“Our dog Bertie is an anxious little character and so I was worried about him staying away from us for 9 nights. He usually stays with my sister but she was coming away with us so we had to find someone else for him to stay with. Hannah’s profile sounded perfect (she lets dogs sleep on her bed was the biggest seller as that’s where Bertie likes to sleep, he needs to be close to his humans at all times) and so I contacted her and she had availability . She insists on a trial night before agreeing to a stay which I thought was brilliant for both parties and he passed the test! And I know that he had a great time- when I arrived to collect him he wasn’t trying to get out of the door which he would have been had he not been happy. Even when I popped his lead on he went back to Hannah to say goodbye. He even hesitated before getting in the car, if he hadn’t loved it he would have been straight in the car looking at me with those eyes that say get me away from here now. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hannah for boarding your precious pup and will certainly use her in the future if my sister cannot look after Bertie.”

“This is the second time we left Winnie with Sarah and her family. We had regular updates and photos and it was lovely to see Winnie having such a nice time. Winnie was really happy when we picked her up and was back to her normal routine instantly, indicative that she had a wonderful time whilst we were away. Sarah, is always really flexible, really friendly and caring. I couldn’t recommend her enough. We have booked her again for another trip in April and we feel lucky we have found her and she is able to look after Winnie.”

I knew from the introductory visit that I had made the right choice, Dawn was no a longer a stranger to us and made us especially Bella very welcome, Dawn sent us daily updates on Bella which were very nice to see while we were away. I would use Dawn again and would certainly recommend her to family and friends.”

We had regular updates and pics and he always consulted us before doing anything he was unsure of with her. Would definitely leave Roxy with him again.”

Polly was well looked after and always enjoys her time with Rozina. She has a camera to check on dogs while she is at work. Holly kindly sent lots of updates and photos of Pepper having the time of his life during his stay. He had the best time - running around with his ball, playing with Gary the Gull, meeting and playing with his new buddy Ronnie, swimming at Easby Abbey. I knew Pepper was in extremely capable hands from the moment I dropped him off. He was immediately at ease and that had a huge impact on me. I’ve already arranged for Pepper to go back to see Holly in a couple of weeks and Holly would be my go-to person for all future stays for Pepper. Thank you so so much Holly.”
