“Thank you Claire, sorry I didn't meet you personally but my husband said it was a pleasure to meet you, very friendly and Loki was very chilled to be with you. The photos we received showed he was a very relaxed boy and when Rob picked him up your partner greeted him by saying ah you have come to pick up the chilled one and the little dude was just relaxing on a rug looking very relaxed. Typically we described him as a plodder but his photo on the walk was the complete opposite lol, the dude was leading the way and out in front. Yep we thought he might. He seems to have had a lovely but exhausting day and is now just sleeping the evening away. Highly recommend Claire and if we are ever back in York we will book her again. Thank you.”

Kay went the extra mile to get to know Freddie and I received updates on how he was doing, which was appreciated. She was also very understanding when the car I was travelling in broke down, causing me to be later than planned. I’d recommend Kay and hope to book in again soon.”
