“I knew my dogs would be well looked after with Katie and they were, in fact they looked pretty fed up when they came home 😉 Thanks Katie, I have found someone outside of the family I trust completely with my dogs.”

“Michelle has looked after my dog as if he was her own so friendly and accommodating, Benji has had a lovely 2 week holiday with her. I received regular updates and photos and could see how well he was been looked after and how happy and settled he was. I will definitely use her again an amazing service.”

“Donald had a great time with Sian and her family and will be going back any time I’m away and they are free to have him, Updated with pictures and news how he was doing throughout the week”

“Maria was great with communication and we left our dog in good hands for 12 days with Maria when we went abroad for a family holiday. We had the opportunity to meet Maria and her dog Bambi at their home before making the booking to ensure it was a good fit for both sides and to discuss any concerns. Received plenty of photos and updates and on returning home our boy is very happy and has been well looked after, definitely recommend and will use Marias services again if needed”

About: I have always loved animals and dogs in particular. I do think of them as family members and have always taken care of them in this way. I have learned a lot from training and taking care of my own dog. I am currently working part time in an ad-hoc capacity so choose my schedule. I do have a little boy who will sometimes need to be with me, he is used to dogs and very gentle. We are at home a lot of the time so looking after another dog would fit into my schedule very well. I have a fenced in garden and one friendly dog, lots of dog toys and we are often out playing in the garden. They are welcome to come inside or out as they need while they are here.
“Shunqi had the best time with Goldie for the weekend and looked after her wonderfully, sending us lots of videos and pictures of her! It was lovely to see she was having a great time, we’ll book her in again!”

“Anastasia is perfect, Luna absolutely adores her :) It’s not easy for Luna to get used to new people usually but with Anastasia there was an immediate connection and my mind is always at ease when I leave my baby with her.”

“We’re delighted with Aimee’s care for our 2 dogs. They’ve been looked after with love and clearly have been as comfy with Aimee as they are at home. Would absolutely recommend and book again, thanks so much!”

“Emily and her son took care of our Lab Nala for 8 days and Nala had a fantastic time, she’s come home and is happy and content with no issues whatsoever, I’d highly recommend Emily and her services ❤️❤️❤️”

“Charlie’s second home! - 5 STARS Leaving our cocker spaniel puppy Charlie for a whole week is never easy, but Mandi & Simon made it so easy. As a cocker at this age he can be a real handful, but they understood his breed and energy perfectly. Along with big adventures on the beach and in the fields, they had lots of enrichment games and mental stimulation to keep him busy and settled. He was absolutely spoilt and so loved from start to finish. We were kept updated with lovely pictures and messages throughout the week, which gave us complete peace of mind knowing he was safe, happy and thriving. Thank you Mandi & Simon for giving him the best time — he came home tired, happy and already missing you both! We highly recommend you to anyone looking for five star care and peace of mind.”

“Paul looked after Duggie for two days, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He kept me updated every day with messages and photos, which really put my mind at ease and allowed me to properly enjoy my birthday surprise without worrying. It’s clear that Paul is very knowledgeable about dogs and understands their behaviour well. Duggie was in safe, capable hands the whole time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, and we will definitely be using his services again in the future. THANK YOU PAUL & FAMILY”

“Dan was wonderful. He made me feel so at ease about leaving them for the first time. I was sent lots of pictures of them having fun. He’s really knowledgeable about dogs and they definitely had a home from home experience. Will definitely be booking again”

“Sam is fantastic she put us at ease instantly. All her family members have looked after Lizzie and it looks like she as had an amazing stay with Sam and all her family. Sam sent us lots of kind texts and photos and videos of Lizzie during her stay which I must say was fantastic a massive thank you to Sam and all her family. We will definitely use her again so please feel confident in using Sam to look after your loved one as I can assure you that they will be in good hands.”

“Holly is brilliant, makes Cookie feel same as at home with lots of love and attentions, Cookie settles immediately and enjoys the stay. Definitely will book again. Thanks a lot for your care”

“Our first time using dog boarding for mollie so I was unsure and uneasy about a few things and I can 100% recommend celine and Leigh, nice and easy drop off/pick ups and so friendly. I felt at ease knowing she was being well looked after the whole time, and had lots of photos and messages updates etc. Mollie will definitely be returning for our next holiday! Thank you!❤️”

“We needed a dog sitter for our three dogs at quite short notice and find Ian! I am so glad we did. The dogs loved their stay and were so well looked after, being able to run around in his lovely garden. He has a lovely pug called Nelly who was very friendly and welcomed our dogs into her home with a waggy tail 😊 He sent us regular photos so we could see them settling in. Highly recommended 😊”

About: Hi! I’m Emma, a lifelong cat lover and proud human to our distinguished senior gentleman, Bean, who we’ve had for the last 14 years. We’ve always had cats in the family, so caring for them has always been second nature to me. As Bean is an indoor cat, I’m very comfortable with litter tray duties, administering medication if needed, and understanding the little quirks and routines cats can have. I’m DBS checked and have recently completed a feline first aid course for extra peace of mind. I also work from home, which allows me to be flexible with visits and availability. I know how important it is to feel your cat is safe, comfortable and cared for while you’re away, so I’d love to provide reliable, caring visits along with updates and photos to help put your mind at ease.

“Luke took wonderful care of my cat while I was away. I received photos and updates every day, which gave me peace of mind knowing that my cat was in good hands. Luke is genuinely very kind, caring, and responsible. You can really tell that he loves cats and knows how to take good care of them. My cat was happy and well looked after throughout my time away. I highly recommend Luke to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring person to look after their pet. I would definitely ask him to take care of my cat again! 🐱❤️”

“Penny was absolutely amazing with our cats! She kept us updated throughout her visits, sending not only lovely photos but also little paragraphs about how the cats had been and what they’d been up to. It was so reassuring to know they were happy and well looked after while we were away. We would definitely recommend Penny and will absolutely be using her again next time we go away!”

“Loki and Midnight were in great hands with Julie; she even left them a little present at the end of her visits. Julie came to meet the cats before we went away and I was able to show her where everything was. Would highly recommend and wil definitely be using her again; it was far less stressful for the cats to have someone look after them in their own home and Julie was fantastic and even gave me updates while I was away.”

About: I’ve cared for family pets for many years and have attended an animal management course for animal welfare and behaviour, which included details of training animals and properly caring for a variety of different animals and pets. I have also volunteered at a dog kennels looking after dogs in kennels whilst their owners were away and I currently work at a dog groomers. I have learned to care for a variety of animals so can provide care for different pets. I am currently at college and have a job so I can fit pet care into anytime on weekends and after 6pm on weekdays. I can also provide pet care during bank holidays and any other time off I have. I can cater to different pets’ needs and follow specific instructions pet owners have for their pets to make sure they have the best care. I will only provide pet care for pets outside of my house as I have a dog and wouldn’t want pets to become stressed by this, also for the sake of my own dog’s wellbeing.

About: Though I never owned a cat, I have provided cat care to friends, family and some booked through Rover on multiple occasions, I am comfortable with administering cat medications, feeding and cleaning litter.

About: I’m particularly passionate about providing calm and respectful care for cats. Through my veterinary work, I am part of the Cat Friendly Community, where I have developed additional knowledge and experience in understanding feline body language, handling cats appropriately, feeding techniques and creating a calm, low-stress environment. I understand that every cat is different. Some are confident and sociable, while others may need more patience and space to feel comfortable. I always take the time to understand their individual personality and allow them to interact with me at their own pace. My aim is to make sure your cat feels safe, comfortable and cared for in their own familiar surroundings while you’re away.

About: I'm currently a student Occupational Therapist who is really missing my family's pets while I'm at uni! 🐾 I love animals and know how important they are as valued members of the family! As a teenager I volunteered for the Cats Protection League and would clean litter trays for people in my local area who couldn't do so themselves. I would often dogsit for neighbours, and have even looked after someone's pet frogs before! 🐾 I adapt to whatever style of care your pet needs - some pets value calm and slow paced interactions, and some pets seem to have unlimited amounts of energy! My goal is to keep your pet happy in a style that is closest to their normal. 🐾 I am a very clean person, who will send regular updates via text and video. I have a fully enhanced DBS, and solid references :) 🐾

“Ana was fantastic with our dog, so kind and loving! We booked last minute for a drop in service while we was out for the day. Lenny was super comfortable with Ana and loved playing ball in the garden. Ana was great and check his water supply and that he was comfortable before leaving. We will definitely use Ana again. Highly recommended.”

I am familiar with feeding schedules, walking, playtime, basic grooming, and providing companionship. I am patient, responsible, and attentive, and I always prioritize each dog’s safety and comfort. I carefully follow owners’ instructions and adapt my care to suit different personalities and energy levels. I will treat every dog with kindness, respect, and genuine care. I am currently available 7 days a week . I am flexible with timings and happy to discuss specific schedules and arrangements based on your needs. I have a house with fenced garden, I provide a safe, calm, and caring home environment where pets are treated as part of the family. About: I've grown up with cats and dogs my entire life and have extensive hands-on experience caring for animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I currently have a friendly Labrador who is well socialised and used to being around both dogs and cats. Outside of pet care, I organise an annual dog show with the charity Friends of Middleton Park and, this year, I'm also organising a free community dog show for the Belle Isle Gala in partnership with Belle Isle Tenant Management Organisation. I have animal first aid experience and access to veterinary advice and emergency support 24 hours a day, giving you added peace of mind while your pet is in my care. I have my own transport and, at weekends, weather permitting, your dog may enjoy trips to local parks and beauty spots for extra enrichment and exercise. Of course, you'll receive plenty of photos, updates, and messages throughout their stay so you can see just how much fun they're having. When your pet stays with me, they will be treated like part of the family. I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable home environment where your pet's wellbeing is my top priority. I work from home, which means your pet will have plenty of company, supervision, and attention throughout the day. Pets are never left alone for more than two hours, and in most cases are with me almost all of the time. Before the booking, we'll discuss your pet's routine, preferences, dietary requirements, and any special needs to help them settle in as comfortably as possible. During their stay, your pet will receive plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and affection. I will stick as closely as possible to their normal routine to help them feel at home. You'll receive regular updates, photos, and messages so you can see how your pet is getting on and enjoy peace of mind while you're away. I also have animal first aid experience and access to 24/7 veterinary support should any concerns arise. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my priority. I have a fully fenced garden, giving dogs a secure outdoor space for exercise, play, and toilet breaks. Inside the home, pets are never left without companionship, as I have other friendly pets to keep them company when I’m out. I also use multiple water fountains and automatic feeders, which are monitored and will alert me when levels are low. This means fresh water is always available and feeding routines are followed on schedule, even when I’m not at home for short periods. When out on walks, dogs are always kept on a lead for safety. If appropriate and with owner permission, I also use extendable leads so they can enjoy extra freedom to explore while still remaining secure and under control. As I work from home, pets are supervised for most of the day and are never left alone for more than 2 hours. I maintain a calm, safe environment and follow each pet’s usual routine closely to help them feel settled and secure. Regular updates and photos are provided so you can feel confident your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for throughout their stay.

About: In my life I have had the pleasure of living with and looking after a variety of animals. From kittens to doberman puppies- i love all animals! I especially enjoy working with and caring for dogs, whether they need extra attention due to age or health, or they prefer their own space. I’m sure I would be able to take care of their needs 😊 I currently work in shifts but am very flexible; I can have time off if/when required and can also nip home throughout the day to check in on your loved one! I only work 5 minutes away and have a camera to set up if your dog is ok to be left alone for periods. I live alone in my house and in my spare time love to cook, walk and read books. Your companion will fit right in! I have a camera and baby gate at the bottom of my stairs to keep your companion in a secure environment, however if acceptable to you i am happy for them to go upstairs and on furniture. I am happy to go by your rules!
“Piper was clearly very happy with Ian and their little pug. He sent me photos throughout the day and it was a relief to know she was okay, as that was the first time I’d left her with someone that wasn’t family. She’s been a few times now and is always excited when she arrives, she knows where she is! Ian’s got a large secure garden and Piper enjoys playing and sniffing. Their little pug is a sweetheart and she was happy having Piper in her house. I will continue to use Ian as my doggy daycare - Piper is very happy with him.”

About: My husband and I have looked after dogs for a number of years. These have varied, from puppies to adults, small to large, as well as high energy, confident to more nervous rescue dogs. What their stay looks like, is shaped around the needs of the dogs, their current routines, enrichment activities, exciting walks and any specific requests from their owners. We are passionate about creating an environment where a dog can thrive and develop in a home away from home. We have our own gorgeous pooch called Bonnie. She is very relaxed around other dogs, as she has socialised with dogs both inside and outside the home since we adopted her in 2024. She's very independent and calm in the house, but loves to explore with her fellow dogs when out and about on a walk. We also volunteer at a dog shelter, where we walk, train and lead enrichment activities with Romanian Rescue dogs. Through this experience working with a brilliant dog trainer and head of the charity, we understand that every dog is totally different, therefore, their care plan and routine need to reflect as much and be tailored to their personalities. As a result, we are confident with rescue dogs or those who are anxious and less confident. We typically take the dogs out for a morning walk, which will be roughly an hour. I work full time from home, which allows me to be home all day with the dogs. We will then have a shorter second walk, with playtime and enrichment thrown in! We have a fenced garden, as well as a field two minutes from our house, where dogs have plenty of space to run and play as they wish!
About: I’m a friendly dog lover offering dog sitting, walking, and boarding. I grew up with dogs and have lots of hands-on experience with a range of breeds. I’m confident, calm, and attentive to each dog’s individual needs, routines, and personalities. I also send regular updates and photos, giving you peace of mind that your furry family member is being cared for like one of my own! Now that I’ve bought a house, l really miss having a dog around to take on long walks, play with, and cuddle up with on the sofa. Whilst saving for my wedding, this felt like the perfect way to combine my free time with my genuine love for dogs 🐾 I’m available most days for boarding or daycare as I can choose which days I work from home. When I am working from home, rest assured your dog will still have company all day as I pop their bed next to me as I work, so that they can signal its belly scratch time whenever they want! On sunny days, i’ll work in the garden with the patio doors open so that they can soak up the sunshine and inspect my plants! ☺️ My garden is completely fenced in with no side access, so you won’t need to worry about your dogs getting anywhere they shouldn’t (I know they can sometimes try to be houdini!) I also have experience with dogs which don’t like other dogs and need that extra bit of planning and dog awareness on walks to ensure all dogs involved remain as calm and stress free as possible. So if you do have a dog which you would rather doesn’t come into contact with any other dogs (I know the feeling) please rest assured I am confident and comfortable with this and I just require that they wear a harness for safety reasons :)

About: I’ve had family dogs all of my life, and my own dogs for the last 15 years or so. I often look after dogs of family and friends. I currently have a ten year old male patterjack who is good with other dogs and a six year old daughter who loves dogs too. Your dog will be allowed everywhere in the house and can even sleep in bed with me and my dog should they wish. We do an hour long walk in woodland each day and lots of play and attention at home. I work part time from home so your dog will never be left alone for more than 30 minutes. We go walking in the local woodland for an hour each day. Your dog can treat our home like their own. I have a fenced garden but your dog will never be left outside unattended. I have a dog friendly small male dog and a daughter. Your dog will be allowed anywhere in the home. I will only feed your dog with food and treats you provide unless you specify otherwise. They can sleep where they like but I’ll adhere to your required sleeping arrangements for them.
“Buse was absolutely fantastic with my little pooch hazel and friend teddy. When I came to pick them up they were so happy and excited, I just instantly knew they had a great day with Buse and Gala, thank you :)”

“Tilly had the best day with Emily & Sunny! She has such a great outdoor space for the pups to play in. Sunny was really welcoming to Tilly (who can be a little bossy!) and they seemed happy playing together when I left. I will definitely be booking with Emily again as she took such good care of Tilly. Thank you!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs in the family my whole life, spending time with pups of all ages and personalities. I’m attentive, patient, and always treat every dog like part of my own family. ♥️ I currently work from home full-time in a very flexible role so can always be there for your dog’s needs, including walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship! I have a fenced yard and live in an area with several walking routes of different lengths and terrains to suit your dog’s needs - these are fairly quiet and away from roads.
“My dog had an absolute blast. Sophia and her boyfriend kept me updated with pictures the whole day as I was nervous about leaving her for the first time. I picked her up and she was so happy and sleepy and had had such a good time 🥰”

Between us, my partner and I have owned and looked after dogs for most of our lives, and caring for them is something we genuinely love. After regularly dog sitting for friends and family, we've decided to open our home to more dogs and their owners. We have two young children, aged 4 and 5, who absolutely adore dogs and have grown up around them. Because of this, the safety and comfort of both our children and any visiting dogs is extremely important to us. We only accept dogs that are comfortable, gentle, and trustworthy around young children, ensuring a safe and happy environment for everyone. One of the biggest benefits we can offer is that both of us work from home full-time. We live just minutes from large fields and nature walks, allowing us to provide exercise tailored to each dog's needs. We care for every dog as if they were our own and always aim to keep them as comfortable and settled as possible by following their usual routine. Before any stay, we'll discuss your dog's feeding schedule, exercise requirements, sleeping arrangements, medications, and any special needs to ensure continuity of care. About: I've always had dogs in my life. I lost two elderly dogs last year and so badly miss having dogs . I dog sit for our friends dogs whenever possible, but would like to open our home to more. More cuddles, more walks, more mess and more craziness. If you have a dog who needs close attention and wants to feel secure, I can give that care. If your dog needs long walks, I would love that. Our two dogs became infirm when they were old. If you dog needs extra care as an elderly dog, I have the experience. I hold independent comprehensive dog-care insurance. I work part time from home. No routine as such, so I can fit around what your dog needs. Some days are quiet and other days include a long walk and play. We have a large, fenced, dog friendly garden which is completely secure. Your dog will have plenty of room, inside and out. Plus my bed to sleep on, if that is what they like.

Growing up, I cared for all sorts of dogs - from Huskies and Springer Spaniels to German Shepherds and Labradors, so I'm very comfortable handling different personalities and energy levels. I’ve got plenty of hands on experience with walking, feeding, bathing and housesitting! More recently, I’ve also been looking after cats! I really enjoy getting to know their individual quirks, whether they’re super cuddly or a bit more independent. I’m a calm and reliable individual who will always make sure your pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I’ll treat your pet like they’re my own with regular updates, so you can relax knowing they’re in good hands. So, why choose me? • I'm reliable and punctual – I take your pet’s routine seriously. • I have experience with both high and low energy pets. • I use a calm and patient approach, especially with nervous animals. • I provide regular photo and message updates for peace of mind. • I have a genuine love for animals! I'm currently free to look after your pets on any day, at any time! As long as I have reasonable notice, I'm happy to help. I don't currently have a place of my own to look after pets in, but I'm happy to travel and take care of them from your own home. We can come to an agreement on what that looks like for you! In general I provide play, exercise and stimulation for your beloved pets, as well as keeping a vigilant eye to make sure they stay safe and sound while you're away.
“Max is quite a nervous dog with people he doesn't know. Penny was amazing and visited max before to play with him. While we were away Penny fully updated us. Max was well looked after and was happy with Penny. Will definitely book Penny again. Highly recommend”
“Julie has been a god send, I used this service due to being out of action after an operation. We did 2 visits to get to know my 2 dogs then a daily walk every day this week, my dogs took to Julie so well and were excited to see her every day. I cannot recommend her highly enough, great peace of mind, and a bonus is that she’s a lovely lady, thank you so much.”

About: I’ve grown up with both cats and dogs and have spent my whole life caring for animals. Over the years, I’ve regularly looked after pets for friends and family while they were away, including feeding, walking, playing, administering basic care, and making sure they felt comfortable and loved in their owners’ absence. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your pets. I treat every animal as if they were my own, paying close attention to their routines, needs, and personalities. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, or simply some company and cuddles, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of care and attention while you’re away. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, so I’m able to spend lots of time with the pets in my care. Whether your pet enjoys company, playtime, regular walks, or simply having someone nearby, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention throughout the day. I have a secure fenced garden and a friendly indoor cat. While she is gentle and calm around other animals, she can be a little nervous around unfamiliar pets. To ensure a stress-free environment for everyone, I can keep her on a separate floor of the house when needed. My home has three floors, providing plenty of space to safely separate pets if required. I will always make sure that both your pet and my cat are comfortable, happy, and well cared for during their stay!
About: I have grown up with a variety of animals my entire life, all varying in ages and sizes. I currently provide pet sitting and walking in addition to my current full time job for friends and family. This includes looking after my sister’s 11 month old puppy and training where possible. I am currently working full time Monday to Friday in a college. With my weekends free, I work from home on Mondays and Fridays which allow me to pet sit on these days, I can do overnight stays so long as I don’t have an event. With my job I sometimes do overtime which allows me to book off additional days for pet sitting should I need to. I prefer looking after pets in the pet owners home as I believe pets deserve to feel at home and safe, what safer space is there for them than a space they live in. I will provide the upmost care and respect in your home, I am also DBS checked

About: I have had dogs all my life, including growing up with lots of dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have always been the first to volunteer to take care of friends/family’s dogs! I am now 26 and have my own highly energetic, fetch-loving Cockapoo! I am a secondary school teacher, so my weeks are usually very busy, but I have plenty of free time during the holidays that I can donate to looking after your pets! I have a fully secure, fenced garden and my home is completely dog friendly. Your pet will be treated like a member of my family if they come and stay with me. Equally, I am more than happy to pop in and keep your pets happy, if they’d be more settled at home!

Experienced with puppies, seniors, and special needs, I provide safe, personalized attention that makes pets feel safe all the time:) I am working remote so I have free time all the time:) Now I am living in Leeds City Center. But always free to go big parks and play with them I begin by carefully analyzing the environment to identify and remove anything that could be dangerous for pets. At my home, I provide a safe, comfortable, and stimulating space with regular walks, playtime, and a consistent feeding routine. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I respect their established schedule and preferences, ensuring pets feel secure and loved in their familiar environment. About: We have both grown up having our own pets, having a variety of different animals, including multiple dogs and cats that we have fed, walked, bathed etc. We have looked after other peoples dogs, cats and other animals previously as well. This has given us lots of experience: we have looked after puppies, seniors, animals that have needed medication or other special treatments. We both have part-time work however with enough notice we can choose our hours to schedule around yours. We have different schedules so one of us is usually free if not both of us. If you do have a preference of which one of us visits your pet that’s fine as well just let us know, as we understand some animals have a preferred gender. We live in an apartment building but it there still has enough room for a small-medium sized dog if they can be quiet or any sized cat. The apartments are gated off with a little garden area on the property. And they is a big park next to my building for walks as well. We don’t mind looking after your pet at your own home to allow them to feel more comfortable in their environment as well. We will try cater to your dogs or cats needs as much as possible if you have any specific requests.
