“Alexandra is my daughter and we have a four year old Cockerpoo called Lola . Alexandra helped with all the training of Lola from when she was a puppy she was quickly house trained and Alexandra taught her to sit give you her paw and to lay down and to chase and fetch the ball . Alexandra loves taking Lola on long walks and also takes her Grandads dog out on walks for him . I can highly recommend Alexandra to look after your dog either just for walks or for overnight care which she does quite often for me and for friends and family .She will treat your dog as if it’s her own and show lots of love and affection .”

About: I've been around dogs my whole life, ranging in sizes. My love for dogs is enormous and I have pet sat and walked for 2 years now and I'm currently a proud owner to two little dogs of my own. I'm currentley working full time from home so I have a fully flexible schedule to look after dogs, especially if you're looking for a sitter throughout the day. NOVEMBER - DECEMBER 2023* I’ve updated my calendar for availability but wanted to put a note that Tuesdays and Thursdays I’m available from 12:30 onwards. I have a large garden that's completely fenced off, I also have a car which means I'm able to travel quite freely, taking dogs out and about and also having the flexibility to get to places with ease. Being a fog owner myself, I understand the stress and anxiety that comes with leaving your dog with someone else, so no ask is too big in my book! I will always keep you updated and follow any and all rules you have for your pet.

About: I have worked in the animal industry for over 6 years, undertaking a BSc (hons) degree in animal management and science, then working as a zookeeper for 4 years before working at a veterinary practice and retraining to be a veterinary nurse 👩‍⚕️🩺 I am available most weekends and weeknights, I work full time weekdays but can work around my schedule depending on your pets specific needs, just ask for specific requirements Your pets care will be tailored to their individual needs, I have 2 ferrets at home that can be caged when needed. I have a small front garden with a small wall and a larger fenced driveway to the rear of the property, with a canal walk just over the road

About: I’ve had dogs throughout all of my life with a range of breeds. I currently have a husky who is absolutely full of energy so I’m used to dogs that need that little bit extra sometimes. I’ve looked after family members dogs when they have been away as well as other small furries. I’m used to meeting dogs needs, making sure they’re fed, have plenty of water, good walks, playtime, bathing and lots of cuddles (if they like them of course!) I do work full time as a social worker but have flexibility to work from home at times and I am free on evenings and weekends. I absolutely love being around dogs so it doesn’t feel like an extra chore or job as such. Due to the nature of my job, I am DBS checked which hopefully reassures you that your dog will be in good hands 🐶 Looking after pets in their own home, I try to understand their routine to keep things as familiar as possible for them to help them feel relaxed and at ease with me.

About: I lost my two pugs, they were mum and daughter in the last few years. I currently have no other pets in the house, and miss having dogs around so much! Not wanting the full time commitment, but mini breaks with a pooch around would be lovely! Im self employed and work part time, I can work my diary around pet care. I don’t work weekends. If I need to go into work it would be for a maximum of two hours at a time, but I can also keep my diary clear when pet sitting. I have a fenced partially lawned garden, and an access all areas in the house policy…I much prefer a dog in the room with me, and sofas are not off limits.

About: As well as having experience taking care of my own animals from dogs, to cats, to snakes, to goats, to chickens, to rats, I have practical experience from college and working as a kennel assistant. I have a triple distinction grade certificate for my level 3 national extended diploma course in animal management meaning I have sufficient knowledge in animal behaviours and communications. I am currently unemployed and am wanting to board animals, pet sit and dog walk as a career choice. There is no career choice that I would rather have than to work with animals so I am fully available! We have a medium-sized, fenced back garden for the dogs to explore, however i would much prefer to walk them outside of the house to allow them to adventure more. My house is located near a field and a nature reserve, perfect for providing sufficient enrichment and exercise for your dogs! As well as this, we have male, friendly dogs of our own who can help to socialise your dog. You will recieve photos and videos of your dog to show you how well they are getting on under my care.

About: I have a bronze level in dog training I have also studied animal management for 3 years and have a level 3 in it I have my own dog as well I work at a coffee shop most of the time I don’t do much else I can come before and after work and on my days off whatever suits you best and fits in with my work I have a 5 year old lab he isn’t great with other dogs so will keep them separate and will care for yours like it’s my own I have just started an equine apprenticeship which I work 4 days or more from 8 till 5 but I am more then happy to come before or after work I want to make sure your pet is comfortable with me before you leave so meeting them helps and them getting use to me and you too so you know they are in good hands

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since a very young age, horses, hamster mice gerbils, Guinea pigs and rabbits. I have done house/pet sitting previously for friends and family and I am trusted by anyone who knows me. I am currently working from home but I only work a couple of hours each day and it’s remotely, I am able to take breaks at any time. Which means I am very flexible in terms of availability. I would provide a safe environment for any pet that I am looking after, ensure things are done thoroughly as I understand the importance of different care needs. About: Having owned dogs since being a child, I am well experienced in many breeds from pugs to labradors. My cocker spaniel “Eddie” lives at home full time and loves meeting new friends. We love exploring all over the country. Eddie has been from Cornwall to Inverness and loves visits to a beach. I own my own business so we can work around sittings and visits. We live near Wakefield centre with access to lots of safe, quiet walks. We have a large rear garden with secure fencing and a locked side gate. In summer the rear doors are open during the day and water is always topped up in the bowl. Food is given at routine times and all visitors have run of the house. We have ring cctv cameras at front and rear of the property. Our house is clean and smoke and child free.
