About: I have had dogs my whole life and always been around dogs and loved them. I have just finished my year as the President of Dog Society at the University of York, bringing dogs to campus each week for students to meet and play with when they’re feeling homesick. I’ve got experience feeding, walking, washing and caring for a variety of sized dogs, from Miniature Dachshunds to Dalmatians and everything in between. I also have experience of giving dogs and cats pill based medication - even to pets that really hate them! My own dog loves to run off on walks so I’ve got plenty of experience with dogs who are escape artists so I’m well aware of all their tricks! I like to meet with you and your dog before hand to get to know you both and give you peace of mind when I look after them. I am at home in Sussex until end of August when I am then back in York full time I have just graduated from the University of York and now work Monday to Friday however I am flexible and am around on the weekends so have lots of time for looking after your dog. I am happy to look after your dog, just message me and we can sort a time that suits. I’m willing to become a regular helping hand for your dog. I am unable to care for pets in my own home at the moment due to renting my home however I am confident walking dogs and caring for them in your own home.

About: Growing up my extended family always had dogs, huskies, collies, spaniels etc! I currently work part time but have time when I’m at home to look after a pet. I work part time so have lots of time to take care of your 4 legged friend! Happy to adapt to their schedule whilst they enjoy a holiday in my home. I have a fenced garden and no other pets so your dog will have my full attention. I live near fields and walking routes so plenty of exercise available too!

About: I have loved dogs my whole life and have had my own gorgeous cockapoo since I was 12! She is my very best friend I absolutely adore looking after her. Since moving from my family home I have missed the fluffy companionship so will treat your dog as if they were my very own🤍 I have experience in walking and looking after dogs from various breeds. Being self employed means I have a very flexible schedule and can dedicate plenty of time to your fluffy friend. I’m happy to work around their usual routine and can be available for weekday, evening, and weekend care whenever needed. About: I’m a friendly dog lover offering dog sitting, walking, and boarding. I grew up with dogs and have lots of hands-on experience with a range of breeds. I’m confident, calm, and attentive to each dog’s individual needs, routines, and personalities. I also send regular updates and photos, giving you peace of mind that your furry family member is being cared for like one of my own! Now that I’ve bought a house, l really miss having a dog around to take on long walks, play with, and cuddle up with on the sofa. Whilst saving for my wedding, this felt like the perfect way to combine my free time with my genuine love for dogs 🐾 I’m available most days for boarding or daycare as I can choose which days I work from home. When I am working from home, rest assured your dog will still have company all day as I pop their bed next to me as I work, so that they can signal its belly scratch time whenever they want! On sunny days, i’ll work in the garden with the patio doors open so that they can soak up the sunshine and inspect my plants! ☺️ My garden is completely fenced in with no side access, so you won’t need to worry about your dogs getting anywhere they shouldn’t (I know they can sometimes try to be houdini!) I also have experience with dogs which don’t like other dogs and need that extra bit of planning and dog awareness on walks to ensure all dogs involved remain as calm and stress free as possible. So if you do have a dog which you would rather doesn’t come into contact with any other dogs (I know the feeling) please rest assured I am confident and comfortable with this and I just require that they wear a harness for safety reasons :)

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10 years old and have always had a passion for animals. Having grown up around dogs and cared for my own, I have developed a strong understanding of their needs, routines, and behaviours. I am home full-time and available seven days a week, which gives me plenty of flexibility for dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting. I understand that every pet has their own routine and personality, and I always take the time to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I have my own Lhasa Apso called Romeo, who I walk twice a day, so I understand the importance of regular exercise, mental stimulation, and companionship. About: I am an experienced walker, dealing with my cheeky cocker spaniel for the past seven years and dogs throughout my life previous to this. I love spending time playing with the dogs and of course having a good old cuddle. I live near to several large parks and a couple of smaller ones for dogs of all sizes and I'm happy to travel to properties further afield by bike or public transport. Whether your dog is quiet and reserved or a little more characterful, I am confident and happy to spend time with them. I have a thorough understanding of animal safety and am happy to go through with you your preferences for your dog walks in terms of timings and routes, as well as your pet's dietary requirements. Importantly, I value spending time being with dogs and chatting and keep them stimulated. For those quick witted animals who like to get up to no good, I'm used to being on the ball and safely removing objects from dogs mouths. This also includes administering oral medication. I am also happy to walk multiple dogs at once providing that they do not need to be frequently separated as a result of unhelpful behaviour. About: Hi, I'm Helene 👋 I'm a Registered Veterinary Nurse with 6 years of hands on experience. I currently work nights at an emergency referral hospital in York, and before that spent 2 years at a first opinion practice in London. At home I have two rescue cats and a dog. One of my cats is geriatric and needs daily subcutaneous fluids and medication, so I'm very comfortable with ongoing treatments, injections, and medication schedules. My dog is also getting older, and attends hydrotherapy sessions amongst other, so I understand the extra care, patience, and gentle handling that older pets often need. I still make time for long walks and hikes with her, along with plenty of cuddles on the sofa. I've pet and house sat in both Norway and the UK, and cat sat regularly through my work, so I'm used to settling quickly into different homes and routines. Whether your pet needs medication, an eye kept on a health condition, mobility support, or just a calm and familiar face while you're away, I will treat them exactly like my own. I have a car, so I'm happy to travel to you 😊 I work night shifts on a rotating schedule, which means I get several consecutive days off at a time. When I'm off, your pet gets my full attention, with no other job or commitments competing for my time. I'm available all day, every day during those periods, so there's plenty of flexibility for walks, visits, feeding, medication, or just company, whatever your pet needs. Because of my schedule, it's worth reaching out with your dates in advance so we can plan around my rotation, but once I'm booked in, you can expect consistency and full attention for the whole time I'm looking after your pet. While I'm unable to host animals at my current residence, I'm available for dog walking, playtime in parks, or coming to your home to care for your pet. I know it can be stressful for an animal to have a stranger in their home, so I therefore fully believe following routines and your normal day is essential for good care. As a qualified RVN, I'm trained in CPR, emergency procedures, and animal behaviour, so your pet will be in safe, experienced hands.

About: I took part-time care of my best-friend’s old dog and her cute cat! Meaning I can handle sick pets and have a lot of patience with specific needs. Additionally, my whole life I’ve been trusted with the care of my younger relatives, who are extremely frantic and unpredictable so I can tackle hard situations easily. As a full time a level student, I only do weekends any time between 8-5pm. This may vary further during holidays as I will take weekday bookings. Unfortunately I cannot offer taking any pet into care of my home due to personal reasons, but it may depend if I can house sit for a small duration. Ultimately I will be only prioritising dog walking as it is the most accessible to me.

About: I’ve had 2 Shih Tzu over my life time which I’ve trained since they were pups,I understand that dogs can often be a important member of the family from experience,I have experienced handling bigger dogs and playing with them but unfortunately until now i have not had the opportunity to have one. I’m currently in education from 9-4 every week day however after 5 I’m more then gladly be available so I'll have plenty of time to play with your dogs! And I'm available for boarding at weekends. I have spaces room for them to chill and eat,don’t have a garden but hopefully able to take them to the park which is down the road💪😁
