Faith was amazing with our boys. They can be barky and reactive, especially with new people, but Faith was so patient and understanding and after just one meet and greet session the boys got so comfortable with her and really enjoyed their stay this weekend! We will definitely use Faith again and we highly recommend!
Our two dachshunds stayed with Jack for a week, having previously had a practice overnight stop. They came home happy and had obviously been well looked after. Jack gave them meds (they both had allergy tablets) and their worming and flea treatments (eco friendly). I forget to pick something up when we collected the boys so went back a couple of days later. The boys were delighted to see him again, so this shows me that they must have enjoyed themselves.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018.
