About: Your pet will become part of the family, and be cared for with lots of love and attention during the stay, as the owner you get regular updates and with years of experience and qualifications like pet first aid, your loved one will have the best holiday of their own. I'm at home full time, so your pet becomes part of the day, for the full day. From morning walks to lots of stimulation and play outside in the garden, they will have the best time. The garden is fenced and secure with double airlock system so no one can sneak out. It's fully concreted and cleaned multiple times a day. Air Conditioning cools and warms inside as needed and there's lots of space for them to stretch out if needed.

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs since i was born, training them, walking them and socialising them. I have always loved being surrounded by pets and seeing their little tails wag, I recently bought myself a dachshund and have trained him well to be sociable, kind natured and well behaved and he is like my first baby Im currently out of work studying midwifery from home caring for my dog hugo and we go on 2 walks a day, often down to the canal in Shipley. I love getting out the house and offering more mental stimulation! I have a fenced garden, and one friendly dachshund to keep your fur baby company. No children/cats and safety and happiness is my priority. No escapees round here!

About: I’m a genuine dog lover who has been around dogs for most of my life. Since I was 11 years old, my family has had dogs of all sizes, including a Dalmatian and two Cocker Spaniels. We raised them from puppies, so I have experience caring for young dogs as well as fully grown adults. Our Dalmatian is now 14 years old, which has also given me experience with senior dogs and understanding the importance of slowing down and walking at their pace. I have also looked after friends’ dogs of various breeds and sizes (some of whom are pictured in my profile). I absolutely love dogs and am the sort of person who will happily stop in the street to ask if I can say hello to someone’s dog! I work mainly from home, which gives me a lot of flexibility. As long as I have somewhere to set up my laptop, I can work from most locations. My normal working hours are 9am–5pm, with an hour for lunch, so I’m available for walks during lunch breaks and shorter breaks throughout the day. I am also able to board dogs for the day or overnight. Your dog’s safety and wellbeing are my top priorities. I am very careful about keeping track of where dogs are at all times and always make sure doors and gates are securely closed when entering or leaving. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your dog, and I will care for them as if they were my own. My role is mainly remote so can work most places if there is a set up available for my laptop etc. I work 9-5pm and have an hour lunch so I would be able to walk the dog on short breaks and within my lunch hour Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are my highest priorities. I understand that trusting someone to care for your pet and enter your home is a big decision, and I take that responsibility very seriously. I am always mindful of where your pet is and take great care to ensure they remain safe and secure at all times. When visiting your home, I am particularly careful when entering and leaving, making sure all doors and gates are properly closed so there is no risk of your pet slipping out. My aim is to provide a calm, safe, and familiar environment where your pet feels comfortable and relaxed while you are away, giving you complete peace of mind.

About: I’ve lived in BD13, Thornton for over 30 years, and have been a dog owner for the last 10 years. I retired from FT work in 2024, so have plenty of spare time. I walk daily, no matter what the weather, and know some great off road routes for dog walking, so can help your dog maintain a level of fitness if for any reason you’re unable to do so, whether due to health issues, or because of work or family commitments, or if you just need a break! I’ll record walks on Strava so you can see what exercise your dog has done, and I’ll send you pics to show your doggie having fun! Car owner, so can drive to / from anywhere local. For home boarding, I live with my wife of 33 years, along with Angus, our 12 year old Jack Russell Terrier. If your dog stays with us, they will be welcomed, and treated as our own. I retired from full time work in 2024, so have plenty of time to spare, and can offer dog care / walking services on most days. Even if it’s just a one off, to support your dog whilst you’re away for a special occasion, I can hopefully help out. My house has a lovely green garden, mostly fenced, so if your pet isn’t ready for walking the full requested period, they can relax either in my house or garden whilst you have time out! I will record all walks on strava, and send you screenshots of routes, so you know your dog has been exercised, aswell as pics if you wish.

About: I can care for puppies right through to the senior dogs. My dogs enjoy 2 good walks a day plus regular toilet breaks. We play ball games and enjoy hikes in the local woods. I am currently provide insured dog walking, day care and boarding services, 7 days a week. All enquiries welcome. A meet and greet will be arranged to ensure that you, your dog and me will all be happy before booking a service. Boarding dogs will preferably not suffer from separation anxiety, I have to be able to nip out to the shops etc. I have a good existing customer base and my customers know they can rely on me any time. Some of my guest dogs have been coming for over 10 years so my home is their second home, it is happy and peaceful, I live on my own with my 4 Cocker Spaniels, Oscar(16), William (14), Amber(10) and Polly(3). I am available 7 days a week and at short notice. I have a fenced yard and 4 Spaniels of ages 16, 14, 10 and 3 years old so I can provide care for all ages of dogs.

About: I have loved dogs since I can remember and cannot pass one on the street without stopping to say hello. I am also now thinking I would like to work with them for a living so currently undertaking some training courses to help me to do that. Have had dogs from puppies and dog sat for several friends and family. I could provide references if desired. Please note : when I have put 20 years experience , I am meaning that's how long I have had dogs I am currently WFH 5 days a week on a very flexible schedule. I would walk your dog separate to mine during the week but walk them all together on a Sunday due to having access to a bigger car for walk location variation. Dependant on the weather as to how much time I would be in the garden with them (wouldn't be left unsupervised) but obviously regular toilet breaks are a given. I have a safe enclosed garden and both neighbours also have dogs. My two are friendly with Molly (Westie) being more playful than Dora (PBGV). I have several dog beds in several rooms but the dogs can go where they please in the house including sofas. (I fit round them most of the time!) If you prefer them to be crated at night, please just let me know. My dogs tend to prefer to be in a room where someone is but are free to roam. There are dog seat belts in the back of the car if I were to take them anywhere for walks. Your dog will be fed separately to mine as Molly is cheeky and tries to steal food. I had 3 dogs but lost our beloved Whippet last year, but used to 3 dogs in the house.

About: **DBS CHECKED** Hello! I’m Alex and I have cared for many breeds of dogs in the past, as well as my own cat Ivy for the past 3+ years and my 2 Guinea pigs, Churro and Viktor. I have owned many dogs previously, including Greyhounds, Staffies and even Cane Corsos. Additionally, I have also owned budgies, tropical fish and a tortoise. I always prioritise enrichment, exercise, affection and mental stimulation. The standard in which I care for my animals is very high and I believe it should be the same for all. I am currently working a part time job at an equine yard, but only work around 1-2 shifts a week. Now, as I recently graduated from college, I have a lot more free time and flexibility in my life and would love to fill this space with caring for dearly loved pets. A role of this nature is something I’ve been eager to do for a long time, as I love meeting unique furry personalities. Meeting animals with different traits and characteristics is always fun and interesting for me- and providing a great level of care for owners pets is something I love and enjoy greatly. I am happy to walk dogs for up to three times a day and would be willing to go on longer ones if this is requested and/or needed for the dog. I would prefer to care for animals at the owners location, due to my house being rather small and more of a cat-orientated household. However, I am happy to do daycare and may consider overnight care at my own home if I am comfortable with the situation and if I’m informed of important details e.g. temperament, size, bad behaviours. I am happy to do weekdays, holidays (summer, school, bank) and weekends if I am free and/or given enough time in advance. I have a fenced front and back garden and access to many suitable dog walking areas. Whether it’s a 15 minute stroll around the block, or a longer walk across the moors, I am more than up for it! A play and social session down at the local park is always a blast too. I am very fortunate to live in a great area for dog walking and adventures. I do own a cat and two Guinea pigs, but they are kept in a separate room (the cat goes outside but keeps to herself). My home has a high level of security, including CCTV cameras and multiple ring cameras too. I also have a wet room style bathroom so bathing medium sized dogs and under would be possible. I have a decently sized grass back garden and a small wood chip front garden. I also have an old dog kennel which is being used for storage, but if necessary, can be cleaned out for use. In terms of caring for a pet at the owners home, I have my own form of transport so commuting to the location wouldn’t be an issue (if it’s no more than around 20 miles from my location). I am perfectly comfortable staying over night and will happily adhere to any special arrangements and requests, such as number of walks per day, giving medications and specialist requirements. I am unable to walk large dogs if they are very reactive and strong pullers, otherwise I am totally happy. I do ask that I am informed of any personality traits or issues I need to be aware of e.g. is not friendly with other dogs, reactive to cats, must wear an muzzle etc. I have no personal preferences or limits when caring for cats, as I have lots of experience and knowledge- plus they’re quite a bit easier than dogs! Again, all I ask is to be informed of any medical requirements or specialist care for your pet.
