Millie ensured bruce was settled and at ease prior to booking by offering a meet and greet session at her home. Bruce loved his stay with you and had definitely made a new best friends. “Xiao is an amazing host! They provided outstanding care for our 13 year old dog. She was pampered and spoiled the whole time we were away, always resting somewhere comfortable, getting a lot of attention and clearly enjoying her stay. They noticed every little change in her behavior and made sure it was normal for her. We were getting a lot of nice pictures and regular updates. I had no worries at all that our dog was in good hands while we were on our trip. In addition, they were more than accommodating to all our needs. Flexible drop off and pick up times. Our flight got delayed, so we were not able to pick up our dog on the day we were supposed to. Xiao offered to host her for another night at no extra cost right away. I would recommend Xiao to anyone and happily leave our dog with them again. Highly recommended.”
