**Pricing below includes a 15% booking fee & an additional 15% fee they deduct from each booking I make!** ( Due to having chronic health issues, I am unable to dogsit for long periods of time.) I'm Addie, 32, she/they. I have experience with multiple dog breeds, from jack russels and staffys, to huskies and westies, to lurchers and pugs. From a young age I took an interest in dogs and I consider them my soul animals. As a child, I started training my Grandma's dogs and then my own family dogs. I've enjoyed learning about dogs behaviours, cues and psychology which gives me a better understanding of each individual animal. I had my own dog, up until 2 years ago as she passed away and so I have experience of being the sole carer of a pet dog. I'm always my friends and families go to person for dog sitting and I've been called a "dog whisperer". One of the proudest things I can say is that all animals trust me and that is such an honour!

Adelita is not only a very loving pet carer but is also incredibly knowledgable in animal psychology and uses this to look after any animals in her care to a very high standard. The most anxious of pets I’ve seen settled by Adelita, and she treats every animal as if it was her own pride and joy!

My dog Minnie, absolutely loves Addie and whenever I mention her name she runs to the door eager for her weekly visit! Addie clearly loves dogs, is extremely reliable and shows a great deal of concern for the dogs in her care. I often get photographic updates on their adventures and can always relax knowing that Minnie is in the safest loving hands and having the best time! I would highly recommend Addie, especially for anyone that might be anxious leaving their dog in someone else’s care.

Schedule
I live in a warm and compassionate shared house with 3 other dog lovers. Everyone mostly works from home so there will never be a shortage of cuddles and attention. At the moment, I don't work due to chronic health issues, so I have a lot of free time (depending on whether I'm having a bad flare up or not). Because of this, all my love and attention is on caring for the pets I look after.

Safety, trust & environment
I tend to only ever look after one dog at a time, so I can give them my full attention. In my household there are no other animals or any children. I don't have an enclosed garden but I'm happy to take them to the toilet as many times as they need on the lead. There are several grass sections and woodland right next to my house. I always wants dogs to feel like my home is their home and that includes going on the sofa and bed.
A typical day
A typical day looks like playing with toys, going for walks in my local area (which can include a big park or through the woods), practicing tricks (and getting treats), cuddling on the sofa and maybe even napping together.
