“This was the second time Michelle and her husband Graham have looked after our 2-year-old whippet, Walter and they were absolutely fantastic again. Walter has a few whippet quirks, but they handled him perfectly and made him feel right at home. We received regular updates and photos, which gave us total peace of mind. When we collected him, it was obvious that he had been well cared for. We highly recommend them and will definitely ask them to look after Walter for us again.”

“I can't thank Katie and her lovely family enough for looking after Bowser while I was on holiday. The level of care and attention Katie provides is amazing. Having that peice of mind he is being so well looked after, makes it a little bit easier leaving him. It sounds like he has a ball and even in this heat, he was safe. Thank you again xxx”

About: I have always loved animals and dogs in particular. I do think of them as family members and have always taken care of them in this way. I have learned a lot from training and taking care of my own dog. I am currently working part time in an ad-hoc capacity so choose my schedule. I do have a little boy who will sometimes need to be with me, he is used to dogs and very gentle. We are at home a lot of the time so looking after another dog would fit into my schedule very well. I have a fenced in garden and one friendly dog, lots of dog toys and we are often out playing in the garden. They are welcome to come inside or out as they need while they are here.

About: As an experienced dog carer and dedicated pet owner, I provide reliable, structured care for dogs in my own home. I have hands‑on experience supporting dogs belonging to family members, friends, and my own dog, giving me a strong understanding of different temperaments, routines, and needs. My home is set up to be dog‑friendly, safe, and comfortable. I offer: Consistent routines — feeding, walks, rest, enrichment Positive handling — gentle, calm, and reassuring Clear communication — updates, photos, and transparency Whether your dog needs active play, quiet companionship, or structured support, I tailor care to suit their personality. You can feel confident knowing your dog will be looked after with patience, kindness, and genuine love. I am currently working part time, therefore have plenty of time to play and care for your best friend. I work from home and have days off as stated. I have a large garden and willing to take for walks based on individual needs / requirements. I have a fenced garden and have my own dog Abi, she is a 2 year old rescue ruby King Charles Caviller, she is good with other dogs she can be a little shy at times. We have just lost my 8 year old best friend Buddy. I also have two grand furbabies who visit regular and area always up for a play date. Pippa and Nellie. I am happy to visit your home for toilet breaks and play time , I have all the equipment that may be required. Dog seat belts, enrichment games, blankets, dog bath (Buddy care products used).

“Holly was fantastic looking after our border collie and updated us with pictures and videos. It was a super hot weekend and she even had our dog in the paddling pool with her daughter. He came back a very happy tired dog!”

“Difficult to know where to start with our thanks to Anastasia; she took Charlie into her home with a week to spare to find someone. It is always so stressful to find the right person to care for our furry friend. Anastasia was warm, inviting us and Charlie into her home and we couldn't have asked for anyone more lovely. She sent photos and videos of all his lovely moments... particularly caring enough to send furry dogthers pictures on fathers day... she took him on long walks and he made friends with lots of other dogs. We would highly recommend Anastasia as a Rover buddy to care for your furry friends. Thank you so much to her.”

“Donald had a great time with Sian and her family and will be going back any time I’m away and they are free to have him, Updated with pictures and news how he was doing throughout the week”

About: I have had dogs all my life. As a child and then my own when I left home. All rescue, from puppies to older dogs. I work part time but can fit my hours around different days to suit what I’m doing. The day starts early with a good walk then home for breakfast. Playtime and cuddles, then out again at tea time. There is a local park just across from my house and also fields and woodland if they require longer walks. There is just myself and my husband at home now. Our children are grown up. I have a good size garden which is fenced and private. I allow dogs anywhere in the house, they can sleep wherever they feel more comfortable, the bed if they want, but equally I would respect what you wanted. I will only feed your dog what you provide, and treats will only be what they normally have, unless you tell me different.
“Our dog Harvey had an amazing time staying with Helen. He made friends with Helen's pup Bonnie and they had great walks. Helen kept us well informed and sent pictures and videos on how he got on! He will definitely look forward to staying again 😊 thanks Helen!”

“Our first time using dog boarding for mollie so I was unsure and uneasy about a few things and I can 100% recommend celine and Leigh, nice and easy drop off/pick ups and so friendly. I felt at ease knowing she was being well looked after the whole time, and had lots of photos and messages updates etc. Mollie will definitely be returning for our next holiday! Thank you!❤️”

“Danielle had our sprocker Murphy over night for the first time this week and he seemed to settle really well. We had photos and messages updating us on how Murphy was getting on. I’d use Danielle for future overnight stays and dog walking. Thank you Danielle”

“Emily and her son took care of our Lab Nala for 8 days and Nala had a fantastic time, she’s come home and is happy and content with no issues whatsoever, I’d highly recommend Emily and her services ❤️❤️❤️”

About: I have experience of owning and looking after family and friends dogs. I am a keen walker, loving nothing more than being out with dogs locally. I curently work part time in a freelance basis at home so have lots of time to help to care for and walk dogs locally. I am always up and about walking our dog early, then we have a other couple of walks planned through the day. We have an enclosed garden so we have fun between walks playing in the garden. I have a large fully enclosed back garden and live in a village near Selby giving us access to beautiful walks and fields on my doorstep.

“Where to start… Aimee is fantastic! Jax was immediately comfortable, roaming around and exploring their lovely home & garden, we knew he was going to be fine from the minute we walked in. I got regular updates and I could see Jax was content & so settled. So much so, he was more than happy to stay when we went to pick him up 😅 We would highly recommend and will certainly be using Aimee again.. Thank you! 🙏🏻”

“Sharron is fantastic - very accommodating and clearly a dog lover. She eased any anxiety I had about leaving my dog and my dog loved her! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.”

Ian has been amazing whilst looking after Archie. The attention and care given was superb and I was very confident leaving my pooch with him. Daily updated and pictures was also a lovely touch. I would 100% recommend Ian's services to anyone looking for a reliable sitter!
