About: I have taken care of dogs for many years now, myself and my children love walking and take our own pet Nacho and the family's pets out for long enjoyable walks often. Nacho is our German shepherd puppy who is 7 months old 😃 we also pet sit for family while they enjoy their holiday. You can be sure your pet will be looked after. I currently work school hours and myself and my 2 children go for an hours walk almost every night so dog walking fits in lovely with what we already do. I have a fenced garden area so you can be sure your pet is secure. We also have lots of toys for entertaining your pet

After meeting Paul and seeing how his dog Oli and Henderson got along, Paul decided he would take care of Henderson—and I’m so glad he did. He sent me videos and photos every single day, which reassured me completely that Henderson was having the time of his life—playing with Oli and going on walk after walk, every day. I can honestly say Henderson will never go into kennels again. Paul fed him fresh chicken and beef, treated him like his own, and loved him the same way I do. After our initial meet Enzo went to stay with Alison for a few hours a handful of times to get him used to being somewhere new and with someone new. About: I have lived with dogs for 51 years I hold a 5 star council license for dog boarding I have experience with puppy’s & also older dogs (I even own dog pushchairs for the less mobile dogs) I am dog first aid trained & fully insured for dog boarding. I am self employed as a full time dog boarder. I am at home 24 hours a day. Your dog/dogs will never be left alone. Wherever I go, your dog will go. Your dog/s will have full access to every room of my home & the garden. Your dog/s will sleep in my bedroom at night. I have a large fenced back garden. 2 barrier/gate to comply with legislation. Dogs will only be lead walked, I offer 2, 20 minute walks per day, which can be modified to your dogs needs. I do not use crates unless it is part of the dogs routine, written consent & crate needs to be given/supplied by the owner.

About: I've fostered dogs for a number of years as well as owning a number of pets. I currently have 1 male (neutered) cat and always looking for more pet friends. I work from home, and I'm rarely away from the house. I'm free to look after your pet most days and especially love walking dogs to help keep me mobile and away from the home office I live in a quiet cul de sac, with a fenced garden. I work from home so it's very rare someone is not home. I have recent DBS checks due to work.

Annabel is an absolute dream! Rufus stayed for 2 nights while we had plans, and I could tell by the photos sent that he was having such a great time and was happy and living his best life. He was so well looked after, and Annabel kept his routine perfectly. He enjoyed walks with Nala the Labrador for company too. I’d definitely recommend Annabel, and won’t hesitate to let her look after Rufus again, seeing how much he loved being there.
Amazing 🤩, perfect home for our little doggie 🐶. Kátia was able to accommodate my request at short notice after a mix up and communication was fast and friendly. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
