About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, and caring for animals is truly my passion. From training young puppies to looking after older dogs who need extra patience and care, I’m dedicated to making every pet feel safe, happy, and loved. I treat every animal as if they were my own—because they deserve nothing less! I am currently available whenever you need me, your pets are my priority and I will do everything I can to ensure they are looked after and loved for. I do weekdays, weekends, holidays etc. I will adhere to any ground rules you have in place, I will do things exactly how you want them to be done and give your pets all the love and attention they deserve.

About: I used to work on a farm looking after sheep goats sheepdogs and much more. I am a foster carer and my husband is a lorry driver and we are fully DBS checked. We have our birth child and a foster child. I am home pretty much most of the time. We have a nice safe enclosed garden that is perfect for the dogs to run around in. We have a good size house. I recently lost my dog that I have had for 15 years. She lived a good long life travelling different countries and going on all of my adventures. My family and I are very big animal lovers In our free time we will go to the animal shelter and take the dogs out for walks. We have cared for friend and family members animals in the past. As a foster carer I'm home most of the day. Our dog age 4 will go on 2 to 3 walks a day depending on weather. Our pets sleep on the sofa or in our bedroom. We treat our pets like our children. There will be safe guarding in place. Our children are pet friendly At 1am pinko goes the the toilet. At 630 the garden door is opened and it stays opened all day when we are home so the dogs can come and go as they please. First walk 9.30 for an hour. Around 14.00 ten minutes walk on the Fields across the road from me. Then evening 18.00 a 30 minutes walk. Bedtime so last toilet break about 22.00. I have a fenced garden. I have a medium-sized dog; she doesn't use a crate, but if you have a crate and wish your pup to use it, we can accommodate.

About: I have a little pet care experience, watching over my friends cats Nelson and Dorito for a couple times. My family also had a German shepherd I used to look after. Fury friends always make me smile whenever I see them on the walk, and I dream about the day we’re going to welcome a dog to our home as well. I’m currently taking some time off work, so available most of the time during week and weekends as well, so gladly spend some quality time looking after your loved ones. I don’t have any pets, but your dog is going to be very loved by my family who adore pets as much as I do, if you need an over night stay.

About: I have looked after friends and families dogs/cats and even budgies for many years. I am canine first aid trained. I love meeting new animals and adapting my skills to suit them. I cater for all ages of pets and look forward to meeting many more furry friends. I am respectful to my surroundings at other people’s homes and I like to keep the owners updated during my time with their beloved pet. I work part time and work pet care around this. All my requests are carefully considered to meet the pets needs the best I can. When I house sit at people’s houses, I will always request a meet and greet beforehand. I ask the owner if their pet has any special requirements/triggers/behaviours that I need to keep an eye on. I will ensure the animal is where it needs to be in the house before I leave and always ensure the pet is fed at the correct times and always has fresh water to hand.

I understand how important it is for dogs to feel safe, settled, and well cared for when away from their owners. I work full time during the week, so I offer dog sitting at weekends only. This allows me to be fully present and give pets my complete attention without work commitments I provide a calm, caring, and safe home environment for dogs. About: I have always been around dogs from been a young child, My family have always had dogs ranging from large to small. I am currently enrolled on a dog training course which is due to begin in the next few weeks. I also dog walk with local dog walking groups every week and look after my friend and family's dog (Again, large and small). I also had a Westie x Maltese called Ellie, who sadly passed away at the amazing age of 13. Towards the end of her life, Ellie developed a stomach tumour and required a lot of care, including medication, a strict diet and day and night attention. I used to take her out in a doggy pram alongside Lottie so she could still enjoy being outside. Over the years, I’ve often been the first person family and friends come to when they need someone trustworthy to look after their pets. Since starting Happy Hounds Elsecar, we’ve had the pleasure of caring for lots of lovely dogs, including Lottie, Peggy, Star, Buddy, Storm, Scampi, Jess, Nala, Yogi and Delilah. Each dog has had their own personality, routine and needs, which has given us great experience with different temperaments, breeds and care requirements, from playful dogs who love garden time and walks, to dogs who prefer cuddles, calm company and reassurance. For dog walking or visits in the pet owner’s home, we always respect the owner’s property and follow any instructions carefully. This may include walking, feeding, topping up water, letting the dog out for toilet breaks, giving medication, cleaning up after them and making sure they are comfortable before we leave. We always ask owners to provide details about their dog’s routine, behaviour, likes, dislikes, feeding, health needs and emergency contacts so we can give the best possible care.

About: I have recently completed a level 5 in animal management and have a strong understanding of animal care and behaviours in both cats and dogs. I hope to become a dog trainer within the guide dogs and having some dog walking experience on my resume would help me to achieve my goal. Whilst I am still relatively young I'm eager to develop my experience with animals and dogs walking would be the perfect opportunity to do just that. I am available all day on weekends and during mornings before 3pm Monday to Thursday. I work Mondays to Fridays but I do an afters shift. I understand how to clean after animals and I have much experience doing this from living with animals and working with them at university. I also know how important enrichment such as walking and playing with animals is for their development and mood.
