“Leanne looked after our dog Blanca over the weekend and I couldn't have felt happier with the care that she recieved. I was given multiple updates throughout the stay, with videos and photos as well! Blanca loved playing with Leanne's dog Nala too! Whenever I'll need Blanca looking after in the future I'll definitely be using Leanne again!”

“After reading raymond and Jo's profile and reviews we decided to have a trial night for our 2 rescue dogs. Jack Russell x 18yrs and an ex racing greyhound called ambrose 7yrs who is extremely timid and becomes very anxious around people. When we arrived for a meet and greet ambrose wouldn't enter their home but when we got him inside he behaved like he knew them both for yrs.he followed Raymond around the house and stood next to him for a pet. I knew right then 5hat they were the right people.so they went for a night trial and when we collected them ambrose was stood at the side of Raymond at the front door. We were given photo and message updates and I felt able to relax on our break . We are very grateful to them both and are more then happy to booking future sitting with them . Ambrose and patch loved it”

“Mica was very chilled and we felt at ease after meeting her. Luna warmed to Mica straight away. The house was clean, tidy and safe. We would definitely use Mica again. Luna returned happy and playful. Grest over night stay. Mica is close by to the Scarborough open air theatre , as we were attending a gig there that evening the location was perfect.”

“Eleanor is fantastic with my dog Chester, it’s no trouble for her to go that extra mile for him as he needs extra care with having separation anxiety. Chester is always happy to go to Eleanor and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you for taking great care of Chester 😀🐶🐾”

“Great. From leaving the girls to collecting them, I felt confident that they were safe. When they got home they slept for hours. These means to me that they have had a fab time will defo use again.”

“Coming up from south wales with no recommendations for dog care in the area I found Wayne.. Wayne looked after Blaidd out GSD brilliantly, he kindly had her the whole weekend while my husband raced in Olivets mount. He gave me constant updates and photos. I think Blaidd enjoyed her stay so much she was reluctant to leave and watched him disappear through the window after being put in the car upset to be going home. Great service. Next Olivers mount we attend will 100% use Wayne.”

“Helen and Becky were super friendly and accommodating. It’s a little nerve wracking using a new sitter for the first time but I had lots of updates and pictures to help me feel reassured Daisy and Ralph were in good hands. Daisy and Ralph enjoyed their stay and settled well. Would definitely recommend and will hope to book again in the future 🐾”

“Went to a caravan for 3 nights and had to get a dog sitter for my wee dog Mia as she just wouldn’t settle. Helen was absolutely amazing I can’t express that enough! She answered straight away when I booked, she sent me pictures of Mia to let me know how she was getting on and kept in touch with texts to keep me updated. She has her own three dogs and you can tell they’re all pampered pooches 🥰 if anyone is looking for a dog sitter in this area I would 100% recommend Helen and will definitely be back myself 🙈❤️”

“We could not be happier with the care Mabel received from Kevin & Caroline! After a great initial meet and greet, we booked her in for a 4-night stay. Mabel loved her time with her new doggy friends - Benji & Dusty. It was immediately obvious how much Kevin & Caroline love and care for animals—Mabel was treated just like one of the family from the moment she arrived. Receiving regular photo updates gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Mabel came home happy, settled, and well-cared for. We’ll definitely be booking again in the future if we need a place for Mabel to stay. Highly recommend!”

“Absolutely wonderful. Willow was extremely well taken care of. Walked and fed as required. She had so much fun she was so tired when we got home she fell asleep and started snoring :) Would highly recommend and will use Chloe again!”

“Wholeheartedly recommend Karrie to look after your dog. She went the extra mile making sure our dog felt safe and secure throughout his stay. She catered to all his needs in every way. Needless to say we picked up a very happy boy. Will definitely be using Karrie in the future.”

“We’re SO grateful to Fran for the way she looked after our cocker spaniel Twizzle. He injured his leg just as we were going on holiday but she looked after him as if he was her own, giving him his medicine, monitoring his progress and sending us regular reassuring updates. Twizzle absolutely adores her and we think she’s pretty wonderful too. Highly recommended!”

“My dog Clive stayed with Catherine and her husband last night. I took Clive to the house to see Catherine and let him have a feel of the place. I knew almost immediately he would be in the best hands. I had no doubts about leaving him there. He can be a handful at the best of times but she is very experienced, very kind and knowledgeable and managed him beautifully. He was in the best hands, living his best life. I would not hesitate to recommend or use again. Thank you ❤️ 😊”

“It was the first time for me to leave Monty for this time as he’s only 15 months old and a very precious family member. Monty met Zach and did a getting to you know session and then spent 5 days and nights with Zach - Monty has clearly had a “holiday” I arrived home and he was full of beans and had clearly been very well cared for.. thank you Zach. You will be top of my contacts for any future doggy daycare/sleepover needs.. I can’t thank you enough ..”

“Bronte had a wonderful time with Laura and came home a happy and tired dog! Laura was great at keeping us updated with photos and videos. I’d definitely recommend Laura and we’ll hope to book again when we next need a sitter for Bronte. Thanks Laura!”

“Jaye and Johnny put us at ease with our elderly miniature schnauzer Salt from the moment we met them. Warm, kind and attentive with a clear love for canine family members we were confident Salt was going to fit right in and they would take care of our old guy who had a few are related health issues. They sent several photos of their time caring for him over the 3 nights he stayed with them and Jaye gave us assurances he was doing just great. They bonded so quickly with him and great they live so conveniently close by to us too so that was a bonus. Would whole heartedly recommend Jaye and Johnny to others looking for a canine home away from home ! Thanks again”

About: We’ve had dogs all our lives and currently care for two of our own, so we’re confident handling all ages, sizes, and personalities. We also foster dogs until they find their forever homes, which has given us hands‑on experience with nervous dogs, unsure rescues, and dogs with behavioural challenges. Through fostering and personal experience, we’ve become comfortable administering medications, building trust with anxious dogs, and creating calm, safe routines for pets who need extra patience and reassurance. Pet care fits easily into our routine because I work from home and my partner works part‑time, so there is always someone at home. This means dogs are never left alone, get plenty of attention, and can enjoy regular playtime, and a calm, consistent environment throughout the day. We provide a calm, dog‑friendly home where pets are always supervised as one of us is always in. We keep routines consistent, follow all feeding and medication instructions carefully, and make sure walks and garden time are safe and secure. Whether in our home or yours, we focus on creating a relaxed, trustworthy environment where every dog feels comfortable.

About: Hey, check out my Facebook page, "Moochyapooch"—I post all my pet adventures there! 🙂 I'm super experienced with dogs of all ages (had pets my whole life!), and I do daily walks and pet sitting. I can come to you if you're nearby. I'm pretty active, so energetic dogs are great, but I'm chill with relaxed ones too. Please check my Facebook page, "Moochyapooch," to see uploads of your pets' adventures. 🙂 I am up early every morning; I spend one-on-one time with your pets, hardly leaving them alone. I stay with your pets 24/7; we are in the same room together at all times. I live five minutes from the beach and wooded areas, so there are plenty of walks for us to go on. 🤩 Let me know a few days prior if I have any other pets. Thank you. I have a fenced garden in the back; no grass, but okay for midnight toilet breaks. Your pet will be safe in my home; my backyard is secure, with a fenced garden. I will stay with them at all times, with treats, toys, fun, and games provided, and best of all, big dog walks. I am available to take your dog on big, active walks, or little walks, or just chill out in the house with them, letting them into the garden. I treat the house for fleas and ticks regularly. All pets are kept with me at all times.

About: I’ve loved dogs all my life and have owned dogs since I was a child, right up until five years ago. I miss having a dog of my own, but I don’t feel able to make the full-time commitment a dog deserves, so Rover feels like the perfect way to enjoy spending time with dogs again. I’m recently semi retired and have plenty of time for walks, companionship and giving your dog lots of attention. I’m caring, reliable and patient, and I’ll treat your dog as I would my own. I’m semi-retired and have plenty of time to enjoy walking and caring for dogs. I’m available during the daytime on weekdays and can also be available at weekends. I’m very close to North-Bay beach in Scarborough, so there are lovely opportunities for walks. I offer one-to-one walks, so your dog gets my full attention. I’m happy to arrange regular walks or occasional walks, depending on your needs. Your dog’s safety and happiness are my priority. I have a secure outside courtyard space where your dog can have some fresh air and time outdoors. I’ll take time to get to know your dog, their personality, routine and any particular needs. I’ll provide calm, attentive care and make sure they are safe and comfortable throughout their visit or walk.
About: I have been around dogs from birth and spent much time looking after my parents collie which included long country walks, feeding and grooming. When I met my partner Jo later on, we got ourselves a large house with a fenced off garden, and not long after, we adopted our first rescue dog, Ben, a springer spaniel. Unfortunately due to health issues, we did not have Ben very long, but we made sure he had a good, happy life. Some time later, we adopted another rescue dog, Bonnie, a Cavalier King Charles spaniel. We quickly found that Bonnie was not settling well and required the company of another dog so we then adopted Amity, a springer spaniel, as a companion. We thoroughly enjoyed looking after our 3 dogs with walks, feeding, administering medication when needed, and tending to any other needs. Our dogs always came first, were very much part of the family, and had happy lives and a home where they were loved. Sadly, all our dogs have now passed away but we still want to offer up our home to other people's dogs and look after them just as much as we did with our dogs. Myself and my partner both work part time, so we are at home for most of the day apart from one hour in the morning when we are both at work. We have a large fenced off garden for dogs to run around and play in. Dogs have free run of the house unless owners specify that they must not be in the bedroom or on furniture. We have an under stairs area for dogs who prefer a covered, quiet area to sleep in. I have pet sitters insurance to cover your dog while in our care and I also hold a DBS certificate. We will only take one owner's dog(s) for boarding at any time. We will never take dogs from multiple owners at the same time.
About: this is now my full time job. i’ve been looking after dogs for multiple years now - i can cater to needs very well. able to be kept separate from other people but me if needed! doggie photo updates will also happily be given! looking after fur babies isn’t a real job for me. i would happily move things around in my plans to make things work - i have a better day with a dog by my side. also gives me a reason to be active! i love taking dogs on trips out on the train to go have a really long scenic walk - let me know if this is okay! (looking to make this my full time job if it goes well!) i am very flexible with different dog’s needs! let me know specifically what is needed from me :) can be kept social with different adults in the house, or can be kept separate with me if the doggie has anxiety or separation issues.
About: I have an eight year border collie cross who absolutely loves her walks. I take her for a walk twice a day during the week and up to three times a day on weekends. I'd like to offer to take other dogs for their much needed walks when their owners are unable to do so, as I see how much Chloe enjoys her walks and really looks forward to them. I am also happy to board one dog at a time, especially the more shy or nervous dogs as Chloe has only recently started relaxing in her surroundings, so I know how stressful it can be for dog and owner if you need to leave your dog with someone but you know they are nervous and need a bit more TLC.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was the age of 15. Little terriers that required so much attention and big ones that need none! I come from a family of dog lovers, my grandfather is a miniature Schnauzer breeder and my grandmother is one of the top old English sheep dog breeders in the country, as well as a multi time crufts winner. To say I come from a family of dog lovers is an understatement! I currently work from home 3 days a week and am only away for Monday and Wednesday. I walk everyday and need someone to enjoy Harry Potter audio books with! I currently live in a flat with easily accessible large outdoor spaces just a 2 minute walk away. I’ve lived with big dogs for ten years and have learned how to manage dogs day to day

About: My partner and I have had our dog Charlie for over 4 years and we have been surrounded by dogs our entire lives. I also worked as a dog warden for over 2 years for a local council. I now work in Human health care. **Dog boarding is available for 1 maybe 2 nights and is subject to mine and my partners work patterns. Cat boarding lengths can be discussed** I currently work full time in healthcare following a shift pattern which allows me several days off during most weeks to look after your pets for the day. Please message me regarding dates required and I can try work around your schedule where possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort is our top priority. Dogs - The garden is secure on all sides by a 6ft high fence with a locked gate. In my home, dogs enjoy a secure, clean, and cozy environment with plenty of space to play and rest. I follow each pet’s routine, provide regular exercise, and offer a calm, supervised space where they can feel relaxed and at home. I have access to 2 crates (large and extra large) if crate time is improant for your dog. Cats - Cats will be in a separate room from our two and separated by a whole room in-between so they won't have the stress of close interactions with unknown cats. Apart from our own dog, No dogs will be boarded ect(Unless from the same household).
