Shortly after making the booking, Jennifer reached out and we planned a short pre-meet before so that Gregory and her lovely dog Coco could meet, and we could share some information about them both. During the boarding, Jennifer kept us updated with pictures of Gregory doing all his favourite things and he looked to be having an absolute splendid time, seemingly as comfortable as he would be in his own home!
