About: I have recently lost my best friend of 13 years and beautiful GSP, Heidi. I work from home and miss the company, toe beans and nose boops. I have a lovely big garden for sniffs and exploring and of course time for tummy rubs and ear scratch’s. A well behaved dog is very welcome here. No aggressive dogs please. I don’t allow dogs on our sofa. I have two children 11 & 7. Will bring your precious pup with me on the school run so they are not left alone but they will have to be happy in a car and well behaved. 🙂 Hi!! After losing my own dog of 13 years in August 2026, I would love the pleasure of the company and privilege of taking care of your dog during the day. I recognise that dogs such precious family members and will take the very best care of your furry family member. While I WFH all day, I do the school run from 0830 - 0910 and 1510 - 1535. Your dog will come along with me if they are comfortable in the car so they won’t be left alone. My children are 11 & 7 and used to dogs. I have a lovely big garden with lots of bushes and trees for your dog to sniff and space to sunbathe. School holidays may vary but notice will be given. Must be collected by 1630 due to clubs. Our garden is surrounded by 5ft hedges and secured with gates. We don’t allow dogs upstairs or on the couch but we have loads of space to roam and snuggle. I am home all day and can’t wait to look after your precious pup.

About: I live in the beautiful village of West Tanfield, surrounded by countryside walks right on my doorstep. I’m lucky to have access to a lovely river loop walk, open fields nearby, and regular trips to Thornborough Henges, which is fully fenced and perfect for safe exploring. I work from home most of the time, so your dog will have plenty of company and a calm, relaxed environment throughout the day. They’re more than welcome to join me in my home office — keeping me company as the “office dog” for the day. I’ve had dogs all my life and recently lost my beautiful black Labrador, Ralph, in January. While I’m not quite ready for another dog of my own, I would love to open my home to yours and give them the same love and care. My aim is to provide a true “home away from home” — dogs are welcome to relax freely in the house and garden, and be part of a safe, comfortable environment. I’ll always treat them as if they were my own. I work from home most days, so your dog will have plenty of company and care. I can only accept bookings when I’m working from home. I only take one dog at a time. Dogs are treated like family and I like them to feel relaxed, with free roam, sofas, beds, a garden fully secure, and countryside walks.

About: I grew up with dogs and absolutely love their company for long walks in the area that i live in, along with lots of playtime I am currently single and retired so now have lots and lots of spare of time for lovely long walks and plenty of time to play I have fields on three sides of my house, pets would be able to roam inside bungalow freely or be caged if required by owners

I am at home full-time, which means your dog will rarely, if ever, be left alone and will receive constant care and attention throughout the day. My flexible schedule allows me to keep to your dog’s usual feeding times, toilet breaks and walking routine. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime or simply relaxing in a calm environment, I will make sure they feel safe, comfortable and loved throughout their stay. We have a warm, dog-loving family home where every dog is treated like part of the family. I live with my husband, our two university-aged children and our 4-year-old daughter, who is gentle and respectful around animals. We have a fully fenced, secure garden with plenty of space to explore, play and relax safely. I only accept a limited number of dogs at a time so that every pet receives plenty of individual attention, care and affection.

About: Me and my partner regularly care for dogs for friends, family and family friends. Experienced with different breeds, routines, feeding, walks and giving them a safe, loving home. I work Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, so I only accept bookings that suit my availability. This allows me to give every dog the time, care, and attention they deserve. We have a secure, fenced, good-sized garden for safe outdoor time and play. Your dog will be supervised, well cared for, and treated like part of our family.

About: Spacious home, enclosed courtyard garden, with no other pets. I work from home full time so can build my day around your pet. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog with the same love and attention as you, then I’m the right person. I have looked after my own and family member’s dogs, most notably two young border collies and dog-sitting alone for one week. Some experience with reactive dogs. Insured for home boarding, pet sitting and walking. I work from home full time, 5 days a week, so I will have plenty of time to care for and play with your pets. I’m available for both day care and overnight care, especially in the week. I live in a spacious house with an enclosed courtyard garden, and no other pets, so your pet will have my undivided attention and all my time.

About: I’ve lived with dogs my whole life, but my passion for training really took off when i rescued a Spaniel x Beagle. He started out reactive to other dogs, with no recall and a habit of disappearing after anything that moved. Through daily training and hundreds of hours of learning, I transformed him into a confident, social dog with reliable off-lead freedom, excellent recall, and advanced obedience. That journey gave me a genuine passion for helping dogs learn and building their confidence. I now volunteer every week at a dog rescue, working with dogs of all breeds, ages and temperaments. I’m comfortable handling everything from nervous and reactive dogs to strong pullers and high-energy working breeds. Whether your dog simply needs a fun walk, plenty of attention and a home away from home, or would benefit from some extra work on recall, lead manners, general obedience or behavioural issues during their stay, I’d love to help. I genuinely enjoy training and am happy to take on dogs that need a little extra guidance. We also have private, secure land, giving dogs a safe space to exercise and train away from distractions when needed. I work full time from home so always able to keep an eye on dogs. Normally the day starts with a walk round the fields/local paths. Then we settle down, few 5 min spurs of obedience training through the day and then a big afternoon walk. Evening will maybe have a small additional walk or some training. We have a fenced garden, fenced private fields - all possible escape routes have been found and fixed thanks to our escape artist. My dog is always around - he’s a beagle x spaniel full of energy.

About: I have had dogs in my life since I was little, I've trained some of them from being puppies, I have always dreamt of been a vet. At the moment I am currently unemployed so I have plenty of time for loving those furry animals, I will be working part tome soon but that won't affect my time . I have a fenced of garden , I have 3 year old pomeranian to keep the other fur babies company, I will treat them like they are my own with love and affection
