After being very nervous about leaving her for the first time overnight, Hayley made me feel so comfortable knowing she was in the best care! She sent lots of photos of Lola to us out on walks and having cuddles 😊 Lola was very happy staying with Hayley & her son. I couldn’t think of a better person to of chosen to look after her. I very highly recommend Hayley to anybody looking for somewhere to leave there pets overnight in a loving family home. First aid trained, fully insured, city and guilds qualified in dog grooming and pet nutrition. I have my own pet care business so i run group walks every weekday morning 9-1pm. With my afternoons free for grooming, visits and solo walks. Keeping a space safe for pets is my top most priority. I always stay vigilante with possible dangers in the home or out on walks that may cause a potential danger to your pet by undertaking various risk assessments to make sure all pets are in a safe and protected environment.

“There are no words good enough to describe the amazing Daria and family! They took care of my Dachshund Molly for three nights and for the first time ever leaving her I didn’t have a single worry. I had many updates about Molly, what she was up to, videos, pictures etc. Daria was so kind in answering any questions I had. Dachshunds are known to be nervous dogs but molly settled in right away with no issues what’so ever, I could tell she fell in love with the family straight away as she was so comfortable sleeping on them 😂. Molly came in to season just before staying and Daria was so helpful and fine with making some changes to mollys routine and helping with keeping her clean and comfortable. I would reccomend Daria to absolutely any pet owner and will absolutely book in again when I need to. A very very heartfelt thank you to you daria and family xxx”

About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember, especially dogs and cats. I grew up with an Alsatian and, as soon as I moved into my own home at 18, I adopted my first cat. My husband shares my love of animals, and together we have a home full of furry family members! We have two beautiful cats (both aged 5), our wonderful 14-year-old Jack Russell cross, Rocky, who still thinks he's a puppy, and our affectionate 11-month-old Labrador, Sonny. Despite his size, Sonny is incredibly gentle, friendly and loves both people and other animals. I work part-time for the NHS, which has helped me develop responsibility, reliability and a caring nature. When your pet is with us, they'll be treated as part of the family, with plenty of love, attention and care. My husband is home every other week, so there's often someone around to keep your pet company. We also have two children, aged 13 and 10, who have grown up surrounded by animals. They are kind, gentle and respectful around pets and absolutely love helping to care for them. Over the years I've looked after pets for friends and family, and they've often encouraged me to join Rover because they know how much I enjoy caring for animals. Having trained Sonny from a puppy, I'm also happy to reinforce basic training and routines if you'd like me to. I'm also happy to administer medication (oral or topical) if your pet requires it, as long as I'm given clear instructions. I understand that every pet has their own routine, and I'll do everything I can to ensure they feel safe, comfortable and settled while in my care. I know that leaving your pet with someone else can feel daunting, so I'll keep you updated with regular messages, photos and videos, giving you complete peace of mind while you're away. “Xiao is an amazing host! They provided outstanding care for our 13 year old dog. She was pampered and spoiled the whole time we were away, always resting somewhere comfortable, getting a lot of attention and clearly enjoying her stay. They noticed every little change in her behavior and made sure it was normal for her. We were getting a lot of nice pictures and regular updates. I had no worries at all that our dog was in good hands while we were on our trip. In addition, they were more than accommodating to all our needs. Flexible drop off and pick up times. Our flight got delayed, so we were not able to pick up our dog on the day we were supposed to. Xiao offered to host her for another night at no extra cost right away. I would recommend Xiao to anyone and happily leave our dog with them again. Highly recommended.”
