One of my cats is geriatric and needs daily subcutaneous fluids and medication, so I'm very comfortable with ongoing treatments, injections, and medication schedules. My dog is also getting on in years and attends hydrotherapy sessions, so I understand the extra care, patience, and gentle handling that older pets often need. I still make time for long walks and hikes with him, along with plenty of cuddles on the sofa. I've pet and house sat in both Norway and the UK, and cat sat regularly through my work, so I'm used to settling quickly into different homes and routines. About: I’ve always loved animals, and have grown up around dogs. I haven’t had a pet of my own for a few years, but have looked after pets of friends and family in that time. I currently work Tuesday-Friday. I have lots of free time outside of work and few other commitments at the moment. I might be willing to do evening drop-ins/walks, or house sit during the week if requested. I live in a rented flat so won’t be able to offer pet sitting in my own home, but am more than happy to travel to owners homes in the local area.
About: My first job as a teenager was walking and sitting neighborhood dogs and I’ve lived with cats, dogs and other animals my whole life. I now volunteer at a rescue and vet practice and study pet first aid too I usually work weekdays from 10am-5:30pm so all visits will be after 5:30. For overnights I will arrive around 6-7pm and leave in the morning around 9:30am. I am able to do multiple drop ins after work and depending on location I can do early morning visits too. Walks are always on afternoons unless it’s a weekend. I am a very laid back person who has a calm and approachable nature with animals. I am trained in safe handling of animals, pet first aid and have years of experience dealing with all types of pets. You can count on me to always be attentive, calm and in control.

I owned an energetic Vizsla for nearly 15 years who used to love coming on long walks and runs. During this time we also had a British short haired cat - both were much loved family pets. I love daily exercise like walking and running, so your dog will get a great workout, or just a relaxing walk if that’s preferred, as well as a safe, fun time outdoors with me. Normally the day starts with a walk round the fields/local paths. Then we settle down, few 5 min spurs of obedience training through the day and then a big afternoon walk. Evening will maybe have a small additional walk or some training. We have a fenced garden, fenced private fields - all possible escape routes have been found and fixed thanks to our escape artist. My dog is always around - he’s a beagle x spaniel full of energy.

I am retired and can spend all day/night looking after your dogs. I live in a fabulous location surrounded by fields this allows for some great walks. My house is a detatched house located in the middle of fields. My garden is fenced in with dry stone walling. The ground floor of my house is floor boarding and tiles so very practical for dog caring.

About: I adore dogs! I have helped run a dog kennels for over 3 years before I went travelling. I have also worked at a dog and cat animal charity for 1.5 years in Edinburgh, where I'm from. When I was travelling in Australia I also done dog walking as I needed my doggy fix down under as well. I had a family dog who was my absolute soul dog and best friend. I would care for your dog like it was my own furry pal. I currently work in the nhs supporting children with mental health issues. This is a challenging but very rewarding career. I do miss having furry, four legged friends in my life though. My schedule changes each week and I can be working different days each week but my work can be flexible if I'm given enough notice as to what days you need pet cover. We have a fenced garden at the back of the property. We now have our own golden retriever pup called ozzy who is the centre of our universe. Due to this I have put a hold on dog boarding in my house but still more than happy to drop by to owners houses to keep your pooch company as well as offer dog walking services.

It was honestly so lovely seeing how settled and happy he was, especially all the photos of him playing and clearly having such a wonderful time! About: I’ve been around animals since I was 8, growing up with a Jack Russell cross and a Staffy, and I’ve always loved caring for animals. I often look after my friends golden retrievers so also used to being around larger dogs. I now have my own 2-year-old British Shorthair, Mimi, who is neutered and very much part of the family. My partner has also grown up around a variety of animals, so we both have plenty of experience and genuinely enjoy being around pets. I’m comfortable caring for senior dogs who may need a little extra attention and understand that every dog has different needs and routines. I enjoy walking and spending time outdoors, so having a friendly dog along for the walk is a bonus! We’re looking forward to helping other pet owners out and giving their pets plenty of care, attention and cuddles while they’re away. I currently work full-time in marketing, which gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the week. My partner also works from home four days a week, so between us, we can easily fit pet care around our working day, whether that’s walks, feeding, playtime or simply giving your pet some company and attention. We’re also free on weekends, giving us plenty of time to give your pet some extra love and attention, with the added bonus of being able to take them on some lovely walks around the Yorkshire Dales 🐾 We want your pet to feel happy, comfortable and cared for while you’re away, and we’ll treat them as one of our own! ❤️ We have an enclosed garden with plenty of grass, sun and shade for your pet to relax in and go to the toilet!
