About: I’ve cared for family pets for many years and have attended an animal management course for animal welfare and behaviour, which included details of training animals and properly caring for a variety of different animals and pets. I have also volunteered at a dog kennels looking after dogs in kennels whilst their owners were away and I currently work at a dog groomers. I have learned to care for a variety of animals so can provide care for different pets. I am currently at college and have a job so I can fit pet care into anytime on weekends and after 6pm on weekdays. I can also provide pet care during bank holidays and any other time off I have. I can cater to different pets’ needs and follow specific instructions pet owners have for their pets to make sure they have the best care. I will only provide pet care for pets outside of my house as I have a dog and wouldn’t want pets to become stressed by this, also for the sake of my own dog’s wellbeing.

About: I have grown up with a variety of animals my entire life, all varying in ages and sizes. I currently provide pet sitting and walking in addition to my current full time job for friends and family. This includes looking after my sister’s 11 month old puppy and training where possible. I am currently working full time Monday to Friday in a college. With my weekends free, I work from home on Mondays and Fridays which allow me to pet sit on these days, I can do overnight stays so long as I don’t have an event. With my job I sometimes do overtime which allows me to book off additional days for pet sitting should I need to. I prefer looking after pets in the pet owners home as I believe pets deserve to feel at home and safe, what safer space is there for them than a space they live in. About: I've grown up with cats and dogs my entire life and have extensive hands-on experience caring for animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I currently have a friendly Labrador who is well socialised and used to being around both dogs and cats. Outside of pet care, I organise an annual dog show with the charity Friends of Middleton Park and, this year, I'm also organising a free community dog show for the Belle Isle Gala in partnership with Belle Isle Tenant Management Organisation. I have animal first aid experience and access to veterinary advice and emergency support 24 hours a day, giving you added peace of mind while your pet is in my care. I have my own transport and, at weekends, weather permitting, your dog may enjoy trips to local parks and beauty spots for extra enrichment and exercise. Of course, you'll receive plenty of photos, updates, and messages throughout their stay so you can see just how much fun they're having. When your pet stays with me, they will be treated like part of the family. I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable home environment where your pet's wellbeing is my top priority. I work from home, which means your pet will have plenty of company, supervision, and attention throughout the day. Pets are never left alone for more than two hours, and in most cases are with me almost all of the time. Before the booking, we'll discuss your pet's routine, preferences, dietary requirements, and any special needs to help them settle in as comfortably as possible. During their stay, your pet will receive plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and affection. I will stick as closely as possible to their normal routine to help them feel at home. You'll receive regular updates, photos, and messages so you can see how your pet is getting on and enjoy peace of mind while you're away. I also have animal first aid experience and access to 24/7 veterinary support should any concerns arise. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my priority. I have a fully fenced garden, giving dogs a secure outdoor space for exercise, play, and toilet breaks. Inside the home, pets are never left without companionship, as I have other friendly pets to keep them company when I’m out. I also use multiple water fountains and automatic feeders, which are monitored and will alert me when levels are low. This means fresh water is always available and feeding routines are followed on schedule, even when I’m not at home for short periods. When out on walks, dogs are always kept on a lead for safety. If appropriate and with owner permission, I also use extendable leads so they can enjoy extra freedom to explore while still remaining secure and under control. As I work from home, pets are supervised for most of the day and are never left alone for more than 2 hours. I maintain a calm, safe environment and follow each pet’s usual routine closely to help them feel settled and secure. Regular updates and photos are provided so you can feel confident your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for throughout their stay.

Julie came to meet the cats before we went away and I was able to show her where everything was. Would highly recommend and wil definitely be using her again; it was far less stressful for the cats to have someone look after them in their own home and Julie was fantastic and even gave me updates while I was away.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10 years old and have always had a passion for animals. Having grown up around dogs and cared for my own, I have developed a strong understanding of their needs, routines, and behaviours. I am home full-time and available seven days a week, which gives me plenty of flexibility for dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting. I understand that every pet has their own routine and personality, and I always take the time to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I have my own Lhasa Apso called Romeo, who I walk twice a day, so I understand the importance of regular exercise, mental stimulation, and companionship. About: I have taken care of pets since I was young, be that my own, family and friends pets. My family and friends have relied on me to bathe, feed, walk and play with their dogs. I am available 24/7, so I have plenty of time in my schedule to look after your fur-babies and play with them! I can do walks on the weekends and through the week, as well as house sittings and drop ins! My partner is also on Rover and may be at bookings. Two professional sitters for the price of one! I will make sure I maintain your pets routine and ensure the pets safety and well-being. I will make sure I ask the owner about their pets diet and feeding schedule, favourite toys, their behaviour and preferred routes when walking.

I have just completed my Master's degree at the University of Leeds and am approaching graduation. My schedule is highly flexible, and I'm available for most of the day to give cats my full attention. About: I have plenty of experience with different animals grooming, meditation dispensing, general day to day walking and entertaining playing around with pets. I would be happy to continue any basic training you have started or would like me to start. I can do some extra activities while looking after your pet, like washing up mess made by your pet, put rubbish bins out and bring back in. Bring letters in if you are way on holidays etc. I have looked after pets both energetic who love walks and playing around and also pets that just love a cuddle and to chill. I work in the healthcare sector so I do have an online DBS if you would like any background checks information. I am flexible as I work in the community so have plenty of spare time to both be at home and also to do house calls. I have a large house and garden which is fenced and safe also I live in a semi rural area so plenty of walks to go on. About: Hello, I’m Rebecca! ☺️ I joined Rover because I need my fix of furry friends! I grew up with pets, and I miss being around animals. I’m a 31 year old looking to pet sit alongside my full time job. I would love a little pup of my own, but due to my current housing situation, that isn’t possible (yet)! I do a lot of long walks, so would love the company. I’m happy to look after your pets in your home or take them out for a run, whatever the weather! I love dogs of all different sizes, ages, training and energy levels. About: I have been around animals all my life, having cats, rabbits and a horse as pets in my childhood. I have gained experience of pet sitting over the last three years with cats, dogs, fish and ferrets. I love meeting new animals. I currently work part time so I have lots of availability for pet sitting around this. I do early morning and late visits on work days and have several full days free each week. I will care for you home and your pet whilst you are away. I am happy to look after plants as well. I will follow the instructions provided by yourself.

About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life - I have had multiple pets so I have experience - I currently have a French bulldog who my partner cares for when I am dog sitting. As I work from Home, this means your fur babies get 100% attention while I’m there :) I currently work from home and I am in control of my hours so I can fit in the pet care around my job. I am able to pet sit for owners and make sure the pets get 100% attention, walks, feeds & so on. If I am watching a pet at an owners property I need to know the garden is enclosed and safety is at a maximum. I like to meet the pets & owners first before I agree to a booking to make sure the pets are okay with me and its a good connection.
