About: I graduated at Askham Bryan College in York in 2024 with a BSc Degree in Canine and Feline Behaviour and Welfare. I have experience in training a variety of dog breeds. I have taught puppy classes, and basic training for all ages, and have successfully trained multiple dogs in assistance work. I have gained knowledge and experience through looking after my previous employer's three dogs for lengths of time, providing all of the different care needs for each dog such as administering medication for the eldest dog with arthritis, specific and extra grooming needs for a show dog, and keeping the smaller dog separated from the others as requested when letting her out to the garden and when feeding. I am currently available for cat and dog sitting appointment and bookings, I specialise in training and welfare, and for the needs of cats and dogs requiring medication, such as insulin injections and/or tablets to be administered. I can work to any requirements provided by the owner. I can follow the usual routine for the cats if requested, or if the owner would feel better with keeping the cats indoors, or want them back in the house at specific times, I can keep the cats sufficiently occupied and exercised. I can walk the dogs as requested and within the enclosed space of their homes when out in the garden.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs most of my life for friends and family and have worked at a dog boarding kennels for 3 years working with all kinds of dog breeds and I studied dog behaviour, nutrition and management including housing and healthcare I’m currently working part time between 8-10am and 3-5pm so I’m available most days in between, if you are okay with your dog/dog’s being left for 2 hours morning and afternoon. In your home I will listen and follow all instructions to keep your pet safe and happy this will extend to outside the home on walks. Unfortunately i cannot have your pet in my home as I have a reactive dog and wouldn’t want to put another animal in danger or distress.

About: I have had a dog for 10 years now I walk Her nearly everyday, I have also taken care of family’s and neighbours dogs when they aren’t home and are away for a few days or even weeks in some cases, having a dog myself I know what a dog needs and how to love it properly and also how to give a dog a very good walk I’m currently going to be studying in 6 weeks time, so until then I have as much free time as possible to put into your lovely pets. When I take my dog out and have taken other dogs out I make sure they get a good walk, depending whether or not you are comfortable with them off the leash if not that’s totally fine, I normally take them to a field and to the woods and run with them make them chase me tire them out a bit for some good exercise, play fetch with them and also if it is a hot day I can bring a foldable water bowl with me so your lovely pet doesn’t get hot.

About: I've always been an animal lover, and I have been caring for various pets for many years! I have my own cat, Tommy, who I've had the pleasure of taking care of over the past 10 years. Looking after him has given me hands-on experience with everything from feeding and grooming to recognising changes in his behaviour or health. Over the years, i have learned how important patience and building trust is with animals. In addition to caring for my own cat, I've also helped look after a dog for around 5 years. This included regular walks, feeding and playing. I helped with basic training such as reinforcing good behaviours on walks, as well as maintaining good routine and structure with him. As he can be quite an energetic dog, this experience has given me the confidence in handling dogs with various energy levels. I have also taken care of other cats and dogs for shorter periods of time. Whether it's been a few days or a weekend, I always make sure to provide them the best level of care and attention as I would with my own cat. I always ensure that pets in my care feel safe, loved and comfortable. I pay close attention to their needs and personalities to ensure I can give the best care possible. I currently work part-time, which gives me flexibility and plenty of time to provide attentive and consistent care for pets. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I make sure I plan my schedule around the needs of the animals I’m looking after. Because I’m not working full-time hours, I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and quality time throughout the week. I’m organised and reliable, and I always ensure pets are fed on time, exercised properly, and given lots of attention and affection. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully — including feeding routines, walking schedules, medication (if required), and any specific behavioural needs. About: I have had animals all my life ! From hamsters to dogs cats birds everything ! I have trained and looked after every dog my self that I have owned , and I take special care of every one of them including the rescue animals I have recused myself and rehomed .i am also willing to travel I’m currently working for part time and I have many days free to play and care for your pets ! Ik pets need special attention and care and I would love to give them that My garden is huge and fenced so your pet has plenty of free space to wonder . I have my own friendly fur baby who is a softy and will keep your fur baby company !

About: I’ve always loved animals especially dogs and I treat them literally like fur babies! Ever since I was a young child I’ve had dogs around me and as pets. I use to always enjoy walking the neighbours dogs too. I’ve looked after friends and family’s pets numerous of times whilst they’ve been on holiday or just at work. I have a cocker spaniel of my own so he loves tagging along for the exercise and to socialise with other dogs! I’ve also helped friends when their dogs have had a litter. I helped them with feeding, toilet training and to keep clean. I’m currently working a 0 hour contract as a part time care assistant so I can be very flexible with time spent with your fur babies In my home I have a fenced garden with a locked gate to ensure safety the same goes for the back garden. When travelling with animals I will provide crates fitted correctly and also seatbelts for dogs that are not keen on crates

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was kid, having grown up in an animal-obsessed family. I have my own cat and hope to one day have a little puppy too! My little girl is perhaps the biggest cat and dog fan ever. She’ll be coming along with me for any house visits or dog walks. I’m self employed but spend the daytime solely looking after my little girl, meaning we have all the time in the world to play and care for your fur babies. I typically work Monday-Wednesday. My work is all done from my laptop as I’m self employed, so it can be done anywhere. In the day, me and little girl are free for all your sitting needs. I can’t offer care for pets at my own house unfortunately, but happy to stay at your home where they’ll likely feel more comfortable anyway!

About: I have a lifetime's experience of owning dogs. I have previously bred my own dogs, trained and competed in obedience competitions and consider myself a responsible owner. I have grown up with dogs and horses around. I have a border collie Sadie, who joined us at 18months old and is now 9yrs. Sadie (along with our previous 2 dogs) came from a rescue centre. I'm proud that she has become a loving, happy dog overcoming the bad treatment she had from her early years. I can be trusted to give your pet the care and attention along with individual requirements in your absence and would be happy to give updates throughout the stay. I am retired so can be flexible with my time. I walk our socialised dog daily and if you'd like her to join a daily walk that would be great, though your pet will receive whatever care that is required for their individual needs. I would follow the owner's instructions and routine to allow the pet the consistent care and attention needed to keep it as content and happy as possible in their own environment..
