About: I’ve looked after dogs countless times for friends and family, with experience across lots of different breeds and personalities. I regularly looked after my sister’s two cocker spaniels, Bella and Sully, who were energetic and needed plenty of attention, walks and playtime, sometimes for whole weekends or while my sister was at work. I’ve also looked after a very energetic border collie named Scarlett who seemed impossible to tire out, as well as my friends’ chihuahuas, Nigel and Norman who needed a completely different kind of care and attention. Whilst I’ve never owned a dog myself, I’m very comfortable caring for them and adapting to their individual routines and energy levels, and I would love to gain even more experience getting to know your dog and their routines☺️ I’m currently working full time Monday to Friday between 9-5, but luckily I have the flexibility to work remotely most of the week which is usually Monday, Tuesday and Friday. I also have freedom to leave work slightly earlier than usual on Wednesdays/Thursdays which means I’m available from 6pm on those days. My services will be surrounding the pet owners home vs my own due to a cat already living here (and we know how they can be!).

Pet care will fit into my daily routine as part of my family. I have spare time to easily fit around your pet, offering plenty of love, care and attention around your pets needs. Your pet will be cared for within my own home following your pets patterns of behaviour. I follow your pets nutrition needs and ensure your pet is regularly taken for long walks local and in the countryside, no matter what the weather. Regular cleansing/bathing. Plenty of love, cuddles and treats for good behaviour.

About: Hi, I'm Helene 👋 I'm a Registered Veterinary Nurse with 6 years of hands on experience. I currently work nights at an emergency referral hospital in York, and before that spent 2 years at a first opinion practice in London. At home I have two rescue cats and a dog. One of my cats is geriatric and needs daily subcutaneous fluids and medication, so I'm very comfortable with ongoing treatments, injections, and medication schedules. My dog is also getting older, and attends hydrotherapy sessions amongst other, so I understand the extra care, patience, and gentle handling that older pets often need. I still make time for long walks and hikes with her, along with plenty of cuddles on the sofa. I've pet and house sat in both Norway and the UK, and cat sat regularly through my work, so I'm used to settling quickly into different homes and routines. Whether your pet needs medication, an eye kept on a health condition, mobility support, or just a calm and familiar face while you're away, I will treat them exactly like my own. I have a car, so I'm happy to travel to you 😊 I work night shifts on a rotating schedule, which means I get several consecutive days off at a time. When I'm off, your pet gets my full attention, with no other job or commitments competing for my time. I'm available all day, every day during those periods, so there's plenty of flexibility for walks, visits, feeding, medication, or just company, whatever your pet needs. Because of my schedule, it's worth reaching out with your dates in advance so we can plan around my rotation, but once I'm booked in, you can expect consistency and full attention for the whole time I'm looking after your pet. While I'm unable to host animals at my current residence, I'm available for dog walking, playtime in parks, or coming to your home to care for your pet. I know it can be stressful for an animal to have a stranger in their home, so I therefore fully believe following routines and your normal day is essential for good care. As a qualified RVN, I'm trained in CPR, emergency procedures, and animal behaviour, so your pet will be in safe, experienced hands.

About: With 2 animal courses of knowledge and looking after personal pets my whole life, working in kennels and on a farm I'm capable of meeting the needs of any companion. About: I have been a petsiitter, walker, companion for many years. I love all fur babies, recently looked after chickens too. I am First Aid trained and can administer medicines. I have a car, i cover the Ryedale and surrounding areas. Will consider further afield but a minimum of one continous week. Always recommend a meetup before a booking for a cuppa and maybe a biscuit 😉 Recently retired. As i am an animal lover and experienced pet sitter for cats, dogs, chickens i can't think of a better way to spend my time. I cannot look after pets in my own home sadly. I can only offer pet sitting, Vet visits, Pop-ins for all fur babies, chickens, feeding, comforting, walking. Sadly I cannot look after reactive dogs because of past experience.

About: I have lots of experience caring for pets as my degree has allowed me to work in both kennels and catteries, getting to know different animals and how to care for them. I have always had pets in the house and have a great love for all animals. My degree is quite full on, however midweek and weekends I would be able fit you and your pet in. Being around animals is very important to me and I often drop anything for the opportunity to cuddle a cute pup I am not able to have pets in my home at the moment but would be more than happy looking after your pet in your home, or taking your dogs for walks. I would be more confident walking dogs on leads as I would be worried if they do not have strong recall skills, however I would always ensure they have enough excercise.

About: I have been around animals all my life, having cats, rabbits and a horse as pets in my childhood. I have gained experience of pet sitting over the last three years with cats, dogs, fish and ferrets. I love meeting new animals. I currently work part time so I have lots of availability for pet sitting around this. I do early morning and late visits on work days and have several full days free each week. I will care for you home and your pet whilst you are away. I am happy to look after plants as well. I will follow the instructions provided by yourself.
