About: Had 4 different dogs in my lifetime, all who were loved until the age of 18, aswell as 2 cats, and have experience dealing with dogs all different natures and breeds. I love taking care of them and keeping them safe and being around animals brings me much joy. One of my current dogs being 18, and my other being 1, means I have to deal with both senior and youthful energy all the time, teaching me alot. I'm currently in my first year at York St John University, although have lots of free time all week, so I'm happy to help out during the week and on weekends! About: For many years family and friends have relied on me taking brilliant care of their pets while being away. Furthermore I have 4 years of experience working in a boarding cattery in which I provided excellent care and cuddles to some wonderful kitties! I have also spent time walking and caring for dogs. I am absolutely passionate about caring for all animals :) I am currently a university student at YSJ studying counselling and am very flexible to be looking after pets! I have lots of free time during the week (Monday-thursday) and am completely flexible over the weekend. Due to living in an apartment, I cannot offer boarding services as I have no garden. However I am able to visit houses and take animals out for days/walks, as well as staying in the home where needed for the care of your pets. I am also safety conscious so will ensure your house stays safe and secure when I am there.

About: I absolutely love animals and have been a dog owner myself for 4 years, starting with the adoption of our greyhound Wren. He is currently 9 years old and lives with anxiety, autism, and brain damage. Caring for him and watching his confidence grow has been amazing. I also have a 3 year old malti-poo who we have raised since he was a puppy. He might be small in size, but he has a massive personality. Big and small. Old and young. Anxious and confident. They are polar opposites and this has allowed me to cover all bases when it comes to pet care. I also have experience cat sitting, which I started doing for my neighbors at 16 years old. My experience in caring for a variety of pet needs and my love for animals means you can rest easy knowing I will care for your pet as I do my own. I currently work part-time, on a rotating schedule, meaning I’m available for pet care four days a week or alternatively after 4pm on days I do have work. I take the time to get to know your pet’s individual personality, routine and needs, and I’m happy to follow their usual schedules. My dogs love sticking to their routine so I have no issues doing this. I can also follow any specific care instructions you provide, including medication if needed. My greyhound hates taking his daily medication so I’ve learnt how to be persuasive! I’ll keep you updated with regular messages and photos, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. Most importantly, your pet will receive plenty of love, attention, care, and belly rubs!

I have a fully fenced, secure garden where dogs can safely enjoy time outdoors, as well as easy access to large green spaces nearby for regular walks and exercise. I'm happy to adapt to your pet's usual routine and any specific care requirements, including crate training, medication schedules, feeding routines, or sleeping arrangements. Just let me know your preferences in advance, and I'll do my best to keep their stay as familiar and stress-free as possible. I also have two cats at home. To ensure everyone's comfort and safety, they will be kept in a separate, secure area of the house throughout any dog boarding stay, so your dog can relax and enjoy the space.

About: I have several experiences of looking after cats and dogs. Both walking dogs, cat sitting where I have fed with and played with cats. I enjoy looking after pets and giving them enrichment I am free in the evenings and on Sunday and Mondays at the moment. So would be be able to fit it it around my schedule. I would help with feeding pets and follow clear instructions. I am more than happy to play and spend time with pets, clean up litter etc. I love walking dogs and playing fetch with them.

I have enjoyed previous dog walking and cat-sitting for family and friends, and I am eager to continue this through Rover. In term time I am a university student, however I do not have many contact hours so I am very flexible in what times and days I can provide care for your pet! I will follow the instructions for your individual pet and provide them with a calm presence when I take care of them while taking notice of their body language to assess what they need. Additionally, in the case of home visits I will ensure your house is locked and secure after I leave.

I live in a flat in the city centre, and although I don’t have a garden, I’m a very outdoorsy person and love getting out for walks. I’m often down by the river exploring the local area, usually with a coffee stop at one of the many lovely cafés along the way — so there’s no shortage of opportunities for walks and adventures! When house-sitting, I’m very happy to follow your usual routines and instructions closely. I know every pet is different, so I’ll take the time to understand their individual needs and make sure they feel comfortable, happy and well cared for while you’re away.
