“Laura looked after my two dogs really well, it looked like they'd been on their holidays too ?Really appreciate her caring for them as much as I would. Would highly recommend Laura.”

“Our retriever Lily had a fantastic time with Sally for a long weekend. Sally cares enormously for the dogs she looks after which was clear from the messages and photos she sent us through Lily’s stay. It was so reassuring to receive these and see that Lily was out enjoying lots of walks and getting lots of attention at home too. Our flight was delayed coming home and Sally was really accommodating when we were a few hours late picking her up again. We highly recommend Sally and will definitely be in touch again when we next need some dog sitting.”

“Doris had a great time with Jordan, great communication and really accommodating. Looking at booing our next trip so Doris can visit Jordan again (this is her 2nd time staying!) 🩷 highly recommended 🐾”

“Leanne was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond for Penny and me and was super patient with us both as we figured out if Penny could co-exist with Nala. They ended up getting along great, which I think is mostly thanks to Leanne’s expertise and experience with nervous dogs and fosters. Leanne provided detailed daily updates along with lots of photos and videos which was so appreciated. I would (and do!) Leanne to anyone and everyone!”

“From first getting in touch to picking my dog up at the end, Kathryn has been nothing but flexible, kind and professional. It was a short notice booking and Kathryn accommodated us in every way possible. My dog loved his little holiday and settled straight away, I got regular updates and videos which made it easier. Would absolutely use Kathryn again and would recommend to anyone. Thanks very much for taking care of him.”

“After reading raymond and Jo's profile and reviews we decided to have a trial night for our 2 rescue dogs. Jack Russell x 18yrs and an ex racing greyhound called ambrose 7yrs who is extremely timid and becomes very anxious around people. When we arrived for a meet and greet ambrose wouldn't enter their home but when we got him inside he behaved like he knew them both for yrs.he followed Raymond around the house and stood next to him for a pet. I knew right then 5hat they were the right people.so they went for a night trial and when we collected them ambrose was stood at the side of Raymond at the front door. We were given photo and message updates and I felt able to relax on our break . We are very grateful to them both and are more then happy to booking future sitting with them . Ambrose and patch loved it”

“Michael was lovely and understood the importance of sticking as closely as possible to Otto's normal routine during his stay. He sent regular photo and message updates as requested and my boy just settled straight away in his home (which is lovely and quiet). I've already rebooked several times and I'm sure Michael and my Otto will be the best of friends. Thank you Michael, the best possible alternative to kennels”

“Emma looked after our rescue dog overnight at short notice - a lifesaver! . She kept in touch throughout the stay, sending regular updates and photos which really helped alleviate my anxiety. Would definitely recommend Emma to others. Many thanks”

“Chrissy has been amazing looking after our doggo for 6 nights. She kept us updated daily with photos and we returned to a relaxed and very at home pup when we went to pick her up. Would use again and can highly recommend.”

“Albert absolutely loved being with Leah and her partner! The first time I met them both, I knew they’d be the perfect fit to look after him: friendly, accommodating and they clearly both love dogs. They were also brilliant at communicating with me, sending regular updates and photos. I’m not sure Albert wanted to come home, ha! I’ll definitely be using Leah in the future! Thank you ☺️”

“We needed someone to look after our pet dog Lucky for a weekend and found Jaye and her husband on Rover. They were an excellent find and took really good care of him. They welcomed him into their home, nothing too much trouble, plenty of walks and sent us photo updates. He had a great mini holiday and settled right in. Will definitely ask them to look after Lucky again in the future.”

“Another amazing pet sit from Karrie, always keeps me updated on how my dog Mia is and sends lots of photos. Even keeps me updated on Mia’s progress with the chickens since she’s terrified from them🙈🤣! Mia always has lots of cuddles when she is there and has a great time with Karries dog Willow, will 100% bring Mia back 🥰”

About: I have been around dogs for most of my life and love getting out for walks and enjoy the companionship that we can give each other. I currently have my own dog, Poppy, who is nearly 12. She still loves her walks and snuggling up next to me. I have experience of looking after family and friend’s dogs in my home and in their own home. I currently work full-time Monday to Friday term time as a teaching assistant. I am available on weekends and during school holidays so have plenty of time to look after you pooch. I am more than happy to take your dog for a walk, this is something I could even fit in after work. I would like to look after your dog in my home, or in their own home, whatever is best for the dog and you. I live in a semi- detached house with a fenced garden at the back in a beautiful village. There are plenty of lovely walks nearby in local woods/ fields. I also love exploring so am more than happy to walk your dog in its own familiar area if it has a favourite place to go. I have experience of looking after family and friend’s dogs in my own home and also in their own home. I thoroughly enjoyed having the dogs in their own environment, exploring their area on walks.

About: We've recently lost our two family dogs which is heart breaking. My cousin has recently got a puppy and I've been helping her with that. I had a puppy as a child. I've dog sat in other people's homes and taken them out for walks. I'm a carer for humans too! If your dog comes to my home they will sleep in my room. Cats will be separated. My partner is available for when I'm not so there is always someone to keep an eye on them. I have two private care jobs otherwise I am fully available for pet care 🐶 😺 I can cover mornings, lunch, tea and evening's, also overnight ! I love country walks. My partner helps with the business dog so if your dog needs more attention he is also available. We provide numerous walks which is included in the price In your home I will abide by your rules I have two cats at my home and we have now adopted a client's dog - border collie. Extremely friendly with everyone and everything. All three can be kept separate if needed. This can be discussed
About: I have had many pets over the years. From a donkey, goats, chickens and of course dogs! I stumbled across offering care for other people's dogs by accident really, but it works really well. I care for our extended family and friends dogs in my home while they go away on holiday. I lost my gorgeous dog four years ago and miss him terribly. I decided this would be a great way to enjoy having the company of a dog again. My dog was a whippet so I know what a good walk looks like! I am are registered on trusted house sitters and have five star reviews from all my sits. I have no dogs myself so your dog would be the only dog to be cared for whilst with me. You can go away knowing your dog would be having a lovely holiday with me while you are having your own holiday. They fit in as my pet for the duration of their stay. If I stayed in your home you could rest assured I know how to look after a home. I have been married for over 40 years. I have an acre garden so grass cutting does not faze me either.
About: I have lots of experience caring for pets as my degree has allowed me to work in both kennels and catteries, getting to know different animals and how to care for them. I have always had pets in the house and have a great love for all animals. My degree is quite full on, however midweek and weekends I would be able fit you and your pet in. Being around animals is very important to me and I often drop anything for the opportunity to cuddle a cute pup I am not able to have pets in my home at the moment but would be more than happy looking after your pet in your home, or taking your dogs for walks. I would be more confident walking dogs on leads as I would be worried if they do not have strong recall skills, however I would always ensure they have enough excercise.

I live in a lovely town and have access to beautiful countryside on my doorstep. I understand owners can have particular routines for their pets and im more than happy to keep to routines.
