1. Alison E.
“Alison was like an angel fallen from heaven. Our kitten is 19 years old and this is the first time we have left her alone for two weeks. We were afraid to take her to a cat daycare because we thought she would get depressed thinking that we had abandoned her after finding herself in a new environment and without her human protectors. Searching, searching we found this app and Alison. Upon reading the reviews we decided to take a chance and contact Alison. From the first moment she was very attentive, always willing to answer our questions. She even helped us to make the booking because this app is not very friendly haha. When Alison came to meet Mabrú, to our surprise the kitten began to purr as if she had known Alison all her life. Animal instinct always tells the truth! Seeing Mambru's (our kitten) reaction, we didn't hesitate a second longer and decided to hire Alison's services. Alison kept us up to date with what was happening with the kitten on each visit. She sent us photos constantly and she even took the time to send us videos. Thank you so much Alison! Thanks to you, Mambrú did not have to leave the environment that makes her feel safe and she did not feel alone either. We found Mambrú in perfect condition, even very happy, and that made us happy too. We will never be able to thank you enough.”

5. Emily C.
About: I have been trusted to look after my friends, family and neighbours furry friends for the past ten years and have always enjoyed it! I grew up with cats and dogs and have loved any animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve volunteered before in animal shelters and even a turtle sanctuary abroad. I am so lucky to live in an area with so many beautiful walks - the only thing missing is a dog to keep me company! I would love to have my own pet, but I have a serious travel bug at the moment so it’s not the perfect time yet. For now, I would love to walk, play with or look after your perfect pet! I currently work full time, but spend the majority of time working from home so am available for boarding most days and nights. At the moment, I tend to be in the office on Tuesdays and some Thursdays, but can be flexible with that. I can also make time for walks or visits during day if that suits best. I am free most weekends too 😊 I live just outside Holmfirth in an end terrace with a fenced garden, surrounded by plenty of beautiful walks! My house is quite small, so I am probably best suited to small or medium sized dogs (or of course any sized cat!). I don’t have my own pets at the moment, so I promise I will give yours plenty of attention! I am very happy for the pets to be allowed on furniture, but also if this is not something you prefer at home, I will always follow your wishes.

Throughout the week (Tuesday-Thursday) I'm available to check in or walk your pet after 6pm. On weekends I'd love to hang out with your pet anytime. I am a trustworthy and reliable, able to collect or check in on your pet from your house, and I'll always send you an update to let you know I'm there. I am able to bring my dog too - if your pet wants a friend, or I can do solo visits and walks. I know how much these are helpful if your dog is anxious.

About: I can offer your pets a home away from home environment, fun and friendly experience, lots to do and even more cuddles. I have always had had dogs. I have 5 years animal management experience, this is includes some training with different breeds of dog. I stroke at least every dog I see in the streets asking the owner for permission first. I have done grooming in the past at college and have lot of knowledge knowing each dog has their own personality and once you know your animal you have a mate for life. I have currently finished my level 3 animal management qualification, i am available during the week and most weekends. I work on a Sunday at a pet shop. I currently keep reptiles at home. And have kept dogs in the past. I will be offering dog walking, including on dropping off and collecting the animal. I know how to handle large breeds of dog as well as small breeds. I make sure to gain my trust with the dog so they know I am only there to walk and play with them.
