“We are so happy we chose Anitha to look after Yumi for us for 5days. We have never left her before, and wanted her to stay in a loving home. Anitha and Raj certainly provided that, along with thier 2 fluffy boys oreo and teddy 🥰. They provided regular updates with photos and videos, wich was very reassuring for us. Yumi was having so much fun, we stopped worry about if she was OK, and instead we wondered if we would get her home 🤣. The circumstances were less than ideal, the weather was 30 degrees and she unfortunately had an illness which required antibiotics, although she was well in herself by the time we left her, she still needed to finish her course of medication whilst staying with Matthew. About: I have always had a great fondness for dogs, owning as both a child and an adult myself. Up until August 2026 we owned two gentle dogs, but sadly lost our miniature Daschund, leaving our 6 year old Fauve. who are treated equally as family members. No one loves unconditionally like a dog and could never imagine myself with out a dog. I understand a dogs needs well and both my dogs have had vigorous training from an early age. Your dog would be cared for well and any special requests would be met, along with regular photos, videos and updates. Your dog would receive lots of attention and cuddles from myself, husband and family, while in my care. We have a large secure garden, with security cameras front and back. Both my dogs enjoy river, woodland and beach rambles. Puppies wouldn’t be over exercised and any home training could be continued here in our home, or on walks or visits if required. Happy to arrange a meeting ahead of any requests if you would prefer. Thank you I predominantly work from home, and can possibly accept other dates if you wish to ask. As we have our own dog, we are around most weekends, and walk morning and evening with current dogs as a minimum (sometimes lunchtime depending on the temperature) and a very large fenced garden. We are close to many grassed areas for longer walks, woodland, river walks. Occasionally we get to the beach for a good run around. I have 1 female dog and very dog friendly property. Our eldest dog who lived to almost 15, until this summer sadly. we had adapted certain things for her to help with her aging, so older dogs would also be very well cared for in our home.

Our younger cat Tinsel is very nervous of people and I was quite worried about leaving him for a week as I thought he would not come in the house..how wrong I was. Julie worked her magic and he came in every night for her, letting her cuddle and fuss him and eating his meals for her. It's a miracle as he won't let anyone other than us go near him Our elderly lady Sasha was another worry as at 20 she has her routine and being part Siamese she still loves a lot of attention from us. But Julie looked after her so well and we felt very reassured Julie really understands cats, she gets to know them and she is in time with their personalities To top it all off Julie washed our towels and bedding, hung them out, cleaned and tidied and cooked our tea!!! She's an angel. 10 stars”

I work in healthcare, but regular hours and so I'm free on evenings and weekends 😊 I'm always going for walks anyways! I can't have my own pet due to being out of the house too long at any one time, so would love to have quality time with local dogs instead!! I value dog and owner safety first and foremost, but also want dogs to have a fun and enjoyable time. I am always aware of my surroundings and am aware of how to keep dogs safe etc.

About: I've been around dogs my whole life. I was raised around German shepherds for 19 years and I had about 15! I've currently got a little border terrier, who's 4 and I've had him from a pup. I understand the training needs for dogs of all ages. I'm home consistently, and can assure that they'd be treated the way I treat my own. I have looked after family dogs, friends dogs and others before when they've been away. I enjoy taking days out with the dogs, to the beach or forests. I like to give them good socialising experiences and I understand the importance of this. Their care and welfare is of upmost importance to me. I'm home consistently, and currently I am looking to build a permanent doggy day care business. This will be my weekly routine, and full time earning. I have a Border Terrier and he is allowed the rein of the house. There's a secure back garden, that has a 6ft fence that he regularly runs around and plays in. My house has three large reception rooms so plenty of space for a dog to run and play in. There's an amplitude of toys and treats! They'll also have plenty of room if they need a minute to themselves. There's a designated area for dog beds and blankets for them to have a nap in. I am also a 5 minute walk away from the playing fields, where I often walk my dog.

I had the honour to feed them, play with them and make sure they spent their lives as happy as they can be. I would love to help you out look after your animals whilst you can be sure that your home is also safe whilst you are away. I can work from a table or sofa, whilst still giving your pet the love, care and attention that it needs. I currently work full time, but this can be laptop based to be in your home all day to look after your pet. I can stop and start when needed, even if they just need a snuggle. I am available all weekends and evenings, and can do long stays if needed to accommodate your plans. I am flexible with starting ending times to suit you. I will take care of your home, and make sure that it is left how it started! I will also make sure that I take the bedding off at the end of the stay and do a hoover based on your preferences. I will bring my own food and drink, and usually like to do microwave/easy meals whilst (saves on washing up!). I am am accountant by day, so I have a standard to uphold, and ethics to stand by.
About: Hi! My name is Jodie and I love pets! I’ve grown up with cats since I was 7 years old and love their quirks and personalities. I’m always happy to drop in to see your fur baby and give them the attention they need. Feeding, play time, strokes and affection and litter box duties I’m all fine with and love to reward them with treats too. I’m an experienced cat sitter and have had a good amount of repeat bookings. I always try my best to honour last minute requests where possible too. Communication is super important to me and I’m always careful to share lots of updates and photos when I’m visiting. I currently have a 2yr old tuxedo kitty who is the most awesome lil princess, full of sass and lots of love. I’m also a dog lover and have spent lots of time with dogs belonging to friends and family and have been a dog sitter too. As with cats, I’m happy to carry out all the usual walking, feeding, playing, stroking and poop picking duties that goes with having a dog! Looking forward to meeting you and your pet(s)! I work flexibly from both home and in the office. I work a 20 minute walk away from the office, which means I have a lot of availability. I don’t have children or any other regular commitments other than work! When pet sitting, I always ensure I chat with the owner so I’m aware of anything I need to be mindful of in the home or with your pet. I always remain respectful of surroundings and would abide by any house rules and also keep with your pet’s routine. About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my whole life and have been pet/house sitting for neighbours and family for the past 5-6 years. I have a husky and previously had a german shepherd so am comfortable with big strong dogs, as well as handling smaller dogs and cats. About: I've been around dogs my whole life. I was raised around German shepherds for 19 years and I had about 15! I've currently got a little border terrier, who's 4 and I've had him from a pup. I understand the training needs for dogs of all ages. I'm home consistently, and can assure that they'd be treated the way I treat my own. I have looked after family dogs, friends dogs and others before when they've been away. I enjoy taking days out with the dogs, to the beach or forests. I like to give them good socialising experiences and I understand the importance of this. Their care and welfare is of upmost importance to me. I'm home consistently, and currently I am looking to build a permanent doggy day care business. This will be my weekly routine, and full time earning. I have a Border Terrier and he is allowed the rein of the house. There's a secure back garden, that has a 6ft fence that he regularly runs around and plays in. My house has three large reception rooms so plenty of space for a dog to run and play in. There's an amplitude of toys and treats! They'll also have plenty of room if they need a minute to themselves. There's a designated area for dog beds and blankets for them to have a nap in. I am also a 5 minute walk away from the playing fields, where I often walk my dog.

The circumstances were less than ideal, the weather was 30 degrees and she unfortunately had an illness which required antibiotics, although she was well in herself by the time we left her, she still needed to finish her course of medication whilst staying with Matthew. Adam is so calm I think this,rubs off we collected a happy calm dog after a couple of days a way for a family wedding. Lots of videos, photos and updates throughout his stay which does put your mind at rest. Would feel very confident and happy to leave Brodie with Adam again . Thank you 😊”

About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember, especially dogs and cats. I grew up with an Alsatian and, as soon as I moved into my own home at 18, I adopted my first cat. My husband shares my love of animals, and together we have a home full of furry family members! We have two beautiful cats (both aged 5), our wonderful 14-year-old Jack Russell cross, Rocky, who still thinks he's a puppy, and our affectionate 11-month-old Labrador, Sonny. Despite his size, Sonny is incredibly gentle, friendly and loves both people and other animals. I work part-time for the NHS, which has helped me develop responsibility, reliability and a caring nature. When your pet is with us, they'll be treated as part of the family, with plenty of love, attention and care. My husband is home every other week, so there's often someone around to keep your pet company. We also have two children, aged 13 and 10, who have grown up surrounded by animals. They are kind, gentle and respectful around pets and absolutely love helping to care for them. Over the years I've looked after pets for friends and family, and they've often encouraged me to join Rover because they know how much I enjoy caring for animals. Having trained Sonny from a puppy, I'm also happy to reinforce basic training and routines if you'd like me to.
