About: I grew up basically on a small holding with hundreds of animals, my childhood home was like a mini zoo, always around dogs/cats and various exotic species. My family bred various breeds of dogs and ive always loved cats, dogs and dog training. My family always had 4/5 minimum at one time so home doesn't feel like home without lots of wagging tails around. Since leaving college and university my career has been within the animal sector. Vet nurse Farm manager Zookeeper Animal educator / educational presenter Reptile keeper Pet therapy dogs Animal therapy provider Kennel worker These are the job titles ive held over the years. I have a National Diploma in Animal Management and care I have a Degree in Animal Care & Zoology I am level 3 dog and cat first aid trained and have frequent refresher courses. I am a DEFRA trained and qualified microchip implanter so I see many dogs and cats from all walks of like and temperaments. I have completed various courses for feline behaviour and also dog behaviour & training. I work from home, animals are my life and my household revolves around my pets. Every day all my dogs and cats are fed, cleaned cuddled and cared for. I'm with them throughout the day for extra play, training and of course lots of walks and cuddles. My life revolves around my pets and it's always been this way. I will always provide the same love, care and attention to any pet coming over for their short / long stay. They'd be treated as part of our pack, as part of our family whilst here ❤️ I have plenty of spaces for additional dogs, either to be with my own dogs OR to be separated if wanted/needed. I have a dog living room , a cat living room and a living room spare for anyone who likes to be alone and wants peace and quiet can relax. I have many spaces for cats as my cats have the entire house to roam free but I also have an animal room attached to the house that turns into a cattery or kennels if any owner prefers their cat/dog to be separated from the pets I have. My animal room is spacious and kept clean. It has many beds and hideouts as well as a TV and sofa bed so any cat or dog will feel at home. Its easy for me to go in there and chill out watching TV giving cuddles creating that homely experience for any pet staying. I have a garden that's fully secured with fencing and 2 garden gate system for extra security. The property is covered with cameras and has 24/7 CCTV surveillance. I like to always give owner updates and keep in contact, providing videos and photos of how their family member is getting on for reassurance.

About: I’ve had dogs in my wider since I was young, having a dog in my direct family since I was 13. When I moved away from home, I had some pet-less years but more recently since 2024, I became a cat dad to 2x 13yr old Short hairs. I work remotely and usually from home - so I can always travel with my laptop if needs be. Otherwise I start at 8am and finish at 4pm for morning and night drop ins. I lead an active lifestyle, so I can keep your pets active with me, if they need that energy expenditure I am aware of the care needed when entering a new space, especially keeping routine for pets and spaces hospitality tidy. A stranger in a new space is always daunting, but I lead with care.

About: I’ve cared for family pets for many years and have attended an animal management course for animal welfare and behaviour, which included details of training animals and properly caring for a variety of different animals and pets. I have also volunteered at a dog kennels looking after dogs in kennels whilst their owners were away and I currently work at a dog groomers. I have learned to care for a variety of animals so can provide care for different pets. I am currently at college and have a job so I can fit pet care into anytime on weekends and after 6pm on weekdays. I can also provide pet care during bank holidays and any other time off I have. I can cater to different pets’ needs and follow specific instructions pet owners have for their pets to make sure they have the best care. I will only provide pet care for pets outside of my house as I have a dog and wouldn’t want pets to become stressed by this, also for the sake of my own dog’s wellbeing.

About: I’ve just completed a 2 year animal management course at Askham Bryan College. I have experience working at a dog kennels, a dog training club and a doggy daycare! I have always loved animals, I don’t remember a time I haven’t had some kind of pet. I feel confident with different breeds of dogs and can work with any specialised needs they may have. I also feel comfortable looking after cats (I have 4 of my own and have past experience cat sitting). I’m currently completing a college course, it is only 1 day in person a week - the rest is online. This means my schedule is very flexible. The only day I need to be out is Thursdays from 9.30am to 4.30pm. I have lots of experience with animals, from my personal life and from college and work experience. College has helped me identify and understand safety risks and safety measures to take, including following legislation to protect both animals and people.

About: Dogs have always been a passion of mine, I have grown up with dogs and dreamed of the day I could have my very own! Whenever I can you’ll find me walking the dogs, playing, training, napping…. I have experience with a variety of animals, hamsters, ferret to cats & dogs, farm animals like sheep & cows, horses too. After recently changing careers I’m now available for any of hours the day and week to accommodate for any busy schedules clients may have & special requirements their pets may need. I have a dog park local too me, at my own cost I pay for this and take the dogs here for a safe and secure location.

About: I have everyday experience with dogs, including oldie seniors as I grew up looking after my 15 year old, medium sized dog who passed recently. Also I have dog sat for extended family and friends for all sizes and breeds of dog. I am currently a student at the University of Leeds so I’m looking for some lovely animals to look after during my summer break from uni. I have a nice garden with a good sized fence for all those bigger dogs. I have an old dog that is happy and welcoming for those of you with timid and shy dogs that need a bit of canine comforting.

I would be happy to continue any basic training you have started or would like me to start. I can do some extra activities while looking after your pet, like washing up mess made by your pet, put rubbish bins out and bring back in. Bring letters in if you are way on holidays etc. I have looked after pets both energetic who love walks and playing around and also pets that just love a cuddle and to chill. I work in the healthcare sector so I do have an online DBS if you would like any background checks information. I am flexible as I work in the community so have plenty of spare time to both be at home and also to do house calls. I have a large house and garden which is fenced and safe also I live in a semi rural area so plenty of walks to go on. I am a flexible worker with lots of spare time and would love the opportunity to look after your pets. I am available mostly at any time as my work is flexible. I would look after them as my own and follow any instructions given from owner of the pet I am looking after. I have a secure and fenced property and big house for the animal to explore if they come to my house.
