“If you are looking for someone to care for your dog, my advice would be to choose Ivans. My Boston Terrier doesn’t usually warm to people, is prone to chaos, and can be reactive. He is a complete gremlin, and I normally have to give people a full disclaimer before they meet him. Ivans came to watch Jerry for the day. Yet, he also ended up training him through play, patience, and a real understanding of how Jerry thinks. It was amazing to see him work through Jerry’s difficult behaviours without making it feel like formal training, and it won Jerry over quickly. His care for dogs is really visible, and it’s clear that he wants to set them up for success. My gremlin loved him right away, and the photo updates made me feel like I was in safe hands! I will definitely be working with him again for Jerry’s walking, his reactivity, and his general gremlin nature!”

About: I've taken care of a variety of dogs since I was younger such as labradors, cockapoos and staffies. They have ranged from puppies to more senior dogs. I have watched them overnight, to pop in visits and walking up to 4 at a time. I am a part-time worker with a schedule that works around me and my other commitments so therefore I am available at your convenience. I am skilled in how to keep pets happy and will give them 100% of my time and effort with no distractions. I will make sure I am aware of how to gain your pets trust and its likes/dislikes.

I understand how hard it is to find reliable sitters, day care, walkers or just someone to let them out during the day. I don’t work weekends I have a secure garden with a very well behaved Labrador who has been exposed to many different breeds at daycare herself so I can offer a safe loving environment.

About: I’m a 5th-year veterinary student with lots of hands-on experience caring for both cats and dogs. Before vet school, I worked as a student veterinary nurse, where I regularly cared for animals in practice and also provided cat sitting for clients of the veterinary clinic. About: From my young ages I had a dogs, on Slovakia from where I am we still have 7 dogs and when I come home for a holiday I play with them all the time. I have a hearth problems so I can't work, I am disabled, so this is the way what I can do and what I really love. I have a meadow and forest close to me so I can go with your dogs on the walk and play there. I have a garden too. I really like animals so i will be very happy when your dog will be at my home :) My English is low so this is type of way how to learn it. About: I've been a lifelong dog lover and owner. Apart from the Yorkshire terrier I had as a child, I've always been a fan/owner of rescue dogs, all shapes n size's n ages n medical needs and more. I'm happy to give animals any medication they may need, I understand if any pets have fears about other dogs, or objects. I can appreciate if you or your pet have any routines that need to be followed, and I will always abide by any rules/needs you and your pet have. I've experience of nervous dogs. I've also self funded my level 3 qualification in canine first aid, and I'm always keen to learn more about animals, dogs in particular, their psychology needs, training, behaviour. And I looked after a friend's housecat in January, so I've learned to change litter trays, and the importance of keeping housecats safe. My friends cat needs medication at set times through the day, so I got up early to give this, I adapted to the needs of the cat, and I'd do the same for any animal. It is a long time since I had rabbits, guinea pigs etc, but if you can educate about what you require me to do for your pet, then I'm eager to learn! Currently I help to care for my elderly father part time, but I have plenty of time to care for your pet needs. I don't have any children, and are unable to have my own pets , so I'd love to help other people care for their pets. I'm very adaptable, I drive my own car, I'm happy to work around your schedule. All I want to do is keep your pet and yourself happy. I adapt to whatever the situation I'm in presents to me. I understand that as humans are unique, so are our pets too. Keeping pets to routine they are used to me matters hugely to me, and equally keeping pets safe is of the utmost importance to me. As is respecting your and your pets privacy, I would never take a photo of your pet without permission, and I'd never post on social media. When I had my own dogs, I'd get up and let them into the garden if needed, then a cuddle and fuss, give them a little bit of breakfast, I'd have a cuppa, get dressed, and we would go for a walk. Then back home, a clean up if needed, a treat for them. If they wanted to play with toys then we would, if they wanted a nap they had one. Then another walk in the afternoon, then their main meal around 5pm, a dental stick around 6.30pm. Then more play if wanted, outside in the garden. Or snuggling on the sofa with me. I've tended to have mature dogs who enjoyed snoozing, but I was happy to go with whatever the dogs wanted. If my dogs needed it, they were bathed outdoors, as my bathroom is small lol.

About: I have lived on a small holding my whole life, caring for various animals including domestic, farm, and exotic pets. I have been part of the Riding for Disabled and 4 the Love of Cats (charity), as well as having experience in training Police dogs and horses. I care for my parents three dogs (two Golden Retrievers and a Cocker Spaniel) at their home when they go away on holiday. I am currently not working, so I have a flexible schedule to care for your pets at any time of the day or night, other than Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. I am happy to travel anywhere within my 10 mile working radius as I have a car, and can even take your pet out on a nature trip so long as they travel well. I am flexible in my care and can abide by any rules and schedules you set as long as you write it down for me.

About: Having owned dogs since being a child, I am well experienced in many breeds from pugs to labradors. My cocker spaniel “Eddie” lives at home full time and loves meeting new friends. We love exploring all over the country. Eddie has been from Cornwall to Inverness and loves visits to a beach. I own my own business so we can work around sittings and visits. We live near Wakefield centre with access to lots of safe, quiet walks. We have a large rear garden with secure fencing and a locked side gate. In summer the rear doors are open during the day and water is always topped up in the bowl. Food is given at routine times and all visitors have run of the house. We have ring cctv cameras at front and rear of the property. Our house is clean and smoke and child free.
