About: I grew up with a Sheltie and a mixed-breed dog, and through years of living closely with them, I developed a deep understanding of animals' emotional and physical needs. This lifelong bond has shaped the way I care for every pet, treating them with the same love and attention I would give my own. In addition to my own dogs, I've cared for many breeds including Dobermans, Corgis, Poodles, Huskies, and Border Collies, as well as cats. I always aim to create a safe, happy, and loving environment for each pet while their owners are away. Your pets are in experienced, caring hands! I work from home and am available to provide dedicated pet care. Your pets will receive my full attention, with flexible scheduling for walks, visits, and cuddles! There would be no other pets in the my accommodation, ensuring a peaceful environment and avoiding any potential pet conflicts. When staying with pets, I make sure they feel comfortable, relaxed, and safe - I aim to provide same love and care to your pets as you provided for them. I will stick to their usual routines, from feeding times to favourite toys and sleeping spots. I will also ensure they get plenty of attention, exercise if needed, and, of course, affection, just as if they were my own.

About: I have consistently been around dogs my whole life, ranging from all sized and breeds. I also volunteered for a dog shelter and an organization working with dogs without homes. I have helped with walking and bathing dogs, as well as preparing them to be taken to their forever home! Also, I do not have pets of my own living with me currently (I do have a Yorkshire Terrier back in my country!!) so if your dog is not social around other animals, this will not be an issue. I do not work, I am a full-time university student with a light lecture schedule, so I am very flexible; I only have classes 2-3 times per week. Therefore, I can take care of dogs throughout the week as well as the weekends, accommodating various schedules and owners I live alone, with no other pets, therefore your dogs will have the house to themselves, sharing their space only with me! While I do not have a yard, I live in an area which is suitable for dog walking, and there is a lovely park nearby. If your dogs requires specific attention or care, this will not be a problem.
About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals, I have a real passion for training and nearly chose to do animal behaviour at university! I have experience with rescue/shelter animals that perhaps need a more delicate hand especially in stressful or triggering scenarios where they miss their owners. Growing up I had 2 rescues from the RSPCA who were quite reactive but with time and consistency were able to be off leash and interact well with other dogs. Currently I have two family dogs who I have trained, one is a border collie and the other a whippet but the rewarding nature of training is still the same. Fun party tricks as well as useful habits that are utilised in walks and at home. I’m used to senior dogs and the additional implications of them, my last dog was with us until she was 19! I have a real soft spot for senior dogs. I’m currently in my third year of uni but I only have 3 days a week! I have a four day weekend every week where I can be home! I have a car and am next to Hyde park for walking, but would probably prefer to take them to Roundhay as there is considerably more space and freedom! I have a few housemates who I have lived with for over a year now and who have all agreed, but are similarly animal lovers. I have a large house, there is a front garden area that is fenced but is very small with no grass. The house backs onto burley park and is 1 minute from Hyde park so this would be where I would take a dog throughout the day, before doing longer walks in Roundhay or other further more suitable locations.

About: I’m an international student, currently working on my dissertation, so I spend most of my time at home and have a pretty flexible schedule. I live very close to a big park, so it’s easy for me to take dogs out for walks, fresh air, and playtime. I grew up with a cat that I found on the street and brought home. She stayed with my family until old age. I don’t have any pets at the moment, but my family in Taiwan has many dogs and cats, and I sometimes helped take care of them when I was there.😸🐶 I’m caring, patient, and responsible. My schedule is quite flexible, and I’m usually available on both weekdays and weekends. For dog walking, I’m generally free after midday. I will always follow the owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding, walking routines, medication if needed, and any house rules. About: I grew up surrounded by horses and dogs. I personally have 6 dogs in my countryside, four of them rescued and saved from the street. I’ve been sleeping next to them when they have been ill, hoping where even my vet had lost hopes. Under my hands their well-being will always be the most important thing I’m currently a student at the University of Leeds, but this won’t prevent me from being surrounded by animals. Even moving into a country that’s not my native one, the thing that I miss the most is being in touch with them. Our boy is reactive and not good with other dogs. Tom ensured he was kept away from other dogs and sent us a beautiful picture of our boy looking relaxed. Arlo has such a wonderful time when he stays with Abigail and Tiny. They both treat him like royalty and Tiny is fast becoming one of his very best friends. Abigail has twice looked after him in very hot weather, he is a moderately high energy dog and can be frustrated when he can't go out to play, but she and Tiny kept him happy and entertained indoors. I would happily recommend Abigail to other owners.
