“Our dog Fudge had a great time with Vanessa and her family. He has come back from kennels in the past shivering and nervous, even if just for a couple of days. He was with Vanessa for nearly a week and could not have been happier. It's clear that the family adore the dogs the look after. She sent regular "pupdates" and we were delighted to see how much he seemed to be enjoying himself, whether playing, going on long walks, or just snuggling in. Will certainly book in with Vanessa again in future”

“This was the first time we used Jessica, and we were not disappointed. From the messages before the visit to the care and photo updates while we were away, everything was excellent. Boris, being a bulldog, has specific food requirements and a set routine, which Jessica and her family adapted to perfectly. We felt completely reassured knowing he was in such good hands. We will definitely be using Jessica again in the future. Boris does not like the car and we always have trouble on collection but Jessica’s husband helped get Boris in the car with care, he is now snuggled up having had his favourite dinner , doing his favourite hobby of snoozing 💤”

They even offered to pick up some additional medicine from the vets for him while we were away. “Amy and Alex are truly wonderful people who took such loving care of our 11-month-old Golden Retriever puppy for 10 days while welcoming him into their home. From the initial booking to the handover and pick-up, everything went smoothly. They were incredibly reliable, communicated promptly, and kept us updated every day with messages and lovely photos of Albert, which gave us great peace of mind. They were very attentive to Albert’s needs and made him feel completely at home. They took him on plenty of walks and made sure he received lots of care, attention, and affection. We also loved that Albert had the opportunity to spend time with Jasper, their dog, and enjoyed being around another dog during his stay. When we picked him up, Albert was happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. It was obvious that he had a wonderful time with them and hadn’t missed a thing. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience and would absolutely trust Amy and Alex to look after Albert again.
