About: I have lots of experience caring for pets as my degree has allowed me to work in both kennels and catteries, getting to know different animals and how to care for them. I have always had pets in the house and have a great love for all animals. My degree is quite full on, however midweek and weekends I would be able fit you and your pet in. Being around animals is very important to me and I often drop anything for the opportunity to cuddle a cute pup I am not able to have pets in my home at the moment but would be more than happy looking after your pet in your home, or taking your dogs for walks. I would be more confident walking dogs on leads as I would be worried if they do not have strong recall skills, however I would always ensure they have enough excercise.

About: I have been a petsiitter, walker, companion for many years. I love all fur babies, recently looked after chickens too. I have a car, can work in York and surrounding areas. Will consider further afield but a minimum of one continous week. Always recommend a meetup before a booking for a cuppa and maybe a biscuit 😉 Recently retired. As i am an animal lover and experienced pet sitter for cats, dogs, chickens i can't think of a better way to spend my time. I cannot look after pets in my own home sadly. I can only offer pet sitting, Vet visits, Pop-ins for all fur babies, chickens, feeding, comforting, walking. Sadly I cannot look after reactive dogs because of past experience.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and was already walking, feeding and caring for them from around 9–10 years old, so I count that as part of my experience alongside what I do now professionally. Ive naturally become the person people rely on when they need help with their pets. I now run my own pet care business, so this is something I do properly, not just casually. I focus on keeping pets in their usual routine and environment so they feel as settled and comfortable as possible while you’re away. I’m fully insured, DBS checked, and currently working towards further professional qualifications, as well as preparing to offer licensed boarding. I’m calm, patient and used to different personalities — whether that’s energetic dogs or more nervous ones — and I make sure every pet gets plenty of attention, cuddles and reassurance while they’re with me. I treat them like they’re my own and aim to keep everything as easy and stress-free as possible. References are always available if you’d like them. I structure my days around the pets I’m caring for, so they’re never just “fit in.” I’m flexible with mornings, evenings, and weekends, and I keep my routine light so I can give plenty of time, attention, walks, and cuddles throughout the day. I’ll always work around your dog’s usual routine so everything feels familiar and calm for them 🩶 I take the time to understand each pet’s personality, routines, and all their little quirks, so I can care for them properly and keep things calm and consistent. I stay attentive, notice small changes, and make sure everything runs smoothly while you’re away. You’ll always get clear updates, so you know they’re happy and well cared for 🩶

About: Animals and dogs, in particular, have always been a big part of my life, I grew up around them and cannot imagine my life without a dog or two by my side. "My puppy dog loved being with Helga and her dogs Meg and Ruby . Helga is oozing with love for dogs I am so pleased to have found her I feel so at ease leaving my dog with her" Since leaving work in the social sector four years ago due to ill health, I have made a career move and am studying at diploma level with the Centre of Excellence. So far, I have completed and passed with distinction Canine Behaviour, Puppy Training, Canine Nutrition, Canine Holistic Health and therapy, and am currently studying animal welfare. My goal is to specialise in Canine massage which can offer relief for a number of physical and behavioural related issues. I have some experience of raising puppies arising from Meg delivering two litters, with one puppy from each staying here with us. We live together in my bungalow which has a lovely spacious garden (currently undergoing development) set aside (mainly) for the dogs and offers ample opportunity for playing, frolicking and training with the use of a low impact agility course. If that doesn't suit, free play is always an option. Our surroundings provide plenty of safe country walks with very little traffic, or a short ride in the car takes us to local woods and other places of safe walking. Quiet time is between 2 pm and 4 pm: this can be in the garden, or inside. If it is raining, we have various indoor games to play and a comfy settee to relax or sleep on. So, whatever the needs of your pooch, you can be assured that if he or she comes to stay with us, they will receive the very best care available. Please note that drop off times for overnight stays are after 2.00pm and collection is before 10.00am Any time outside of this can be accommodated by arrangement and will incur an extra day care charge. Full payment to be made through the Rover payment system at the time of booking.

About: I’ve been surrounded by cats and dogs my whole life, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. I work part-time in care, so I’ve got plenty of flexibility to fit in walks and pet sits around your schedule. About: 5+ years of pet care experience, I’m super loving and welcoming while experienced in giving medication and helping with their specific needs and preferences x✨ I’m usually free Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for pet sitting in your home. About: I have been pet obsessed since I was a little girl. I used to go and walk dogs at a local rescue when I was 8 until I finally got my own dog! We now have a 12 year old Miniature schnauzer! Recently, I have walked dogs in the village and spent every waking hour looking after my small animals! I work in a local sports bar for a few days a week - these will be marked as unavailable on my calendar. The rest of the time I’m flexible! I understand how important it is to keep your pets safe. Whether it be observation in a fenced garden or taking out on a lead to go to the toilet. Each baby is different!

About: I have been around animals all my life, having cats, rabbits and a horse as pets in my childhood. I have gained experience of pet sitting over the last three years with cats, dogs, fish and ferrets. I love meeting new animals. I currently work part time so I have lots of availability for pet sitting around this. I do early morning and late visits on work days and have several full days free each week. I will care for you home and your pet whilst you are away. I am happy to look after plants as well. I will follow the instructions provided by yourself.

About: I absolutely adore dogs, big and small. I have looked after and walked many, from a Burnese mountain dog to a spaniel puppy. I am 27, live in a small village with an enclosed garden and I am surrounded by gorgeous countryside that is perfect for walking adventures. I have my own dog, a female 1.5 year old golden retriever who is one big friendly ball of fur who loves everyone and everything. I have a passion for dog training and i am relishing in training my golden. I have a selection of lone lines, treats, leads, toys and cuddles that I am happy to share with any other furry friends. Dogs for me will always come first, they are part of the family. As such, dogs are allowed everywhere in my house, including the sofa! However, should anyone need some quiet time or a break we do have a baby gate that shuts off the upstairs. I have walked a gorgeous bouncy black lab throughout this past years and I looked after and walked dogs throughout my second and third year of university and had a range of regular and new clients. When out on walks for the safety of your dog and your piece of mind I will always use a lead or a long line, I promise this does not compromise on the adventures or fun had on walks. I have a range of long lines that I am happy to use if clients do not own one. I am also happy to send regular pictures and videos of your furry friend whilst on their adventure so you can continue your day with the knowledge that they are safe and happy.

About: Hii, my name is Maria, I am 19 years old, I live with my parents and my little sister in house I have one dog which is called Maggie she is 6 years old, she is white and brown and a small dog. she is a lovely dog, love kids and being around people. She is a playful dog. I am student and I am available to take care of dogs 24/7 as I am studying at home. I can take care on the weekends too with my boyfriend as he loves dogs too. I am confident with dogs as I have taken cared of my family’s dogs to feed and walk them. I am available to give your dog a shower as I have experience look e. I like to make sure their owner feel confident of leaving their child with some else. I would be very happy of taking care of the new members and make company for my little dog too. I really like walking, so it will make my walk funnier and enjoyable as I will have their company and won’t go by myself. We live in a unfenced house which there is a big garden, we got a barrier for our dogs which it help a lot our control with the dogs. Out neighbour is lovely, they have a dog as well so sometimes my dog goes to see their dog and play with their dog too.

About: I've been around dogs for as far back as I can remember, everything from Great Danes to Chihuahuas. I'm often asked back to repeat sit for people, because they know that their pets are in safe hands with me, and that their house will be clean and tidy when they return from their holiday. I've done pet sits all over the UK and can travel up to 100 miles from my home in Hartlepool, as I don't have any work or family commitments that prevent me from travelling. However, please note that if you live more than 40 miles drive from Hartlepool, then I will require travelling expenses on top of the sit payment please. I prefer to be with smaller dogs and dogs that are obedient. If your dog has behavioural issues, is aggressive towards people or other dogs, or has bitten anyone in the past, then please don't message me. If you do message me, please be polite and courteous. I'm self-employed and about to launch a new brand of joint and muscle pain relief products, which doesn't require me to be in a fixed location, so I can carry out pet sitting duties as well as work on the business. I always adjust my routine to fit in with that of the animals. Their wellbeing is of paramount importance and I'll never leave them alone for any longer than is necessary. If your pet has an appointment booked, then I can take them to it in my car, but if they cause damage to my car I will expect you to cover the full cost of repairs.
