“Exceptional, thoughtful and professional dog boarding! We are so grateful to Kristina and her lovely family for looking after our dog Lyla. Kristina was wonderful, so communicative and helpful. She took brilliant care of our dog, sent us many cute photo updates and we felt entirely reassured and relaxed leaving our beloved Lyla with her. We could not recommend more highly. We will definitely be booking again! Rebecca x”

“Couldn’t recommend Joshua enough! Very welcoming upon arrival and Boe took to him straight away. I knew she was in good hands during her stay and communication was very good also! Infact I’ve already rebooked her in with Joshua again for another staycation. 10/10 review”

“Caroline and Andrew did a great job caring for Luca for the week he stayed with them in August. He had a lovely time and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Caroline for any future dog sitting requirements.”

“After Sarah agreed to look after Henry. We went to meet her and her husband Bob. Henry took an instant liking to both. We went back for a second meet, Henry ran straight upto them and into the house and made himself at home. I had no doubts what so ever leaving him with Sarah and Bob. Sarah sent photos of Henry, he looked happy and at home. I can't recommend Sarah enough to look after your dog. He will be so well looked after. Will certainly be booking Henry in again. Thank you very much Sarah and Bob for my worry free weekend knowing Henry was with you.”

“Xiao Jiao was amazing. My dog is only just a year old and very enthusiastic. Xiao Jiao sent lots of photos and he was clearly having an amazing time playing with her dog. Xiao Jiao was also very understanding about my dog struggling to settle at night, and went above and beyond to look after him. I can’t thank her enough.”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and absolutely love having them as part of the family. Growing up, I had a Labrador who was my best friend and now I have a friendly Golden Cocker Spaniel puppy who loves meeting and playing with other dogs. I live right next to a large field where I take my dog for walks every day, so your pup will have plenty of opportunities for exercise, fresh air, and enrichment. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playing fetch, or simply exploring new scents, I’ll make sure they have a fun and enjoyable stay. I work from home on the days I offer pet care, which means your dog will have company throughout the day. I understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, happy, and receiving plenty of attention while you’re away, so I’ll treat them as if they were my own. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, including feeding schedules, walks, medication requirements, and any special instructions. I’ll also keep you updated with regular messages and photos so you can relax knowing your furry friend is having a great time. I look forward to meeting you and your dog! Why choose me? * Lifelong dog owner with experience caring for Labradors and Spaniels * Friendly resident Golden Cocker Spaniel for companionship and play * Daily walks in a large nearby field * Work from home, so dogs are rarely left alone * Plenty of love, attention, and regular updates for owners * Happy to accommodate individual routines and needs I work from home so have plenty of time at home to look after your pup. I walk my dog three times a day, morning, lunch and in the evening. But am happy to accompany to your dogs exercise needs. I have a fully fenced garden with grass to explore. I have a golden cocker spaniel who loves other dogs and to play. I also have a crate that can accommodate a cocker spaniel size or smaller if needed. We also have child gates in the house to make sure they are safe.

“Suzanne and her husband were amazing with Belle over the weekend she stayed with them. Belle can be quite cautious around new people and dogs and it was the first time I'd left her with someone she didn't know well but at our first meeting Suzanne medee feel Cofindant the Belle would be looked after, there were Plenty of photos and updates and On picking up Belle she behaved like she'd had a better weekend break then my partner and I did 😅. Will definitely use Suzanne again and after this experience I would be very reluctant to use any one else”

“Frank stayed with Colin and his family for over a week. As always he was wonderfully well looked after. We received daily photos and updates which we really appreciated. Colin took particular care to make sure Frank was kept cool during the hot weather. As always, a big thank you to Colin and his family we look forward to seeing them again with Frank.”

“Helena was absolutely amazing with our very nervous dog, so kind and patient with him. Helena listened carefully to what he likes and needs and made his stay very stress free Great communication with lots of pictures sent too which really helped me with the first time leaving him. Thanks again Helena”

“Annette and Jamie once again could not have taken better care of our little Rascal. He is about 8 months old and he has come home calm happy and has been cared for and given lots of love and hugs. Annette sent updates every day of hie he was doing work pictures and this made it so easy to relax as they're the kindest people. Their dog Tinker is a lovely sweet boy too. They even spoiled him with a new bed as he loved the one Tinker had. Highly recommend and will be using again when we next go away. Thank you both so much for looking after our boy so well. X”

“Hamish was very well cared for by lovely caring people. We were only worried that he may not want to come home as he had such a wonderful time. Would not hesitate to recommend and will certainly use again when the need arises.”

“Our 6 month puppy had a great stay with Anitha. Anitha made every effort to ensure our puppy had a great first experience staying out. We really appreciated being able to pop for a quick visit prior to his stay. Stanley has a great visit and we were grateful for photos and updates. Highly recommend.”

About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember, especially dogs and cats. I grew up with an Alsatian and, as soon as I moved into my own home at 18, I adopted my first cat. My husband shares my love of animals, and together we have a home full of furry family members! We have two beautiful cats (both aged 5), our wonderful 14-year-old Jack Russell cross, Rocky, who still thinks he's a puppy, and our affectionate 11-month-old Labrador, Sonny. Despite his size, Sonny is incredibly gentle, friendly and loves both people and other animals. I work part-time for the NHS, which has helped me develop responsibility, reliability and a caring nature. When your pet is with us, they'll be treated as part of the family, with plenty of love, attention and care. My husband is home every other week, so there's often someone around to keep your pet company. We also have two children, aged 13 and 10, who have grown up surrounded by animals. They are kind, gentle and respectful around pets and absolutely love helping to care for them. Over the years I've looked after pets for friends and family, and they've often encouraged me to join Rover because they know how much I enjoy caring for animals. Having trained Sonny from a puppy, I'm also happy to reinforce basic training and routines if you'd like me to. I'm also happy to administer medication (oral or topical) if your pet requires it, as long as I'm given clear instructions. I understand that every pet has their own routine, and I'll do everything I can to ensure they feel safe, comfortable and settled while in my care. I know that leaving your pet with someone else can feel daunting, so I'll keep you updated with regular messages, photos and videos, giving you complete peace of mind while you're away. I'd love the opportunity to meet you and your pet. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch! Im currently working part time, usually a Tuesday and a Thursday, however my husband is home alot. I often home work also. I can help most days/weekends. Just message me ☺️ I have a very large garden with lots of doggy toys etc! A large fence and wall. My labrador is very safe in my garden. I also have CCTV outside both front and back. If you need me to visit your home I am extremely tidy, clean and responsible. Safety is my main priority for your furry friend.
About: Hi, we’re Toby & Chloe. We have taken care of dogs beforehand and Chloe has had dogs all of her childhood, we have a very large garden with plenty of space to run around and a very friendly family! Chloe is always around on weekends, so it's two carers for the price of one. We work through the week and are happy to have dogs over the weekend. We are a very loving couple who want dogs in the future but don't have a stable schedule yet through the week. We love walking them and enjoy sharing our weekends with furry friends! Our home is surrounded by walls and gates so is safe for dogs to run and play freely, we have a very large garden and there is a quarry to walk to and let them off their lead nearby. We are always around on weekends so can make our schedule to suit if we have a furry friend or not.
“Alison was a super carer for my pup. She was happy to meet before to ensure her dogs were ok with mine. She accommodated all of his separation anxiety needs and sent lots of photos and videos to keep me updated. Buddy had access to everything her dogs had including a large garden and big box of toys, and walks in Clumber Park! Buddy had a great time and I would highly recommend her.”

Nicola did a great job looking after my old girl. Due to a heart problem my girl has lots of medication - this was not a problem for Nicola. I got daily photos and updates and it was clear to see everyone was having a great time! It has been a huge relief knowing that she was looked after in such a loving and caring environment. She loves Nicola and I would have no hesitation booking her in again and certainly plan to do so!
