About: I have grown up around dogs and have owned two dogs in the past, giving me a strong understanding of daily dog care, routines, and responsibilities. In addition, I have regularly looked after family and friends’ dogs while they are away, providing feeding, walking, companionship, and home-based care. Through this experience, I’m comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities and needs, including those who prefer a calmer, more relaxed environment. I understand how important it is for dogs to feel safe, settled, and well cared for when away from their owners. I do work full time 9-5 remotely at home during weekdays so I am able to care for your pet at weekdays and weekends I provide a calm, caring, and safe home environment for dogs. While I don’t currently own a dog myself, this allows me to give my full attention to any pets staying with me. My home has a secure, fully fenced garden, allowing dogs to enjoy safe outdoor time. I live right next to a park and have access to lots of nearby walking routes, so dogs will receive regular walks, exercise, and mental stimulation suited to their needs. I understand how important trust is when leaving your pet with someone new, and I’m happy to provide updates, photos, and reassurance throughout their stay.

About: From a young age, I've always had pets in my life, whether that is a dog, a cat, a rat, a hamster and more and that is what drives me to become a pet sitter. Animals give me joy and I love being around them! Pets are part of our family and I will treat them as if they were my own when I'm caring for them ☺️ I'm currently working full time but normally work from home so can easily drop in to see your pets or walk them to fit around my schedule. I will always ensure they have been well fed, water checked, walked (if applicable) and their environment is suited to their needs. Sometimes my wife, Islay, helps out if we have several bookings or I'm working late. If this will be the case, we always come to meet and greet visits together so you can meet us both and we both get to know your pet. I will ensure I fully understand your pets needs and personality to ensure they receive the best treatment possible. I know each pet is different!

About: I have a little pet care experience, watching over my friends cats Nelson and Dorito for a couple times. My family also had a German shepherd I used to look after. Fury friends always make me smile whenever I see them on the walk, and I dream about the day we’re going to welcome a dog to our home as well. I’m currently taking some time off work, so available most of the time during week and weekends as well, so gladly spend some quality time looking after your loved ones. I don’t have any pets, but your dog is going to be very loved by my family who adore pets as much as I do, if you need an over night stay.

About: I have lived on a small holding my whole life, caring for various animals including domestic, farm, and exotic pets. I have been part of the Riding for Disabled and 4 the Love of Cats (charity), as well as having experience in training Police dogs and horses. I care for my parents three dogs (two Golden Retrievers and a Cocker Spaniel) at their home when they go away on holiday. I am currently not working, so I have a flexible schedule to care for your pets at any time of the day or night, other than Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. I am happy to travel anywhere within my 10 mile working radius as I have a car, and can even take your pet out on a nature trip so long as they travel well. I am flexible in my care and can abide by any rules and schedules you set as long as you write it down for me.

About: Hi! I am just starting on this site formally so building my new profile but I have had dogs for over 30 years and have the most loving Staffy (Sapphy). I have many years of experience pet sitting for all kind of dogs, big and small, cute and cuddly, energetic non stop attention seekers and chilled sofa, grumpy won’t go out if it’s raining ones and I’ll only come near you if you have food ones and the very anxious ones that take a lot of time and patience to build their trust in you then become your shadow ones. I’ve looked after puppy’s in the process of potty & crate training and older dogs providing medicine and special care. I look after pets in their home so they get to stay in their own environment and keep their routine - including overnight stays if needed. I can provide all day or multiple visit approaches including a late visit and early morning visit if not staying the night. I’ve taken dogs for long long walks, ran around with frisbees and balls, taken them to hydrotherapy sessions or just for pool fun and shenanigans and spent all day cuddling the ones that just don’t want to do anything other than chill and sleep. I look after your house, moving mail away from the front door and leaving it clean and secure for you coming home. I work part time for a bank (8 years) from home so can care most days working out of your house or visiting regularly. Above all of the pet related care I provide, I can provide peace of mind that your home is safe and secure and 100% trust - which is why I provide an enhanced DBS check, you can visit me at my home so you can get a feel for me and build trust (I don’t board here), you can see any ID and I am always accessible for a FaceTime or call when I am caring for your pet with twice daily photos and updates. I currently work part time at home with 1 day in the office all day (usually a Tuesday) but don’t work at all Thursday to Sunday so specialise in long weekend care for those requiring all day and night sitting but if I can work from your house I am flexible and can cover longer holidays by changing my work schedule. I only care for pets in your home currently as my dog isn’t fond of anything furry! I can provide half hour visits once a day to full day and night care or multiple visit care where I would not leave them for more than a few hours in the day, making at least one visit mid day, one early morning visit and one evening visit to settle them down for the night. I work with you to deliver the best approach but never leave a dog more than 6 hours and only have one client booking at a time. It only ever me that would be in your home, no kids, no pets just me and your pets.

About: I found. A love for dogs when my sons got their dogs. I then spent three years in Bulgaria and helped at a dog rescue. I personally saved five dogs from the street. They were almost dead from starvation and covered in ticks. All found their forever homes. I have no other commitments and I am happy to look after your pets in your own home. I am honest, trustworthy, police checked, insured and reliable, and would treat your pets as my own. 😊 I have no other job or commitments so completely flexible. I can sit for any length of time and will follow any routines and instructions.

About: Although I don’t have formal professional experience, I’ve spent my entire life caring for and being around dogs, which has given me a deep understanding of their needs and behaviours. About: I enjoy spending time with dogs, going on long walks and playing with them as it keeps me busy as well as their enjoyment :) For the moment I’m off uni, when I’m back to uni I am free 4 days a week and every evening to look after pets I am a very loveable person and will give dogs lots of affection and attention as well as long walks and lots of treats and entertainment

About: I regularly care for a friendly cocker spaniel, so it's important that your dog is comfortable around other dogs. I've been informally dog sitting for around two years now and I really enjoy it. I work an office job during the week, so I am available to help from Friday at 3pm until Sunday evening. I'm an active sitter and love a long outdoor adventure in all weathers. I'm just as happy to take a stroll on lead down my nearby lanes, engage in a game of fetch or have a cheeky snuggle on the sofa for the afternoon - sometimes its hard to tell who's having more fun :) Your dogs will be free to roam around the bungalow, which is based in a quiet cul de sac in Great Houghton. There are no rules to where they can go, they are free to enjoy beds, sofas and the small enclosed garden we have out the back of the bungalow. I will try to stick to your normal routines where possible and will of course send updates and photos as many times as you need, I want you to feel just as relaxed as your pet. I work Monday to Friday so I'm only available on weekends. I usually have a cocker spaniel on a Saturday so please only get in touch if your dog is comfortable around other dogs I'm in a quiet cul de sac with an enclosed garden. There are lots of fun walks near me in varying length. Animals that stay here are treated as members of the family and will be loved and cared for as you would your own :)

About: I have owned dogs since they were born so have vast experience. I have looked after them from puppies until end of life. I much prefer animals to humans. I am DBS checked so you know your animals are in safe hands I am fully flexible with care! I’m self employed in my day job so am able to work around you! I can fit in walks or sits which work round you! I have a fenced front and back yard. I have children who know how to behave around dogs. I will treat your dog as I do my own (spoilt)
