About: Hi there! I’m a lifelong animal lover who truly understands that pets aren’t just animals—they’re cherished family members. Whether you need help while you’re at work or away on a trip, I am here to provide your best friend with the same love, attention, and security they receive at home. My journey with animals has taken me across the globe. Having lived and pet-sat in both Australia and the UK, I’ve had the joy of caring for a wide variety of breeds and temperaments. From high-energy pups to gentle seniors, I am comfortable and confident working with dogs of all shapes and sizes. My background in professional babysitting has also helped me develop a high level of patience, responsibility, and an intuitive approach to care. I know how to stick to routines, manage dietary needs, and—most importantly—provide plenty of companionship and play. I currently share my home with a beautiful, energetic Dalmatian, so I am very well-versed in the needs of active breeds. Whether your pet is a tiny companion or a giant gentle soul, I have the experience to keep them safe, happy, and exercised. I pride myself on being communicative and detail-oriented. You can relax knowing your home and your pet are in dedicated, trustworthy hands. I would love to meet your furry family member and provide them with the care and companionship they deserve. Feel free to reach out with any questions! Because I work as a supply teacher, I am currently heading into a seven-week summer break, which means my schedule is entirely open. I am able to commit fully to your dog’s care, providing dedicated attention day and night. Aside from the occasional, short errand—typically just a couple of hours at most—I will be right there with your pup. Whether your companion needs an extra-long morning walk, active play throughout the day, or just some quiet companionship on the sofa in the evening, I am physically and mentally present to provide it. During our outings, I practice proactive awareness, keeping a firm grip on the leash and maintaining a safe distance from other dogs or traffic to prevent any unexpected incidents. My goal is to be a calm, observant, and highly attentive presence, constantly monitoring your dog’s body language and comfort levels to ensure that your home remains a peaceful, stress-free, and safe sanctuary while you are away. When caring for your pet in your own home, my top priority is maintaining a secure and familiar environment where they feel completely at ease. I begin by conducting a thorough "safety sweep" to ensure all entry points are secure and any potential hazards—such as stray cords, household plants, or cleaning supplies—are safely tucked away. I strictly adhere to your established house rules and routine, ensuring that feeding times, walk schedules, and any medication requirements are handled with consistency. During outings, I practice proactive awareness, keeping a firm grip on the leash and maintaining a safe distance from other dogs or traffic to prevent any unexpected incidents. My goal is to be a calm, observant presence, keeping a close eye on your dog’s body language and comfort levels so that your home remains a peaceful, stress-free sanctuary while you are away.
About: My partner Levi and I have a great deal of experience caring for animals. We both grew up surrounded by pets – including dogs, cats, and many other animals – and that love for animals has continued into our adult lives with our own pets. To us, our dogs are family, and we would treat your pets with the same level of care, patience, and affection. Our goal is simple: to make sure your furry friends receive the attention, exercise, and care they deserve. If you have a busy schedule or simply need an extra helping hand, we’re here to help. We have experience with dogs of all ages, from training energetic puppies and helping them develop good habits, to caring for older dogs and keeping them active and happy. Whether it’s dog walking, playtime adventures, companionship visits, or simply checking in to make sure your pets are comfortable and cared for, we always give our full effort and attention. Our priority is always what works best for you and your pets, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and well looked after. Please feel free to get in touch — we’d love the opportunity to help care for your pets and give them the love and attention they deserve. 😊🐾 I am currently between jobs, which means I have plenty of time and flexibility to dedicate to caring for your pets. From early mornings through to the evening, I am available to ensure all of your pet’s needs are met and that they receive the attention and care they deserve. My partner Levi is also flexible with his time. While he manages some online clients, he is still able to assist with pet care when needed. We work very well as a team and will often attend visits together, helping to ensure both you and your pets feel comfortable and confident with the care being provided. Our priority is always making sure your pets feel safe, happy, and well looked after while in our care. As dog owners ourselves, we have plenty of hands-on experience caring for pets and understanding their individual needs. We currently have two very different dogs – a Labrador Retriever and a miniature Chihuahua – who may be complete opposites in size but get along wonderfully. Having two such different breeds has given us a great understanding of how each dog requires different levels of care. For example, Labradors typically need more exercise and larger meals, while Chihuahuas usually require shorter walks and smaller portions. Despite the difference in size and energy levels, our Chihuahua still enjoys trying to keep up with her much bigger “little brother!” Because of this experience, we are confident caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. Whether your dog enjoys long adventurous walks or prefers a calmer routine, we are happy to tailor our care to suit their needs. We are also happy to take dogs out in the car for new adventures and experiences, such as forest walks, beach visits, dog-friendly cafés, or simply spending time in your home to ensure they feel comfortable and well cared for. In the past, I also owned a Lhasa Apso who required daily medication, which taught me patience and the importance of administering medication safely and calmly. We understand that some pets need extra care and attention, and we are always happy to accommodate their individual requirements.

About: As a passionate dog lover, my mission is simple: to give your four-legged best friends the exercise, socialization, and absolute best care they deserve! Whether your pup loves exploring the beach, sniffing through the parks, or just needs a solid leg-stretch and potty break while you’re at work, I’ve got you covered! 🫶🏼 I’m currently self employed so have a clear schedule most days to look after and walk your dogs/ cats or other animals! I’m hoping to make this full time! I will always ask the pet owner to leave an extensive list of things that I am able to follow that will make their pet feel as calm and comfortable as they can be while you’re away!

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life and caring for them comes naturally. Until recently, I cared for my own rescue Labrador, Brodie, who brought so much joy to our home. Caring for him, including during his final months, taught me the importance of patience, routine, compassion and understanding every dog’s individual needs. I have a safe, loving home with a fully enclosed, secure garden where dogs can play and relax. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles on the sofa or simply a quiet place to unwind, I’ll treat them as if they were my own. I understand how important it is to leave your pet with someone you can trust, and I’ll make sure they’re happy, safe and well cared for while you’re away. I work from home, which means I’m able to provide flexible, attentive care throughout the day. Your dog won’t be left alone for long periods and will have plenty of company, regular toilet breaks, playtime and affection. I can easily follow your dog’s usual routine, whether that’s scheduled walks, medication, feeding times or simply enjoying a calm, loving home environment. My aim is to make your dog feel as relaxed and comfortable as they do in their own home. Your dog’s safety and happiness will always come first. I have a secure, fully enclosed garden where dogs can play safely, along with a clean, pet-friendly home where they’re treated as part of the family. Having recently lost my beloved rescue Labrador, Brodie, our home has plenty of love to give. I understand how important trust is when leaving your pet with someone else, so I’ll care for them as if they were my own, following their normal routine and providing regular photo and video updates to give you complete peace of mind.I have a fenced garden.

“I could not be more delighted to find Emily as a dog sitter. It was my first time leaving Teddy, with anyone outside of family or friends, but it was immediately clear that Emily genuinely loves dogs and treats them like family. Teddy was so well cared for and was instantly happy and relaxed, settling comfortably from the first evening. Emily kept me updated with regular photos and messages, giving me total peace of mind whilst being away. I came home to a very happy and content dog and I couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, kind, loving and professional sitter. Thank-you Emily, Alex and Carter, for welcoming Teddy into your home and for looking after him so fantastically. I know he can't wait to come back!”

About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember, especially dogs and cats. I grew up with an Alsatian and, as soon as I moved into my own home at 18, I adopted my first cat. My husband shares my love of animals, and together we have a home full of furry family members! We have two beautiful cats (both aged 5), our wonderful 14-year-old Jack Russell cross, Rocky, who still thinks he's a puppy, and our affectionate 11-month-old Labrador, Sonny. Despite his size, Sonny is incredibly gentle, friendly and loves both people and other animals. I work part-time for the NHS, which has helped me develop responsibility, reliability and a caring nature. When your pet is with us, they'll be treated as part of the family, with plenty of love, attention and care. My husband is home every other week, so there's often someone around to keep your pet company. We also have two children, aged 13 and 10, who have grown up surrounded by animals. They are kind, gentle and respectful around pets and absolutely love helping to care for them. Over the years I've looked after pets for friends and family, and they've often encouraged me to join Rover because they know how much I enjoy caring for animals. Having trained Sonny from a puppy, I'm also happy to reinforce basic training and routines if you'd like me to. I'm also happy to administer medication (oral or topical) if your pet requires it, as long as I'm given clear instructions. I understand that every pet has their own routine, and I'll do everything I can to ensure they feel safe, comfortable and settled while in my care. I know that leaving your pet with someone else can feel daunting, so I'll keep you updated with regular messages, photos and videos, giving you complete peace of mind while you're away. I'd love the opportunity to meet you and your pet. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch! Im currently working part time, usually a Tuesday and a Thursday, however my husband is home alot. I often home work also. I can help most days/weekends. Just message me ☺️ I have a very large garden with lots of doggy toys etc! A large fence and wall. My labrador is very safe in my garden. I also have CCTV outside both front and back. If you need me to visit your home I am extremely tidy, clean and responsible. Safety is my main priority for your furry friend.
