About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and was already walking, feeding and caring for them from around 9–10 years old, so I count that as part of my experience alongside what I do now professionally. Ive naturally become the person people rely on when they need help with their pets. I now run my own pet care business, so this is something I do properly, not just casually. I focus on keeping pets in their usual routine and environment so they feel as settled and comfortable as possible while you’re away. I’m fully insured, DBS checked, and currently working towards further professional qualifications, as well as preparing to offer licensed boarding. I’m calm, patient and used to different personalities — whether that’s energetic dogs or more nervous ones — and I make sure every pet gets plenty of attention, cuddles and reassurance while they’re with me. I treat them like they’re my own and aim to keep everything as easy and stress-free as possible. References are always available if you’d like them. I structure my days around the pets I’m caring for, so they’re never just “fit in.” I’m flexible with mornings, evenings, and weekends, and I keep my routine light so I can give plenty of time, attention, walks, and cuddles throughout the day. I’ll always work around your dog’s usual routine so everything feels familiar and calm for them 🩶 I take the time to understand each pet’s personality, routines, and all their little quirks, so I can care for them properly and keep things calm and consistent. I stay attentive, notice small changes, and make sure everything runs smoothly while you’re away. You’ll always get clear updates, so you know they’re happy and well cared for 🩶

About: Experienced dog owner for over 10 years, Run a professional dog care service including home boarding, Daycare and walking, I have owned horses, cats and rabbits. Licenced, insured, weekends and weekdays available. Level 3 Ofqual regulated in professional Daycare and Boarding. I run a full time in house, Boarding, daycare and dog walking service. Monday to Sunday. Daycare is between the hours of 9am - 4pm. Walking is between the houses 11.30am-2.30pm Daycare and Boarding at my home. Fully enclosed garden and in my house. Dogs booked for Walking only will not attend my home but will picked up walked and returned home.

I follow your pets nutrition needs and ensure your pet is regularly taken for long walks local and in the countryside, no matter what the weather. Regular cleansing/bathing. About: I have had many pets over the years. From a donkey, goats, chickens and of course dogs! I stumbled across offering care for other people's dogs by accident really, but it works really well. I care for our extended family and friends dogs in my home while they go away on holiday. I lost my gorgeous dog four years ago and miss him terribly. I decided this would be a great way to enjoy having the company of a dog again. My dog was a whippet so I know what a good walk looks like! I am are registered on trusted house sitters and have five star reviews from all my sits. I have no dogs myself so your dog would be the only dog to be cared for whilst with me. You can go away knowing your dog would be having a lovely holiday with me while you are having your own holiday. They fit in as my pet for the duration of their stay. If I stayed in your home you could rest assured I know how to look after a home. I have been married for over 40 years. I have an acre garden so grass cutting does not faze me either.

About: I have lots of experience caring for pets as my degree has allowed me to work in both kennels and catteries, getting to know different animals and how to care for them. I have always had pets in the house and have a great love for all animals. My degree is quite full on, however midweek and weekends I would be able fit you and your pet in. Being around animals is very important to me and I often drop anything for the opportunity to cuddle a cute pup I am not able to have pets in my home at the moment but would be more than happy looking after your pet in your home, or taking your dogs for walks. I would be more confident walking dogs on leads as I would be worried if they do not have strong recall skills, however I would always ensure they have enough excercise.

About: I have been a petsiitter, walker, companion for many years. I love all fur babies, recently looked after chickens too. I have a car, can work in York and surrounding areas. Will consider further afield but a minimum of one continous week. Always recommend a meetup before a booking for a cuppa and maybe a biscuit 😉 Recently retired. As i am an animal lover and experienced pet sitter for cats, dogs, chickens i can't think of a better way to spend my time. I cannot look after pets in my own home sadly. I can only offer pet sitting, Vet visits, Pop-ins for all fur babies, chickens, feeding, comforting, walking. Sadly I cannot look after reactive dogs because of past experience.

About: I have been around animals all my life, having cats, rabbits and a horse as pets in my childhood. I have gained experience of pet sitting over the last three years with cats, dogs, fish and ferrets. I love meeting new animals. I currently work part time so I have lots of availability for pet sitting around this. I do early morning and late visits on work days and have several full days free each week. I will care for you home and your pet whilst you are away. I am happy to look after plants as well. I will follow the instructions provided by yourself.
