“Julie has been a god send, I used this service due to being out of action after an operation. We did 2 visits to get to know my 2 dogs then a daily walk every day this week, my dogs took to Julie so well and were excited to see her every day. I cannot recommend her highly enough, great peace of mind, and a bonus is that she’s a lovely lady, thank you so much.”

About: I’ve had a love for dogs my whole life. I have been a full time dog walker for around 18 months now whilst also owning three dogs of my own. As well as the dog walking, I also offer drop in visits. I just love the special bond that I watch grow between myself and my dogs that I look after. I have some dogs in my care that are reactive, some are older and one in particular is fully blind. I’m currently a full time dog walker and as previously said, I also offer drop in visits. That being said if I stayed at your home looking after your dog, I would be out for a few hours at a time but would make it a priority that your dog wouldn’t be alone for too many hours. I would only agree to a pet stay if your garden and home is safe enough for the dog. Keeping your dog happy and well whilst within my care is essential to me.

About: I’ve had the privilege of sharing my life with many cats and dogs throughout my nearly 50 years. My main attributes are caring for animals and taking a high level of care and responsibility for them. I have also cared for older cats and dogs towards the end of their life, who need more care and attention. Be it practical or emotional care. As a pet owner, I treat my clients pets in the same way I would care for my own. I left working offshore after 25 years, and now I’m looking forward to enjoying the next chapter. About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and currently have two family dogs at my mum’s house, so caring for dogs has always been a big part of my day-to-day life. During secondary school, I volunteered at Tia Rescue in Doncaster, helping care for dogs with different personalities and needs. While living in Canada, I also provided dog sitting for guests staying at Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, caring for dogs while their owners were out exploring or relaxing. I’m patient, reliable and genuinely love spending time with animals — whether that’s walks, playtime, cuddles or simply keeping them company and comfortable while you’re away. I currently can’t have a dog of my own where I live, so this is honestly the next best thing for me. I love getting to spend time with different dogs and making sure they feel happy, safe and well cared for. I currently work part-time at a coffee shop, so my schedule is flexible and gives me good availability throughout the week for walks, drop-ins and pet sitting. I enjoy getting outdoors more and love spending time with dogs, so pet care fits naturally into my routine. I’m happy to keep owners updated with messages and photos so you know your dog is safe and happy while you’re away. I live in a home with a fully fenced garden where dogs can safely play and relax. I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and understand how important routine, patience and reassurance are when caring for someone else’s pet. I’ll always make sure dogs feel comfortable, well looked after and treated like part of the family while in my care.

Dog owners share their Rover experiences - Doncaster
Annabel was a real help whilst we went on holiday walking our dog daily. It was a short notice request but Annabel was very accommodating. Meeting our dog prior to any walks taking place. Our dog isn’t the easiest and is quite anxious with new people. Annabel worked hard to develop the relationship to a point where our dog was waiting for her each day and greeted her with a fuss. Great communication and updates throughout from her and a service provided that we were happy with
