“Kelsie was great. She even took the time to meet up for a little walk before hand to see how my dog was with her lovely border collie. There is a wonderful field just seconds from the house for walks. Highly recommend!”

“Very happy dog owner, klara has been so good at communicating with us before and during dog sitting kobe. Kobe seems a very happy dog now and is knackered after lots of attention and walks from klara. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dog sitter in Leeds city centre! 😊”

“Kay was very caring and wonderful with our little dog. She followed his daily routine and made him feel at home away from home! Thank you Kay and we will certainly be making another booking with you as and when required! Best, Sana”

About: My husband and I have looked after dogs for a number of years. These have varied, from puppies to adults, small to large, as well as high energy, confident to more nervous rescue dogs. What their stay looks like, is shaped around the needs of the dogs, their current routines, enrichment activities, exciting walks and any specific requests from their owners. We are passionate about creating an environment where a dog can thrive and develop in a home away from home. We have our own gorgeous pooch called Bonnie. She is very relaxed around other dogs, as she has socialised with dogs both inside and outside the home since we adopted her in 2024. She's very independent and calm in the house, but loves to explore with her fellow dogs when out and about on a walk. We also volunteer at a dog shelter, where we walk, train and lead enrichment activities with Romanian Rescue dogs. Through this experience working with a brilliant dog trainer and head of the charity, we understand that every dog is totally different, therefore, their care plan and routine need to reflect as much and be tailored to their personalities. As a result, we are confident with rescue dogs or those who are anxious and less confident. We typically take the dogs out for a morning walk, which will be roughly an hour. I work full time from home, which allows me to be home all day with the dogs. We will then have a shorter second walk, with playtime and enrichment thrown in! We have a fenced garden, as well as a field two minutes from our house, where dogs have plenty of space to run and play as they wish!
“Ewan was great with my dog. I'd never had a dog sitter before and he reassured me because I was nervous to leave Nia with a stranger. I got sent lots of photos and details about what she was up to. She came back very happy and tired!”

About: In my life I have had the pleasure of living with and looking after a variety of animals. From kittens to doberman puppies- i love all animals! I especially enjoy working with and caring for dogs, whether they need extra attention due to age or health, or they prefer their own space. I’m sure I would be able to take care of their needs 😊 I currently work in shifts but am very flexible; I can have time off if/when required and can also nip home throughout the day to check in on your loved one! I only work 5 minutes away and have a camera to set up if your dog is ok to be left alone for periods. I live alone in my house and in my spare time love to cook, walk and read books. Your companion will fit right in! I have a camera and baby gate at the bottom of my stairs to keep your companion in a secure environment, however if acceptable to you i am happy for them to go upstairs and on furniture. I am happy to go by your rules!
“Rusty had the best day with Vanessa. We received regular updates and he came home ready for a nap 🐶. He will be going back at the weekend for a sleepover! We would highly recommend Vanessa and will be using again to look after our boy.”

“Blaze had a great time today with Mika (and Jesse!). She was very well cared for and we received lots of lovely photos and updates while she was there. Blaze can be a little nervous when left, but she didn’t want to leave at the end of their session! Thank you for looking after her :)”

“Zixuan was so friendly and welcoming. Her dog was also friendly towards Jeff, and he had such a nice time, and made himself at home. He went to the park and played with sticks, hus favourite past-time. When I collected him he was so relaxed, this made me feel happy knowing he was well looked after. Thank you so much 🙏”

“Joanne was amazing . Our Cavapoo Freddie and our sons Cockapoo went to Joanne for day care while we had a day out . We dropped them off and Joanne brought them home , they were both very well looked after . We’ll definitely use Joanne again.”

About: Hi, I'm Emily, a mum of two who has recently found herself with a little more time on her hands while taking a break from ICU nursing after 12 rewarding years in the profession. Because of my long working hours, we've never been in a position to have a dog of our own, but our family is absolutely dog-mad! I love any opportunity to care for dogs, whether that's pet-sitting for friends or taking their dogs out for walks. Having grown up in a home full of pets, including both dogs and cats, I've always been surrounded by animals and understand the love, care, and attention they need. I would love to combine my passion for animals with my enjoyment of the outdoors by helping to care for your furry friends. Whether it's walks, companionship, or pet sitting, I will treat your pets with the same care and affection as if they were my own. Following some recent family bereavements, I've taken the opportunity to reassess my priorities and spend more time doing things that bring me joy and fit around family life. As a result, I now have excellent availability, particularly during school hours. I am a reliable and trustworthy person with a strong background in caring for others. I hold a current DBS check and have spent my entire adult life working in healthcare, where responsibility, compassion, and attention to detail are essential. Caring for others comes naturally to me, and I will provide your pet with the same level of care, kindness, and dedication.

“Kate made us feel so comfortable and happy leaving Colin with her for the day (on his first birthday!). She was really flexible and responsive and you can tell she really loves animals and cares for them like they’re her own. I would recommend her to anyone :)”

That’s why we absolutely love opening our doors to other people’s beloved dogs—offering them a safe, loving, and fun-filled environment while their owners are away. We can’t wait to meet your furry friend and give them the best little holiday while you’re away! 🐕✨ Why Choose Us? 🐶 Experienced & Loving Care: With years of hands-on experience, we understand that every dog is unique, with their own needs, quirks, and routines. About: Michael grew up with dogs (spaniels, retrievers and even a labrador that was in training to be an assistance dog) whilst his partner, Joanne, grew up with cats. We've had several dogs stay with us over the last 10 years whilst our 2 sons, 11 & 9, have grown up which has given us the flexibility to have them to stay when its suited us. We do have a cat but she lives upstairs when we have dogs to stay so doesn't come in contact with them. There is a 3 mile loop round some fields near our house which allows the dgos to be off the lead (providing they come back!), and also a longer walk down by the river for the dogs that like a swim. We do like to take the dogs with us when we are out and about (see photos) so it's good if they can slot in with our plans. Our garden is fenced off and allows plenty of space for a ball to be thrown. The dogs will have the run of the entire downstairs and will be walked twice a day at a minimum (unless they need less!).
About: I've been around dogs since childhood, and three years ago, my family and I adopted our lovely Britney/Staffy cross, Coco, after finding her abandoned while on holiday in Spain. Coco is 5 years old and very loves nothing more than making new doggy friends. We love local walks to the cafe at lunch and going further afield at weekends and would love to have your dog along with us. We also have a large enclosed garden for plenty of outdoor fun during the day! I work from home three days a week and my husband works from home full time so someone will always be around the house. We walk our dog Coco three times a day, and allow plenty of time in the garden between walks. My husband usually walks to a local cafe at lunch for a good one hour walk with the dog. We have a large and totally enclosed back garden and a large open plan living area downstairs. Your dog will be free to wander around the house and hangout with our dog Coco. If we have to pop out for a short time we ensure access to a comfy bed and water at all times.
“Callie had a lovely stay with Lesley! She’s a very warm, friendly person, who obviously loves dogs and I felt confident leaving Callie in her care for the day while my husband and I explored York. She kept in touch through the day and sent a nice little video. I would be very happy to leave Callie with her again.”

“Trudie and Flynn absolutely adore christianne, trudie didn’t want to come home. They are both worn out and very happy doggos. Was a last minute booking and that was not an issue, so grateful definitely will be booking again!”
