After being very nervous about leaving her for the first time overnight, Hayley made me feel so comfortable knowing she was in the best care! She sent lots of photos of Lola to us out on walks and having cuddles 😊 Lola was very happy staying with Hayley & her son. I couldn’t think of a better person to of chosen to look after her. Highly recommend and will definitely book again . Thank you so much for taking care of him for us. 😀”

“Sara looked after my nervous puppy really well. She got him to go on walks, something he normally hates to do. And sent pictures updating me of his progress. He also seemed to like her, by the time i came to pick him up. That's something that hasn't happened with previous dog sitters he has stayed with. All in all, I'm very happy.”

“Dan was amazing with my dog Ned, 1st time I've left him so very nervous. Dan kept me updated with photos & Ned settled in great. Dan was very easy going & happy for Ned to sit on sofa which made it alot easier for Ned. Would definitely recommend Dan & we will be booking him everytime we go away in future”

“Julie (and her family) took great care of our dog for 5 days. He was settled and happy when we returned and I’d go as far as to say he appears to be missing them!! Regular updates, daily. Lots of walks. He even slept on her bed (which he’s used to doing) so all in all - look no further than Julie! A+”

“Our 6 month puppy had a great stay with Anitha. Anitha made every effort to ensure our puppy had a great first experience staying out. We really appreciated being able to pop for a quick visit prior to his stay. Stanley has a great visit and we were grateful for photos and updates. Highly recommend.”

“Bea had a great experience with Luke, she was well provided for with plenty of space. Dog bed in each room, garden to play in etc. very loving and considerate for the dogs needs. Highly recommended!”

“Kirsty and the whole family were absolutely amazing!!! Dotty didn’t want to leave and they looked after her like she was their own. Amazing service Dotty can’t wait to go back to see her new bestie!”

“Right from the start Justine and Matty made us feel totally at ease and confident to leave Mabel with them. Throughout Mabel's stay we received regular updates and funny stories about what she'd been up to. She came home to us happy and healthy so we could not ask for more. We would not hesitate to have Justine and Matty look after our dogs in the future. Thank you”

About: I have always had dogs at my family home, starting with a jack russel and whippet from when i was a small child. By the time I had left the family home at 18 we had 2 labradors and a french bulldog. I now own a dachshund, her name is Molly and she is 4 years old! I love to teach my dog lots of tricks and of course spoilt her with treats and cuddles. We have been through all the good and bad stages of walking training so happy to walk any age dog! Some more info on my services/location/times below: Dog Walking: I am able to walk your dog if you live in the hu8/hu9 area of garden village and holderness road, or the HU5/HU6 area of the avenues. This is due to me walking to your location. I currently work at the university and live near holderness road. I am able to walk your dog for 30 minutes or one hour, whichever you prefer. I love walks whatever the weather and find myself to be comfortable with dogs who are well behaved, and ones who are not so (my dachshund barks at every opportunity so I am used to this). I would be most comfortable with walking dogs who stay on the lead at all times. I am fully insured. House drop-in: I would love to help with any home drop ins to provide pets, cuddles, food and toilet breaks for your pet! My hours are very flexible at the moment so please do send a message with your preferred times of walking or house dropping and I would be happy to help if possible! Dog boarding: I have a lovely 4 year old dachshund who I share my home with. Your dog would be most welcome to sleep in their crate, bed or my bed! I usually go to work each day for around 4 hours, but my husband is usually home to offer more frequent toilet breaks if needed! I am currently working hybrid, some days from home and some days from the office. I usually only leave for a few hours at a time thought as my jobs very flexible. I have a fenced back garden which my dog loves to play around in. I have a babygate to stop dogs from running up and down the stairs as my stairs are narrow. I am happy to carry dogs up and down if they want to stay in the bed. As mentioned in my bio - I do have a friendly little dachshund who is able to stay with me during your dogs stay if they are good with other dogs, or I can offer your dog their own space if needed and my dog can stay with family and friends.
“First time leaving Finn with a stranger, but will definately use Jack again if i need a sitter, Finn was at ease the minute we went in, we had a meet and greet a couple of days before which put our minds at ease. Jack is reassuring and obviously an animal lover. Finn got lots of love and attention and i dont think he missed us as much as we did him. When we picked him up he came and had a cuddle then went straight back to Jack for more.Definately recommend and happy to use again.”

“We were a little apprehensive about leaving Charlie with strangers (first time) but we figured it would surely be better than kennels. The communication was good building up to the stay and stayed really good throughout our time away. We were sent pics/vids and it was clear that Charlie was having the best of times! I think the added bonus of another friendly spaniel and a child in the house made her stay even more worthwhile. The family are clearly doggy people and I would highly recommend!”

“Adam was great will Pablo I was at ease leaving him for the first time, Adam kept me up to date will how Pablo was doing he took him on lots of walks my dog loved his time away will definitely be booking again 👍”

“Bear had the best time with Helena- she catered to all his needs and gave him lots of love and snuggles! Communication was great also and lots of picture updates. Will deffo use again when needed. Thanks Helena x”

“Olivia is a super lovely, friendly and experienced dog person and Honey was completely happy and relaxed being with her. I was sent photos and kept informed of how Honey was through her stay and I was happy that she was being taken good care of.”

About: I have always dog sat for my friends as my mum is (annoyingly) allergic to dogs. I have good experience in taking care of dogs and will be a great companion to them! I’m a full time student with lots of free time! I’m mostly available on scheduled days after 2pm but on Saturdays I'm available all day. For dog walks, mornings are also available. Whilst dog sitting for my friends, paying good attention to them was and is no problem. I’m athletic and sporty so energetic dogs are very welcome! Whilst dog sitting I am okay with doing other minimal chores you may need help with, there’s nothing wrong with lending you a hand :) if there will be children or any other family members at home, please inform me beforehand.

“We couldn't be happier with Jules; I called her the Mary Poppins of pet sitters- cat was so happy and beautifully groomed (he doesn't let many people near him with a brush) and house was cleaner than when we left! She even watered the garden! I can't recommend Julie enough- she's wonderful!”

“Poppy was amazing with my cat Tofu and made me feel so comfortable while I was away! She made sure that she got lots of attention and was well looked after. Poppy had great communication and was reliable - would definitely recommend :)”

About: I owned a cat for 10 years, so I know how much personality, routine and quirks make each cat unique, from feeding schedules to favourite hiding spots and play styles. I've also cared for a client's cat during a previous pet sitting booking, where I made sure to keep to their normal routine and gave plenty of attention and playtime. Whether your cat is independent, affectionate, shy or food motivated, I take time to understand what makes them feel comfortable and settled while you're away.

About: I have two beautiful babies. Mac my ginger Persian Scottish Fold Cross and my Blue Moggie who we recently adopted from Bahrain. My boys are my absolute world and I love nothing more than to be at home with them playing or napping! We are currently following the Jackson Galaxy method of introducing two adult cats so I have experience of having to keep cats separate also. We recently lost our indoor bunny Zelda so I hav experience of other small animals with complex needs. My boys safety and happiness is my top priority at all time so you can be assured I will treat your babies just the same! ❤️

“Sarah was brilliant as always, providing lovely updates and videos of our fur babies upon each visit. Communication with Sarah is smooth and she is very organised and so warm and friendly. She has won over our cats for sure!”

“Mollie was able to help me at very short notice! For a puppy drop in visit, she made sure honey had a wee & her dinner + tired her out for the hour visit. I would highly recommend Mollie was very professional and kind, also really quick at messaging you back 😊 Thanks for making my first time easy and stress-free 🙂”

“Azra was wonderful with my cats. She made sure they were well fed and the litter trays were scooped. The cats absolutely loved her. She also sent updates every visit so that we can see how they were doing. Thank you!”

About: Experienced and reliable pet caregiver specializing in attentive and compassionate cat sitting services, ensuring your feline friend receives the care and attention they deserve while you're away.

“Amy was a very reliable and trustworthy carer for our little cat and took good care of her. The main and most important thing is we came home to a very happy cat and Amy gained more and more of Misty’s trust as the days went on. All we could wish for.”

“Beth was great... she really looked after Max, who's a bit nervous at the moment - she visited twice a day and stayed with him for a bit .. he looked like he was soon at ease with her... the photos were great and kept us going through our first short trip away from home.”

About: Hi everyone, I am fond of vats and enjoy petting them and making sure that they are well fed, watered and played with! I have grown up in my family home with three cats called Cool Beans, Cartman (although we called him fartman) and Linky. Although I do not have a cat now as my dachshund is not a fan, in the future we would like a british short-haired cat. I totally understand cats are very independent and some like a pet, some don't and some will tell you when enough is enough in their own way. I am available for drop-ins around the HU5/6 and the HU8/9 area weekdays and weekends. If you need help outside of these areas please let me know and I will try to arrange something. I will always put your pets safety as my number priority :)

“Abbie has been absolutely incredible with looking after our cat. She has been so caring and thoughtful with sending really thorough updates, lots of pictures and even videos! We will be booking Abbie again to looking after Luna and couldn't recommend her enough! Such a wonderful person! Thank you!”

“Dan is so accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and we had no qualms leaving our baby puppy with him knowing he would be treated like one of his family. It's always an anxious time leaving your pup but Oscar came home, happy and content, exercised, fed, watered and loved 😍 Highly recommend Dan and we hope he will be a big part of Oscars future thank you!”

“Bug had a 3 hour evening stay with Jack as a test run. She’s normally a little nervous with new people but within the first hour, we received a photo of her relaxing on the couch with him! Recommended.”

“Anitha was brilliant with Humphrey who is only a puppy. She sent me regular photos and updates. He had an amazing time. I would recommend, your dog will be so well looked after.”

“Luke and his partner were so kind and understanding when they looked after Cilla for the day (it was the first time we had left her with someone). They sent a photo and update and we discussed what I could take to help her settle further when she has an overnight stay. Thank you!”

“Xiao did an amazing job looking after our 3 months old Yorkie. It was our puppy’s first time interacting with other fluffy friends, and Xiao handled everything with great care and professionalism, helping her settle in and adapt comfortably. She kept us updated throughout the entire stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. We’re incredibly grateful for her support and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and experienced sitter - especially for young puppies.”

About: I absolutely love animals and dogs in particular. I grew up with a beautiful black Labrador and I have so many lovely memories of him. I provide natural dog treats for your dogs arrival and outdoor space to play with balls etc 🐶🐾🐕 your dog will have lots of love and fun with us so you can leave them with no worries at all. I have lots of experience with nervous dogs and know the perfect route to walk them near me that has little to no dogs around. We do not own any animals apart from our tortoise Scaley who lives in a cage in the kitchen 🥰 I have my own business and work from home most of the day so it will be no problem to incorporate a lovely dog into my daily routine. I have plenty of time and love to give and it would be an honor to have your doggy in my home. I have a garden which is unfenced down the side but I will be able to take dogs to the park for a run around and for walks in more secluded areas for nervous dogs. I have a large kitchen area that can be the perfect place for crates or dog beds and the dogs are welcome in the living room too. We are also happy for dogs to sleep in our bedroom if they prefer. We are flexible and will try our hardest to accommodate your needs.
“Sandra and her family gave Molly a lovely home from home stay. She came home very happy and chilled and it was clear she’d had a lovely day. Communication was great from Sandra and she kept me well updated on the day with lots of pictures. Thank you! It set my mind at rest from early on that she would be fine x”

“I was really nervous about leaving Cassie as she has separation anxiety and is very hyper attached to me. I took her for a 'meet and greet' the day before and spent some time getting to know Rhiannon and her Mum and for Cassie to get used to them and their home. When I dropped her off the day after, Cassie was really happy to see them again. Rhiannon kept me updated through the afternoon and told me that Cassie had been crying for me so she had fetched her Auntie's dog in the hope that it would settle her down, and it worked. I thought that was really thoughful of her and showed clearly how much she cares for dogs and their wellbeing. Highly recommended.”

About: Hi! My name is Jodie and I love pets! I’ve grown up with cats since I was 7 years old and love their quirks and personalities. I’m always happy to drop in to see your fur baby and give them the attention they need. Feeding, play time, strokes and affection and litter box duties I’m all fine with and love to reward them with treats too. I’m an experienced cat sitter and have had a good amount of repeat bookings. I always try my best to honour last minute requests where possible too. Communication is super important to me and I’m always careful to share lots of updates and photos when I’m visiting. I currently have a 2yr old tuxedo kitty who is the most awesome lil princess, full of sass and lots of love. I’m also a dog lover and have spent lots of time with dogs belonging to friends and family and have been a dog sitter too. As with cats, I’m happy to carry out all the usual walking, feeding, playing, stroking and poop picking duties that goes with having a dog! Looking forward to meeting you and your pet(s)! I work flexibly from both home and in the office. I work a 20 minute walk away from the office, which means I have a lot of availability. I don’t have children or any other regular commitments other than work! When pet sitting, I always ensure I chat with the owner so I’m aware of anything I need to be mindful of in the home or with your pet. I always remain respectful of surroundings and would abide by any house rules and also keep with your pet’s routine. I would always take time to meet your pet and ensure that they are comfortable being around me, hopefully seeing that I’m there for play time, attention and a lot of fun!
“Rhiannon looked after Riley with ease, and was a great support when my usual dog Walker went on holiday. Riley loves spending time with Rhiannon and was super excited to see her. Thank you For your support this week it’s very much appreciated”

About: AVAILABLE MON-THURS i have been in the presence of animals since i was 4 years old. i have qualifications in animal management and can handle/deal with a lot of animals with a lot of needs. i can additionally identify mental and physical illness, proscribe any medications and train animals fast and effectively (even cats 🤣) i volunteered at my local farm for 2 years for my college placement and now studying at the university of hull to become a zoologist at university. i currently have 4 cats at my home in west yorkshire. i lost my 16 year old kitty in march, so i don’t have a set schedule anymore. although, my pet care varies as me and my parents love to feed the strays that come often :) care of pets will either be in the park or at the owners home, (or my home for cat care)… we have stray cats that visit and i wouldn’t want to scare them away with a dog ❤️ hope you understand!
About: I'm a dog loving girl who thinks dogs deserve the same amount of love and affection that their owners give them, even when their owners are away! Petsitting is something I really find enjoyable. Looking after the animal is only partly what's great; it's the friendship, the companionship and the sense that I'm not actually completely alone in my house! I own my own home, so am always happy to accomodate a dog in my own house if you'd prefer. With my own house, comes my own family dog petsitting! Not only do I get trusted with Max, I'm the go to dog sitter for our family friends, my own friends and my work colleagues. This is something I truly value because to be trusted with looking after your family dog is something, but to be trusted with dogs you don't already have a relationship with is really a feeling I can't quite put into words but is something I'm incredibly grateful for. I can't wait to own my own dog one day, but I'm not set on getting a puppy. I'd like to get a dog from a shelter and because of this, I'd like to gain lots of experience with all kinds of breeds of dogs - I'm not prejudice, I love them all! This way when the dog chooses me (because lets be honest, the dog ALWAYS chooses the owner), I'll be able to say I've had lots of experience with it's breed! I work as an 9-5 chartered accountant during the day, which comes with its pros and cons. The main con is that I'm often sat at my desk for hours on end so all I want is to get out and have a big long walk... Now what dog do you know that doesn't want to do that? The main pro of my job, is I'm very disciplined, organised and have a very level head when the situation requires it. I also live close by to the office, so am able to go home to make sure your dog is not alone for too long and that they're able to go out for a walk at lunch too. The last thing I would like to mention is that I will only take vaccinated pets unfortunately, as I'm obviously around a few dogs a lot of the time but the main one being my family dog Max who is 17 years young, but I obviously don't want to pass anything onto him, so your co-operation with that would be extremely appreciated. I work mostly from the office but have 1 day a week where I can work from home which is usually a Wednesday. I only live 15 minutes away from my office so it's easy to get home and make sure the dogs get let out and have a good 30 minute walk on a lunch time everyday. On weekends I am usually free, but will obviously block out any weekends I cannot do, but I'll be flexible in the sense that I'll plan weekends around which dog I'm looking after rather than the other way around! I have a fenced back garden, it's small but still enjoyable. Plus i'm only a 2 minute walk from a very large field that dogs are allowed to be let off and roam around in, play ball in and meet friends! I have enough space in my house to crate your dog if you'd prefer them to be crated. I am very respectful of others houses as my main rule is treat the house how you'd want your house to be treated, and I'd seriously not want my own home mistreated!

“Amazing, last minute changes to the booking but was so accommodating, great communication! Annie walked away with her and never looked back, completely at ease with her! Can’t recommend her enough!”

“Hayley was absolutely amazing with our Staffy Lola! She looked after her as her own. I very highly recommend Hayley to anybody looking for somewhere to leave there pets overnight in a loving family home. Thank you so much Hayley I will definitely be using you again and recommending you to everybody I can.”

“Bruce had an absolute amazing stay with Millie, she ensured all his needs were met and he was look after and cared for. Millie ensured bruce was settled and at ease prior to booking by offering a meet and greet session at her home. Bruce loved his stay with you and had definitely made a new best friends.

“Excellent. Ant & Antra took exceptionally good care of our German Shepherd puppy. She was so happy and calm on drop off and pick up. We had regular updates and photos throughout her time at their house and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dog sitter. Really kind, pleasant people who clearly love dogs. They both made the process so easy and comfortable & Luna clearly loved them.”

“Maisie was lovely with both boys, Bailey can stress about things but he settled really well. Received regular updates & pics which made us feel at ease as I am a worrier when we leave them. Maisie was also very flexible when I had to change dates & times for flights & was fine when we were a little delayed coming home. Would definitely recommend her!”

“I couldn’t recommend Racheal more if I tried this was the first time leaving our dog with someone who isn’t family and I think he enjoyed it more with Rachael, she sent videos/photos plenty of updates and I could see he was settling just like he was at home and that I had nothing to worry about. He will be coming back to Racheal every time we go away thank you x”
