“Emma recently looked after our French bulldog dog Caesar. It's the first time I have ever left him with a dog sitter and must say I was very nervous. Emma instantly put my mind at ease with photo's and videos of Caesar whilst we were away. Caesar was very well looked after and settled very well at Emma's. I was very happy with the service Emma provides.”

About: I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, having grown up with pets throughout my life. I'm confident in providing day-to-day care, including feeding, walking, administering medication, and ensuring pets are happy, safe, and well looked after. Growing up, whilst having my own family's pets, I also regularly walked dogs for neighbours, giving me experience with dogs of different sizes and personalities. I have also previously cat sat which included feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter trays, and giving cats the attention and care they need while their owners are away. I work from home at least three days a week, which means I can provide plenty of care and attention for pets during the week as well as at weekends. My flexible work schedule also allows me to fit in regular walks and drop-in visits. I live close to the racecourse, so have lots of green space nearby, making it the perfect location for walks and fresh air. Whether your dog loves long adventures or prefers a gentle stroll, I'm happy to tailor walks to their needs. I'm also available for pet sitting at your home, so they can stay comfortable in their familiar surroundings while you’re away. As someone who spends much of the day working at a desk, I enjoy getting outside for walks. However, when back at my house, your pet will have plenty of companionship and attention throughout the day. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced, secure garden where dogs can safely enjoy time outdoors, as well as easy access to large green spaces nearby for regular walks and exercise. I'm happy to adapt to your pet's usual routine and any specific care requirements, including crate training, medication schedules, feeding routines, or sleeping arrangements. Just let me know your preferences in advance, and I'll do my best to keep their stay as familiar and stress-free as possible. I also have two cats at home. To ensure everyone's comfort and safety, they will be kept in a separate, secure area of the house throughout any dog boarding stay, so your dog can relax and enjoy the space.

“Our dog Fudge had a great time with Vanessa and her family. He has come back from kennels in the past shivering and nervous, even if just for a couple of days. He was with Vanessa for nearly a week and could not have been happier. It's clear that the family adore the dogs the look after. She sent regular "pupdates" and we were delighted to see how much he seemed to be enjoying himself, whether playing, going on long walks, or just snuggling in. Will certainly book in with Vanessa again in future”

Boris, being a bulldog, has specific food requirements and a set routine, which Jessica and her family adapted to perfectly. We felt completely reassured knowing he was in such good hands. Boris does not like the car and we always have trouble on collection but Jessica’s husband helped get Boris in the car with care, he is now snuggled up having had his favourite dinner , doing his favourite hobby of snoozing 💤”

“We were so happy with our decision to have Gregory board with Jennifer and her family. Shortly after making the booking, Jennifer reached out and we planned a short pre-meet before so that Gregory and her lovely dog Coco could meet, and we could share some information about them both. It was clear immediately that Jennifer and her family very much cared about making sure Gregory was going to have a comfortable stay with them, and he definitely did. During the boarding, Jennifer kept us updated with pictures of Gregory doing all his favourite things and he looked to be having an absolute splendid time, seemingly as comfortable as he would be in his own home! We will definitely be asking Jennifer to look after Gregory again in the future! 5 stars.”
