About: I’ve grown up with dogs since being a little child. From being puppies to adult hood I have the experience and knowledge of how dogs can behave and interact. I have experienced many different situations which has given me the knowledge and skills to be able to overcome any issues effectively. I understand how dogs may react differently depending on the situation and how to manage this. I currently work from home full time 5 days a week on weekdays. This gives me more flexibility regarding my work life balance along with my home life. I also have access to a car. In order to care for pets in the owners home I will get to know the animal and have through interactions with them in order to access their needs. Conversations with the owners will also provide me with more information in order to care for them in the best possible way.

About: I am a huge animal lover, have had dogs my whole life and currently have a 3 year old female Cockapoo who loves play dates. I also helped to care for my 2 elderly family dogs who had arthritis and hip dysplasia and needed daily medication. Having been through separation anxiety with my own dog, I know how important it is to get the best care for them, with someone you can trust. I guarantee to care for your dog as though they are my own and give them all the love and attention they need. I also know how expensive dog care can be so I aim to keep my rates low to help people with access to affordable and reliable care. I work from home so can be with your dog 24/7. I can walk them with my dog before and after work and they will have access to the garden all day. I have a completely enclosed garden and my dog Leni will keep your fur baby company. She loves to play but can also be very calm when needed and usually gets along with all dogs.

About: My husband and I have looked after dogs for a number of years. These have varied, from puppies to adults, small to large, as well as high energy, confident to more nervous rescue dogs. What their stay looks like, is shaped around the needs of the dogs, their current routines, enrichment activities, exciting walks and any specific requests from their owners. We are passionate about creating an environment where a dog can thrive and develop in a home away from home. We have our own gorgeous pooch called Bonnie. She is very relaxed around other dogs, as she has socialised with dogs both inside and outside the home since we adopted her in 2024. She's very independent and calm in the house, but loves to explore with her fellow dogs when out and about on a walk. We also volunteer at a dog shelter, where we walk, train and lead enrichment activities with Romanian Rescue dogs. Through this experience working with a brilliant dog trainer and head of the charity, we understand that every dog is totally different, therefore, their care plan and routine need to reflect as much and be tailored to their personalities. As a result, we are confident with rescue dogs or those who are anxious and less confident. We typically take the dogs out for a morning walk, which will be roughly an hour. I work full time from home, which allows me to be home all day with the dogs. We will then have a shorter second walk, with playtime and enrichment thrown in! We have a fenced garden, as well as a field two minutes from our house, where dogs have plenty of space to run and play as they wish!

I currently have good availability for drop in visits during the week and on Sundays. About: I have 4 years dog care experience. I love to walk and there are some lovely areas around us which your pets can also enjoy. I am able to administer medication if required. I work from home full time so am always around if needed. I already have a dog and we go for walks at least 3 times a day - length of walk is very much dictated by my dog!! We have a fully enclosed garden, with both grassed and paved areas, all sides have high none see through fencing and access off the property is via two secure gates. Inside - all dogs would have access to the utility area, snug and kitchen, where clean fresh water is always available. They will also be able to have their own space if needed.

When staying with pets, I make sure they feel comfortable, relaxed, and safe - I aim to provide same love and care to your pets as you provided for them. I will stick to their usual routines, from feeding times to favourite toys and sleeping spots. I will also ensure they get plenty of attention, exercise if needed, and, of course, affection, just as if they were my own.

About: Hi! Thank you for considering me to care for your pets - I know how important they are! I’m a huge animal lover but unfortunately cannot have pets of my own right now. Therefore, petsitting/dog-walking allows me to care for animals and help out others. :-) Currently, I live just off Fulford Road right outside the city walls in a spacious three-bedroom terraced house, with an enclosed back garden. We do allow pets on our furniture, as long as that’s acceptable to their owners! I do have a full-time job, but I work from home which gives me plenty of flexibility. I can also spend all my time with your pet, which is especially helpful for ones that have a hard time being away from their owner. My husband and I are also very active and will happily take active pets out for multiple walks a day! Throughout my life, I have had a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, sugar gliders, and guinea pigs. I’ve been a dog-sitter for others (including many in the U.S.), with many repeat pets! I’m open to providing a variety of services, including day visits, walks, boarding, and more. I have experience with puppies and kittens, up through pets that are older. My care can be tailored to suit your needs, including special requests and medications.
