About: With 8 years of dedicated care for our Sprocker Spaniel and a lifetime of experience with dogs your pet will feel right at home with us :-) Rachel and I have always had pets within our family environment. Rachel and I are always around on weekends and currently have the flexibility to work from home during the week to enable us to look after your pet for the majority of the week. We have a fully secure, fenced back garden complete with dog flap access to the kitchen. We also have a spare room dedicated for pets for when your pup needs some alone time.

About: I’ve been around dogs from the age of 6, I know how to care for them properly and can easily take them on very frequent walks, I can accommodate to all dogs big or small as long as they’re good with young children. I’m a stay at home mum so I will have all days available except from Mondays, so I have plenty of time to give to your doggies! I live in a flat but don’t let that put you off, I can take your dogs on frequent walks multiple times a day, I can keep the routine they have at home and bring it into my home so your dog is comfortable being away.

About: I have enjoyed learning canine psychology and body language since around the age 10, this help me understand my dogs and find new ways of training them which is one of my favourite hobbies, although since moving out of my parents I have since began an access course at university and I don’t have any time to get a dog of my own. I would absolutely love to walk dogs in my spare time before I move away and I would equally love boarding them however I don’t think my cats would appreciate new cats or dogs in their home. I don’t mind walking and training dogs, administering medications, check ins to provide some mental stimulation, make sure everything is okay or to let them into the garden. I am currently studying a lot however i currently have two weeks off and this will be the perfect opportunity to make some money in my free time doing something I enjoy to prepare me for moving away for my degree. When I go back I will be able to walk dogs after around 5pm up until midnight if needed on weekdays and I’m free most of the time during weekends so from 7am-12pm I am calm, patient, and understanding of a dogs behaviour and will always treat them with respect for the entire duration I am with them. I only ever use positive reinforcement such as verbal rewarding or treats, and negative reinforcement such as turning directions to control pulling on the lead, I will never use any sort of physical punnishments or shouting as I strongly dislike it and don’t believe it is ever necessary. I have a large garden with a dogs agility set a high fence to let them burn off energy and give them some mental stimulation if they will be home alone for long periods of time.

About: I have always lived with dogs in the home when growing up and have had three dogs of my own until a few years ago. I now have one older dog who is trained, calm and gets on well with other dogs. Work flexibly from home throughout the week and have no commitments at the weekend so can accommodate and provide care 7 days a week as required. I live in very close proximity to open countryside for steady walks or exercise when needed. I also have a completely enclosed garden which allows access for regular trips outside.

“We won’t go anywhere else for our Milo. He absolutely loves it here, and they treat him like their own dog and let him be free to do what he wants to do. They also send us updates all the time on how Milo is getting on and what he’s getting up to, which are lovely to receive. Thank you both!!!”

“Absolutely fabulous Sophie so happy and content staying here got spoilt rotten. Couldn't ask for a nicer couple to trust your four paw baby with updates on WhatsApp so you can see how much fun they are having. A very special place with a lovely caring couple and returning in a few weeks. Thank you both”

The whole experience has been exactly what we needed. Regular updates including pictures helped provide us with the peace of mind that our dog was happy and healthy. Elen is professional, organized and thoughtful. We and Ziggy will be returning customers and I would highly recommend.”
