Michael was quick to respond with any queries before we went ahead with booking. Boris, being a bulldog, has specific food requirements and a set routine, which Jessica and her family adapted to perfectly. We felt completely reassured knowing he was in such good hands. We will definitely be using Jessica again in the future. Boris does not like the car and we always have trouble on collection but Jessica’s husband helped get Boris in the car with care, he is now snuggled up having had his favourite dinner , doing his favourite hobby of snoozing 💤”
