About: I’ve grown up with both cats and dogs and have spent my whole life caring for animals. Over the years, I’ve regularly looked after pets for friends and family while they were away, including feeding, walking, playing, administering basic care, and making sure they felt comfortable and loved in their owners’ absence. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your pets. I treat every animal as if they were my own, paying close attention to their routines, needs, and personalities. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, or simply some company and cuddles, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of care and attention while you’re away. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, so I’m able to spend lots of time with the pets in my care. Whether your pet enjoys company, playtime, regular walks, or simply having someone nearby, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention throughout the day. I have a secure fenced garden and a friendly indoor cat. While she is gentle and calm around other animals, she can be a little nervous around unfamiliar pets. To ensure a stress-free environment for everyone, I can keep her on a separate floor of the house when needed. My home has three floors, providing plenty of space to safely separate pets if required. I will always make sure that both your pet and my cat are comfortable, happy, and well cared for during their stay!

“Xiao is an amazing host! They provided outstanding care for our 13 year old dog. She was pampered and spoiled the whole time we were away, always resting somewhere comfortable, getting a lot of attention and clearly enjoying her stay. They noticed every little change in her behavior and made sure it was normal for her. We were getting a lot of nice pictures and regular updates. I had no worries at all that our dog was in good hands while we were on our trip. In addition, they were more than accommodating to all our needs. Flexible drop off and pick up times. Our flight got delayed, so we were not able to pick up our dog on the day we were supposed to. Xiao offered to host her for another night at no extra cost right away. I would recommend Xiao to anyone and happily leave our dog with them again. Highly recommended.”

They welcomed him into their home, nothing too much trouble, plenty of walks and sent us photo updates. He had a great mini holiday and settled right in. He let us visit for a meet and greet which immediately put us at ease and it meant the boys were somewhat familiar with their surroundings when we left them with Adam a few months later. It’s our second time booking with them, and Chapo had been quite moody before we dropped him off, but as soon as we got to their house he was suddenly very happy, very excited, very waggy tail, thrilled to be back. I think that says everything that needs to be said about their brilliant care. He loves playing with Hugo, and Cameron and Emily are amazing with him. Couldn’t recommend them enough.”

Was simple to use and we were quickly matched with Jo. She arranged a pre-meet to get to know our dog and see if we were comfortable. She asked loads of great questions to make sure she knew all about our dog's needs and habits. “Our dog Fudge had a great time with Vanessa and her family. He has come back from kennels in the past shivering and nervous, even if just for a couple of days. He was with Vanessa for nearly a week and could not have been happier. It's clear that the family adore the dogs the look after.
