I was updated daily with how Tilly was getting on, and photos of Tilly were sent, which helped reassure me that she was fine. Tilly smelled amazing on pickup, having been bathed after a muddy outing; her coat looked amazing, and she looked happy, and I would not hesitate to leave Tilly with this lovely, caring couple for all my future dog-free holidays and events. About: Hello everyone . My name is Emma and due to a recent change in job I have found myself with an opportunity to offer my dog walking and other pet care services in my spare time. I have experience with most animals and both small and large dog breeds. I live in a house with my husband (no children) and I can be available for last minute or regular bookings. I work Monday-Thursday in the office and I am available all day on Friday, weekday evenings and most weekends. I always try to be as flexible as possible. I live in a warm, pet-safe house with a comfortably sized, secure and fenced garden. Your pet would be well cared for with lots of attention and affection.

Dogs have been a huge part of our family for over 20 years. During that time we've raised puppies through every stage of life, right through to the grand old age of 13. We even had two Labrador puppies together at the same time, so we're very familiar with the fun, energy and commitment that comes with caring for young dogs. Today, we're proud owners of two beautiful Wirehaired Vizslas, who are affectionate, energetic and much-loved members of our family. Our home is in a peaceful rural location, accessed via a farm track and set well away from busy roads. The grounds include a stream, bee hives, chickens, a wildflower meadow and an allotment, creating a calm countryside setting for dogs to enjoy fresh air, nature, walks and supervised outdoor time. Whether they're staying for a day, a weekend or a longer holiday, they'll receive plenty of attention, exercise, cuddles and regular photo updates, giving you complete peace of mind while you're away. We offer home-from-home dog boarding in our beautiful rural setting, where your dog will become part of our family for the duration of their stay. Our spacious barn conversion is set within three acres of secure private land, giving dogs plenty of room to exercise, play and explore safely under supervision. We're also surrounded by countryside with numerous off-road walking routes and no busy roads nearby, making it the perfect environment for dogs who enjoy being outdoors. Our family consists of myself, my husband, our two teenage daughters and our 8-year-old daughter. We're all genuine dog lovers and have over 20 years of experience owning and caring for dogs. Your pet will receive plenty of love, attention and companionship throughout their stay. We also have two friendly Wirehaired Vizslas with wonderful temperaments. They are well socialised, love meeting new dogs and thoroughly enjoy having canine guests to play with. We understand that every dog is unique, so we'll always take the time to follow their normal routine, including feeding, exercise, medication (where required) and plenty of cuddles. Dogs are always supervised while outdoors, despite our secure grounds, and for added peace of mind we also have spare GPS dog trackers available for use during outdoor adventures should owners wish.

During the week Amy made sure she followed Coco's established schedule and sent us regular photos and videos of their long walks and play time with her dog (another Coco!). About: I currently have Leah & Jake, my 2 Border Collies. We're always out and about up on Saddleworth Moor having walkies... There's no better feeling than being outdoors with dogs.. I currently don't work, so I'm home all day now. Home sitting is available on Friday & Saturday nights. Unfortunately, I can't board pets due to my own dogs/cats/snakes etc My pets want for nothing. They are loved and cared for as family members. My cats and dogs have full roam of my house and also sleep on my bed if they want to.

Fred had another great stay with Jack. it's brilliant to see how excited Freddie gets when he realises where we are going and it's massively reassuring to know he's happy whenever we leave him with Jack. We got plenty of update videos and photos and have a very snoozy pooch after his weekend away! We'll be back in with Jack very soon.
Our gorgeous 5 month old Cavapoo Ned had his first overnight stay with Luke and Karolina. Their patience and care is 5 star. They sent regular updates which was lovely and made me feel reassured. They are a wonderful couple who beam how much they love animals. Ned will be going for 2 weeks and I feel relaxed and reassured he will be loved and cared for.
Caroline and Daniel did an excellent job of looking after our greyhound, Lacey. After our initial visit to see them, we felt that Lacey fitted in really well with the whole family and their own dogs as well as the other boarding dogs. Caroline sent us loads of updates and pictures whilst we were away and we were able to keep up to date with Lacey whilst on holiday. We will definitely be using them again and would thoroughly recommend to anybody else.
Lucy and her dog Hallie were absolutely amazing with our two dogs Honey the pug and Aslan the golden retriever. She sent regular updates with photos, made sure they had frequent walks and play time and brain stimulation with lick mats. Hallie is a gentle giant who has so much patience with other dogs and puppies who may not know all the boundaries yet! Thank you SO much for putting our minds at ease while we were away - we will definitely book with you again.
This was the 1st time we had left Braidy to go on holiday, so we were obviously a little apprehensive, but she has come home happy and contented, and has clearly loved being at Davina's! Thank you for taking such good care of Braidy! We would definitely be happy for her to be looked after by Davina in the future!
Alexandra was simply wonderful with our boys! She kept us posted, shared photos and was so reassuring throughout the 16 days she had them. We missed our boys but we were never concerned, which made such a massive difference as it was the first time we left them with a sitter. If anything, we wondered if the boys would want to come home with us as they seemed so happy in their ‘temporary home’!!!! I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to use Alexandra’s services again; she’s an absolute star and truly lovely person!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
