1. Katarzyna C.

“I recently left my 2 large dogs in the care of Katarzyna; I've never left them before, and I was a bit concerned how the dogs would fare. I needn't have worried -- they loved her and her family, were completely happy and content, and would absolutely have remained with Kate if I hadn't taken them home with me when I picked them up! I do think they were disappointed that they had to leave the fun , affection and excellent care they received. Kate sent daily photos, video and reports of the dogs, which was reassuring, because it showed what a fantastic time they were having. Kate is responsible, very kind, and active with the dogs re. walking and playing and giving them lots of attention. She's super responsive, very experienced and knowledgeable, and she's got that great "energy" that dogs and animals like and feel confident and comfortable with. I am already booking with Kate for the next time I have to be away from the dogs; you can't find a better person or situation with which to leave your dog. 10/10. Heartfelt thanks Kate!! KS”

2. William G.

“Will was so helpful again at fairly short notice, fantastic with our dog who seemed so relaxed and happy with him and sending lots of nice updates. A lovely guy who does a great job!”

3. Hana K.

“Etta and Hendrix had the loveliest time with Hana and her family. Thank you so much for giving them the perfect combination of fun and love. They can’t wait to come back again.”

4. Caroline R.

“Caroline and her family made Luna so welcome in their home. It was so nice to be able to go away knowing that Luna was being looked after in a loving home. We received daily updates with photos and videos. I would highly recommend Caroline and we definitely be booking again when we go on our next trip.”

5. Lily F.

“Our little man Hugo stayed with Lily & Joe for 3 nights Friday into Monday whilst we went away for a family wedding. They were both amazing with him from meeting them and the introduction to keeping us updated and involving Hugo in their lives like he’d always been there! Hugo can be a challenging dog but they rose to the challenge, keeping him occupied happy and entertained. They both work from home so that meant Hugo always had a play mate to go to, no other dogs in the house which is great when you have a dog who struggles with other dogs & they were both understanding of him. Lily kept me updated every day and when Hugo wasn’t settling downstairs she brought his bed outside their bedroom and he settled down every night, on the introduction Joe showed us that despite Hugo’s difficult behaviour he was in charge by placing his hand on Hugo and letting him know to calm down as he was getting over giddy! They both showed their experience with dogs & I will 100% be contacting them again when we next need someone to look after him! Thank you both and if you’re looking for a dog sitter these are your guys, extremely short notice for the stay but they made it work & took him in like one of their own! Calvin & Ellie :)”

6. Gemma P.

“Having lost of previous dog sitter when she moved away, we turned to Rover.com and chose Gemma for Clementine to stay with after an initial meet and greet. Gemma has been fantastic, sending photos and video daily and Clementine was clearly very settled staying with Gemma. We will definitely be using Gemma again.”

7. Daniel W.

“So pleased with the choice to board with Daniel. Expert knowledge in the breed, behaviour and diet. Professional and courteous. I was apprehensive as this was the first time i had left my dog to allow us to take a family holiday and Daniel provided reassurance, explained the process and maintained regular updates whilst we were away. We were also provided with photos and videos which allowed me to relax and enjoy my break with confidence in the care my dog was receiving. Highly recommend and will book again in the future.”

8. Danielle M.

“It was a long shot to find somebody to look after our 6 year old bulldog who never stayed anywhere else but home. Reviewing Rover site i came across to this fantastic family who offered to look after our dog in they own family home. After booking meet and greet to see soroundings i knew i made perfect choice. Danielle were very friendly and reassuring. I can not say thanks enough to whole family who took grat care of our family pet, bearing in mind our bulldog is drama queen and attention seeker 24/7. Would book another stay definitely in future without hesitation. Well done you lovely people. X”

9. Sarah D.

“Wouldn't hesitate to book Sarah again. I had real peace of mind that Noodles was being taken good care of and the additional re-assurance of plenty of holiday pics. Our only worry was that Noodles might not want to come home!”

10. Alexandra F.
“Alex has looked after my dog multiple times while I’ve been away. I have always been very happy with the care given. She takes photos and sends regular updates so you never have to worry. I would absolutely recommend Alex and will continue to use her whenever I need my dog looking after.”

11. leena C.

“Leena is so accommodating and helpful. She even offered to have Harley another night after I’d made a mistake with the dates although it would have been inconvenient for her. I don’t know what we would do without her. 😍”

12. Kieran L. & Natasha C.

“They are the most lovely couple who love dogs and know how to look after them. Nothing is too much trouble. They also gave me some very useful suggestions for my puppy. A lot of pictures were taken. My puppy looked so happy and healthy during boarding. Thanks both for doing such a great job! I will definitely return when needed.”

15. Jack E.

“Simply brilliant! I highly recommend Jack. He doesn’t just take care of our dogs but he really cares about them and treats them like his own pets. Both dogs had lots of walks, lots of play time and a ton of fun. They also smell like they had a bath too! Regular updates, pictures and videos to show me that they were doing well. Jack is also great at giving training tips which we will be following. We have already booked him again. Thanks Jack! We could not ask for better care for our dogs than you!”

17. Jonathan M.

“Jonathan and his partner have been amazing with Lexi, it is the first time we have ever left her with someone else other than family; but we received regular updates and photos and she looks to have had a wonderful time. We would definitely recommend and 100% will use Jonathan and his partner again. Thank you so much for taking care of our fur baby. Ashleigh&Ryan.”

18. Caysey A.

“I'm very glad Caysey could take the boys for us, I felt very comfortable that they would be happy and well looked after and she kept in contact sending us updates and pictures everyday.”

19. Jessica B.
“Jessica is kind, caring and sensible. She is a natural pet lover and has always cared for our pets. We have had dogs and cats and Jess has had her own horse. Jessica enjoys spending time with our pets - playing, grooming and feeding them. We have a labrador - Max. He's a big goofy dog who is very social and loves to go out for walks with Jessica. Max has epilepsy which requires daily medication - Jess is fully able to manage his condition competently and confidently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to you or your furry friend.”

20. Eleanor S.
About: I currently have two senior family dogs and two playful kittens, so I’m comfortable with all ages and energy levels! I also help with guide dog training and regularly pet sit for friends and family. I know pets need more than food—they need companionship, playtime, long walks, and lots of love, all of which I’m more than happy to provide. I currently work part-time (just 15 hours a week) and have the entire month of April off, so I have plenty of time to give your pet lots of attention, care, and companionship. I’m home all day and love going on long walks with my family dogs, with lots of playtime and cuddles in between. You can expect frequent updates and adorable photos to keep you in the loop while you're away! Your pet will feel right at home in my spacious two-bedroom apartment, which I share with my two playful kittens. We have a secure, lockable balcony and a small fenced garden just outside—perfect for fresh air and sunshine. Pets are welcome on the furniture (because cuddles are a must!), and there are plenty of cozy spots—sofas, beds, and dedicated pet beds—for them to relax. I also have access to a large family home just 5 minutes away with a large fully fenced garden and two friendly, well-socialised dogs. I stick to set routines, and all animals in my care are treated like family. Crates are available if needed, but I don’t use them for my own pets. I’m just 10 minutes from the nearest vet and surrounded by lovely parks, canal paths, and open fields—ideal for walks and exploring nature.
