a problem. Thank you for looking after him and I would highly recommend Susan x

This was only the second time I'd left my dog overnight with anyone so I was a bit nervous. My dog Daisy is going through the teenage stage and is also pretty strong but I felt reassured once we met up with Ysobel and her dog. She clearly knew how to handle dogs. I would be very happy to leave Daisy with Ysobel in the future. She obviously had a great time being with Ysobel's dog Tess and would have been happy to stay there. I'd certainly be happy for Daisy to stay with Ysobel again.
Aidan is lovely - we booked rather last minute and Honey normally goes to Kennels and sulks for a few days afterwards, BUT this was a completely different experience she was so calm, happy and content when we collected, no sulking! We knownHoney had an equally good weekend and its was great to check in and know she was happy ! Thank you will rebook !!

This was the second time Tilly (our 14 year old miniature labradoodle) stayed with Nicola. Tilly instantly recognised where she was and was very happy and settled. She actually looked like she was smiling a doggy smile. Tilly isn’t very mobile, has a problem with her leg and needs medication for a long standing condition. Nicola happily gave medication and helped Tilly get about, as needed, and took great care of Tilly. We would absolutely recommend Nicola to others.

Amy was great. We booked quite last minute and had some potentially awkward drop off and pick up times during the work day, but she was really flexible and moved stuff around to accommodate us. Most importantly though, the dog came back happy and absolutely knackered from his fun weekend away!
