About: I have a shih tzu Hugo who’s 5. I also look after my Daughters dashound . I love all dogs and would love to make this a job to care for dogs . I currently work full time I am free to care for dogs on weekends and 2 days in the week when I work from home. I have a fenced garden the dogs will have the run off the house and garden while staying here. I have a 13 and 10 year old who are both great with dogs.

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life and caring for them comes naturally. Until recently, I cared for my own rescue Labrador, Brodie, who brought so much joy to our home. Caring for him, including during his final months, taught me the importance of patience, routine, compassion and understanding every dog’s individual needs. I have a safe, loving home with a fully enclosed, secure garden where dogs can play and relax. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles on the sofa or simply a quiet place to unwind, I’ll treat them as if they were my own. I understand how important it is to leave your pet with someone you can trust, and I’ll make sure they’re happy, safe and well cared for while you’re away. I work from home, which means I’m able to provide flexible, attentive care throughout the day. Your dog won’t be left alone for long periods and will have plenty of company, regular toilet breaks, playtime and affection. I can easily follow your dog’s usual routine, whether that’s scheduled walks, medication, feeding times or simply enjoying a calm, loving home environment. My aim is to make your dog feel as relaxed and comfortable as they do in their own home. Your dog’s safety and happiness will always come first. I have a secure, fully enclosed garden where dogs can play safely, along with a clean, pet-friendly home where they’re treated as part of the family. Having recently lost my beloved rescue Labrador, Brodie, our home has plenty of love to give. I understand how important trust is when leaving your pet with someone else, so I’ll care for them as if they were my own, following their normal routine and providing regular photo and video updates to give you complete peace of mind.I have a fenced garden.

About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember, especially dogs and cats. I grew up with an Alsatian and, as soon as I moved into my own home at 18, I adopted my first cat. My husband shares my love of animals, and together we have a home full of furry family members! We have two beautiful cats (both aged 5), our wonderful 14-year-old Jack Russell cross, Rocky, who still thinks he's a puppy, and our affectionate 11-month-old Labrador, Sonny. Despite his size, Sonny is incredibly gentle, friendly and loves both people and other animals. I work part-time for the NHS, which has helped me develop responsibility, reliability and a caring nature. When your pet is with us, they'll be treated as part of the family, with plenty of love, attention and care. My husband is home every other week, so there's often someone around to keep your pet company. We also have two children, aged 13 and 10, who have grown up surrounded by animals. They are kind, gentle and respectful around pets and absolutely love helping to care for them. Over the years I've looked after pets for friends and family, and they've often encouraged me to join Rover because they know how much I enjoy caring for animals. Having trained Sonny from a puppy, I'm also happy to reinforce basic training and routines if you'd like me to. I'm also happy to administer medication (oral or topical) if your pet requires it, as long as I'm given clear instructions. I understand that every pet has their own routine, and I'll do everything I can to ensure they feel safe, comfortable and settled while in my care. I know that leaving your pet with someone else can feel daunting, so I'll keep you updated with regular messages, photos and videos, giving you complete peace of mind while you're away. If you need me to visit your home I am extremely tidy, clean and responsible. Safety is my main priority for your furry friend.

It was obvious how well cared for, comfortable and thoroughly spoiled he was, to the point where I genuinely wasn’t convinced he wanted to come home with us 😂 Knowing he was being looked after by someone who clearly treats the dogs in her care like her own made such a difference. “First time leaving Finn with a stranger, but will definately use Jack again if i need a sitter, Finn was at ease the minute we went in, we had a meet and greet a couple of days before which put our minds at ease. Jack is reassuring and obviously an animal lover. Finn got lots of love and attention and i dont think he missed us as much as we did him. When we picked him up he came and had a cuddle then went straight back to Jack for more.Definately recommend and happy to use again.”

About: My partner and I have had our dog Charlie for over 4 years and we have been surrounded by dogs our entire lives. I also worked as a dog warden for over 2 years for a local council. I now work in Human health care. **Dog boarding is available for 1 maybe 2 nights and is subject to mine and my partners work patterns. Cat boarding lengths can be discussed** I currently work full time in healthcare following a shift pattern which allows me several days off during most weeks to look after your pets for the day. Please message me regarding dates required and I can try work around your schedule where possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort is our top priority. Dogs - The garden is secure on all sides by a 6ft high fence with a locked gate. In my home, dogs enjoy a secure, clean, and cozy environment with plenty of space to play and rest. I follow each pet’s routine, provide regular exercise, and offer a calm, supervised space where they can feel relaxed and at home. I have access to 2 crates (large and extra large) if crate time is improant for your dog. Cats - Cats will be in a separate room from our two and separated by a whole room in-between so they won't have the stress of close interactions with unknown cats. Apart from our own dog, No dogs will be boarded ect(Unless from the same household).
