Michelle and Graham were lovely. We could tell that they really cared and we're amazing with Alfie. They updated us with how he wasn't getting on while he was there which was really reasuring as we have never left him before. When we went to pick him up he seemed very happy and settled and we could he was comfy and trusted them.

We are so pleased to have found Helen and Andy on our doorstep. Our dog Vinnie had grown quite fearful of his kennels and we were determined to find him somewhere he could be more at-home and comfortable when we were away. From meet and greets to taster stays, Helen has made every effort to settle Vinnie in and move at his pace. Her knowledge and experience with dogs really shows and Vinnie was happy and content in their company and home which has been lovely to see.

About: I have had dogs all my life. As a child and then my own when I left home. All rescue, from puppies to older dogs. I work part time but can fit my hours around different days to suit what I’m doing. The day starts early with a good walk then home for breakfast. Playtime and cuddles, then out again at tea time. There is a local park just across from my house and also fields and woodland if they require longer walks. There is just myself and my husband at home now. Our children are grown up. I have a good size garden which is fenced and private. I allow dogs anywhere in the house, they can sleep wherever they feel more comfortable, the bed if they want, but equally I would respect what you wanted. I will only feed your dog what you provide, and treats will only be what they normally have, unless you tell me different.

About: I’ve cared for family pets for many years and have attended an animal management course for animal welfare and behaviour, which included details of training animals and properly caring for a variety of different animals and pets. I have also volunteered at a dog kennels looking after dogs in kennels whilst their owners were away and I currently work at a dog groomers. I have learned to care for a variety of animals so can provide care for different pets. I am currently at college and have a job so I can fit pet care into anytime on weekends and after 6pm on weekdays. I can also provide pet care during bank holidays and any other time off I have. I can cater to different pets’ needs and follow specific instructions pet owners have for their pets to make sure they have the best care. I will only provide pet care for pets outside of my house as I have a dog and wouldn’t want pets to become stressed by this, also for the sake of my own dog’s wellbeing.

About: Hi! I’m Emma, a lifelong cat lover and proud human to our distinguished senior gentleman, Bean, who we’ve had for the last 14 years. We’ve always had cats in the family, so caring for them has always been second nature to me. As Bean is an indoor cat, I’m very comfortable with litter tray duties, administering medication if needed, and understanding the little quirks and routines cats can have. I’m DBS checked and have recently completed a feline first aid course for extra peace of mind. I also work from home, which allows me to be flexible with visits and availability. I know how important it is to feel your cat is safe, comfortable and cared for while you’re away, so I’d love to provide reliable, caring visits along with updates and photos to help put your mind at ease.

About: I have plenty of experience with different animals grooming, meditation dispensing, general day to day entertaining playing around with pets. I would be happy to continue any basic training you have started or would like me to start. I can do some extra activities while looking after your pet, like washing up mess made by your pet, put rubbish bins out and bring back in. Bring letters in if you are way on holidays etc. I have had cats all my life and have looked after pets both energetic who love cuddles and playing around and also pets that just want to chill and watch the world go by. I work in the healthcare sector so I do have an online DBS if you would like any background checks information. I am flexible as I work in the community so have plenty of spare time to both be at home and also to do house calls. I have a large house and garden which is fenced and safe also I live in a semi rural area so plenty of space if your cat likes walks too.

I work from home full time so am always around if needed. I already have a dog and we go for walks at least 3 times a day - length of walk is very much dictated by my dog!! We have a fully enclosed garden, with both grassed and paved areas, all sides have high none see through fencing and access off the property is via two secure gates. Inside - all dogs would have access to the utility area, snug and kitchen, where clean fresh water is always available. They will also be able to have their own space if needed.

About: In my life I have had the pleasure of living with and looking after a variety of animals. From kittens to doberman puppies- i love all animals! I especially enjoy working with and caring for dogs, whether they need extra attention due to age or health, or they prefer their own space. I’m sure I would be able to take care of their needs 😊 I currently work in shifts but am very flexible; I can have time off if/when required and can also nip home throughout the day to check in on your loved one! I only work 5 minutes away and have a camera to set up if your dog is ok to be left alone for periods. I live alone in my house and in my spare time love to cook, walk and read books. Your companion will fit right in! I have a camera and baby gate at the bottom of my stairs to keep your companion in a secure environment, however if acceptable to you i am happy for them to go upstairs and on furniture. I am happy to go by your rules!

About: I've grown up with cats and dogs my entire life and have extensive hands-on experience caring for animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I currently have a friendly Labrador who is well socialised and used to being around both dogs and cats. Outside of pet care, I organise an annual dog show with the charity Friends of Middleton Park and, this year, I'm also organising a free community dog show for the Belle Isle Gala in partnership with Belle Isle Tenant Management Organisation. I have animal first aid experience and access to veterinary advice and emergency support 24 hours a day, giving you added peace of mind while your pet is in my care. I have my own transport and, at weekends, weather permitting, your dog may enjoy trips to local parks and beauty spots for extra enrichment and exercise. Of course, you'll receive plenty of photos, updates, and messages throughout their stay so you can see just how much fun they're having. When your pet stays with me, they will be treated like part of the family. I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable home environment where your pet's wellbeing is my top priority. I work from home, which means your pet will have plenty of company, supervision, and attention throughout the day. Pets are never left alone for more than two hours, and in most cases are with me almost all of the time. Before the booking, we'll discuss your pet's routine, preferences, dietary requirements, and any special needs to help them settle in as comfortably as possible. During their stay, your pet will receive plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and affection. I will stick as closely as possible to their normal routine to help them feel at home. You'll receive regular updates, photos, and messages so you can see how your pet is getting on and enjoy peace of mind while you're away. I also have animal first aid experience and access to 24/7 veterinary support should any concerns arise. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my priority. I have a fully fenced garden, giving dogs a secure outdoor space for exercise, play, and toilet breaks. Inside the home, pets are never left without companionship, as I have other friendly pets to keep them company when I’m out. I also use multiple water fountains and automatic feeders, which are monitored and will alert me when levels are low. This means fresh water is always available and feeding routines are followed on schedule, even when I’m not at home for short periods. When out on walks, dogs are always kept on a lead for safety. If appropriate and with owner permission, I also use extendable leads so they can enjoy extra freedom to explore while still remaining secure and under control. As I work from home, pets are supervised for most of the day and are never left alone for more than 2 hours. I maintain a calm, safe environment and follow each pet’s usual routine closely to help them feel settled and secure. Regular updates and photos are provided so you can feel confident your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for throughout their stay.

Sharron went above and beyond in her care of Albie on what turned out to be the hottest day in the UK since records began! He’s quite floofy, so this is a big deal. Her texts both before and during his daycare were lovely, and she was really helpful when we were a bit later than we’d intended to be. Great service and if we needed her again, would get in touch without hesitation. Recommended by humans, and the doggo loved her

Rigby who was diagnosed with Cushing for 5 years and lived until he was 17 and Hobie the character of the two who was diagnosed with diabetes. We lost them both a couple of years ago. We moved to a beautiful village with great walks straight from our door. I am missing walking our dogs so my daughter suggested dog sitting. I am happy to look after both senior dogs and happy to walk dogs I am retired and an early riser. I may go to meet friend cycling but I am back by lunch time. So an nice early morning walk for the dog and me, a lunch time time walk and evening walk We have a large kitchen dining lounge so our dogs will spend their time with us. About: I’m a friendly dog lover offering dog sitting, walking, and boarding. I grew up with dogs and have lots of hands-on experience with a range of breeds. I’m confident, calm, and attentive to each dog’s individual needs, routines, and personalities. I also send regular updates and photos, giving you peace of mind that your furry family member is being cared for like one of my own! Now that I’ve bought a house, l really miss having a dog around to take on long walks, play with, and cuddle up with on the sofa. Whilst saving for my wedding, this felt like the perfect way to combine my free time with my genuine love for dogs 🐾 I’m available most days for boarding or daycare as I can choose which days I work from home. When I am working from home, rest assured your dog will still have company all day as I pop their bed next to me as I work, so that they can signal its belly scratch time whenever they want! On sunny days, i’ll work in the garden with the patio doors open so that they can soak up the sunshine and inspect my plants! ☺️ My garden is completely fenced in with no side access, so you won’t need to worry about your dogs getting anywhere they shouldn’t (I know they can sometimes try to be houdini!) I also have experience with dogs which don’t like other dogs and need that extra bit of planning and dog awareness on walks to ensure all dogs involved remain as calm and stress free as possible. So if you do have a dog which you would rather doesn’t come into contact with any other dogs (I know the feeling) please rest assured I am confident and comfortable with this and I just require that they wear a harness for safety reasons :)

About: My husband and I have looked after dogs for a number of years. These have varied, from puppies to adults, small to large, as well as high energy, confident to more nervous rescue dogs. What their stay looks like, is shaped around the needs of the dogs, their current routines, enrichment activities, exciting walks and any specific requests from their owners. We are passionate about creating an environment where a dog can thrive and develop in a home away from home. We have our own gorgeous pooch called Bonnie. She is very relaxed around other dogs, as she has socialised with dogs both inside and outside the home since we adopted her in 2024. She's very independent and calm in the house, but loves to explore with her fellow dogs when out and about on a walk. We also volunteer at a dog shelter, where we walk, train and lead enrichment activities with Romanian Rescue dogs. Through this experience working with a brilliant dog trainer and head of the charity, we understand that every dog is totally different, therefore, their care plan and routine need to reflect as much and be tailored to their personalities. As a result, we are confident with rescue dogs or those who are anxious and less confident. We typically take the dogs out for a morning walk, which will be roughly an hour. I work full time from home, which allows me to be home all day with the dogs. We will then have a shorter second walk, with playtime and enrichment thrown in! We have a fenced garden, as well as a field two minutes from our house, where dogs have plenty of space to run and play as they wish!

About: I’ve had family dogs all of my life, and my own dogs for the last 15 years or so. I often look after dogs of family and friends. I currently have a ten year old male patterjack who is good with other dogs and a six year old daughter who loves dogs too. Your dog will be allowed everywhere in the house and can even sleep in bed with me and my dog should they wish. We do an hour long walk in woodland each day and lots of play and attention at home. I work part time from home so your dog will never be left alone for more than 30 minutes. We go walking in the local woodland for an hour each day. Your dog can treat our home like their own. I have a fenced garden but your dog will never be left outside unattended. I have a dog friendly small male dog and a daughter. Your dog will be allowed anywhere in the home. I will only feed your dog with food and treats you provide unless you specify otherwise. They can sleep where they like but I’ll adhere to your required sleeping arrangements for them.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10 years old and have always had a passion for animals. Having grown up around dogs and cared for my own, I have developed a strong understanding of their needs, routines, and behaviours. I am home full-time and available seven days a week, which gives me plenty of flexibility for dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting. I understand that every pet has their own routine and personality, and I always take the time to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I have my own Lhasa Apso called Romeo, who I walk twice a day, so I understand the importance of regular exercise, mental stimulation, and companionship. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, shorter strolls, playtime, or simply having company, I am happy to tailor my care to their individual needs.

I have experience with those more timid dogs who needs that extra special care along with experience in administering medication. I’m fully licenced with Wakefield Council, fully insured and DBS checked. My home will be their home from home while you are away and they will be treated as part of the family. I have one friendly Chihuahua cross Jack Russell who enjoys the company of other dogs being in the house and she loves her walks and snuggling up. I am at home when I am dog boarding and therefore your pet will be in excellent care and will not be left for long periods of time. I have a fully enclosed garden and a back gate that is locked. With my weekends free, I work from home on Mondays and Fridays which allow me to pet sit on these days, I can do overnight stays so long as I don’t have an event. With my job I sometimes do overtime which allows me to book off additional days for pet sitting should I need to. I prefer looking after pets in the pet owners home as I believe pets deserve to feel at home and safe, what safer space is there for them than a space they live in. About: I’ve grown up with both cats and dogs and have spent my whole life caring for animals. Over the years, I’ve regularly looked after pets for friends and family while they were away, including feeding, walking, playing, administering basic care, and making sure they felt comfortable and loved in their owners’ absence. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your pets. I treat every animal as if they were my own, paying close attention to their routines, needs, and personalities. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, or simply some company and cuddles, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of care and attention while you’re away. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, so I’m able to spend lots of time with the pets in my care. Whether your pet enjoys company, playtime, regular walks, or simply having someone nearby, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention throughout the day. I have a secure fenced garden and a friendly indoor cat. While she is gentle and calm around other animals, she can be a little nervous around unfamiliar pets. To ensure a stress-free environment for everyone, I can keep her on a separate floor of the house when needed. My home has three floors, providing plenty of space to safely separate pets if required. I will always make sure that both your pet and my cat are comfortable, happy, and well cared for during their stay!

Our first time using dog boarding for mollie so I was unsure and uneasy about a few things and I can 100% recommend celine and Leigh, nice and easy drop off/pick ups and so friendly. I felt at ease knowing she was being well looked after the whole time, and had lots of photos and messages updates etc. Mollie will definitely be returning for our next holiday! Thank you!❤️

Never having left Stanley before I was quite nervous. There was absolutely no reason to be. Sharron was lovely, it’s obvious she loves dogs and Stanley was extremely well looked after. Thank you so much x

Where to start… Aimee is fantastic! Jax was immediately comfortable, roaming around and exploring their lovely home & garden, we knew he was going to be fine from the minute we walked in. I got regular updates and I could see Jax was content & so settled. So much so, he was more than happy to stay when we went to pick him up 😅 We would highly recommend and will certainly be using Aimee again.. Thank you! 🙏🏻

First time with Sally and our dog seemed to love it!! Regular updates received with plenty of photos showing usual quirks (eg meerkat'ing) and plenty of walks. Seemed quite content during his stay. Will use again.

Kieran and Megan looked after our dog Shadow for a week while we were away on holiday. From the moment we met them I was sure he will be in safe hands and for the first time ever I was not nervous leaving him with somebody. We received plenty of updates throughout his stay and it was obvious he was having a great time. So much so that it didn’t look like he wanted to leave at the end. I would highly recommend Kieran and Megan and would definitely be using again!
