“Would highly recommend saffron to anybody that needs to leave there pets or houses in the hands of a very capable lady. From the day we had the meet and greet we knew she was going to be perfect and she didn’t let us down. We booked for a 10 day house sit to care for our dog Nyla and cat Blue. She did a fantastic job with regular contact and photos. The animals loved her and she left the house tidy. Can’t fault her . We will definitely be booking her again . 5 stars all round ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟🌟⭐️⭐️”

“I dont know what I'd do without Faye. Coco is a picky customer and she has warmed up to Faye demanding cuddles and attention. I dont have worries that Coco maybe feeling anxious or bored at all. At the end of the sit, Coco always seems happy and full of content. Faye is the perfect sitter, puts effort in to making sure Coco is happy and well looked after and she even tidied up and left the house lovely and clean. Thanks for being brilliant Faye! Xx”

“My Labrador Koda had a great time with Isabella. He went on some lovely adventures and she kept us up to date with lots of photos. When we came home he was still tired from all of their fun and the house was well looked after. All instructions were followed and she even stayed a little later than we’d planned because I’d got times mixed up! Would highly recommend Isabella and will be seeing if she’s free to look after Koda in the future. Thanks very much! Xx”

“As soon as I met Ellie I knew I was leaving Colin in good hands, she immediately got set understanding his needs and any little quirks and put my mind at rest. Would absolutely rebook again :) Thank you Ellie!”

Our pup took to her immediately, and she was extremely understanding and patient of his excitable moments and the fact he’s still being trained. We’re thrilled to have found Georgina, and will definitely book again”

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals and caring for pets has always been a big part of my life. From having my own dog, cat, and even a hamster, to looking after neighbours’ and family friends’ pets, I’m experienced with giving animals the love, attention, and care they deserve. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, happy, and comfortable while their owners are away. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals throughout the day. I’m available Monday to Friday from around 10am until 3pm, which gives me plenty of time for walks, playtime, feeding, and making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are busy or away. I’m reliable, flexible, and happy to give each pet the attention and companionship they need. I understand how important trust and safety are when it comes to pet care, and I always aim to create a calm, comfortable experience for every pet in their own home environment. As I’ll be caring for pets in the owner’s home, I make sure to follow their usual routines closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific care instructions. I treat every home and pet with respect, patience, and responsibility so owners can feel confident their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for while they’re away.
“Jade did a great job looking after our very senior Frenchie. Her updates were regular and nice to see and our home was very well looked after while we were away. We would definitely recommend and use Jade again! X”

“Honestly can’t recommend Saffron enough, she looked after our sometimes reactive GSD in our home and by the end of the stay he was smitten. Shes really knowledgeable and was so patient with Gimli to ensure he felt comfortable with her before the main house sit (he finds having new people in the home difficult) Thank you Saffron! X”

“Very professional, friendly and most of all, Skye loved her! I received lots of lovely photos throughout the day which was just what I wanted- thanks so much, will defo be booking again. Also, Caitlin was available last minute and went above and beyond to help- thank you ❤️”

“At short notice, Bambi came through for us to look after our dogs, Mia and Milo. Had great feed back during her time with Mia n Milo, with constant communication and pictures. They had a great time with walks and cuddles.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and now have one of my own, so being around them is second nature to me. I used to look after my friend’s/neighbours’ dogs/cats and now that I have some free time, I’d like to try to offer my help to others :) Some time ago, I also looked after some reptiles too, as the owner was away for a while - you can see 2 of the iguanas on one of the pictures included! Other than dogs, I’ve also had other family pets, such as rabbits, hamsters, degus, a chinchilla, a turtle and a cat. Not sure if I can say I have X years of experience, as I’ve never done it professionally, or full time, but I started when I was 15, so 10 years ago :) I’ve spent a lot of time training my dog (she’s very high-energy!) and have helped her make great progress with things like reactivity and being nervous around people. I also did a dog training boot camp, which gave me a better understanding of dog behaviour, body language, and how to train in an effective way. Most of my free time is spent walking, playing with, or training my dog, so I’m very used to keeping dogs happy, active, and mentally engaged. I’m really easygoing and will always make sure to stick closely to your dog’s usual routine and your instructions (no matter what they are), so they feel as comfortable as possible. I’ll always check in with you about what your dog needs and what you expect from me. I can also offer pet sitting from my home on some days, as long as an initial meet-up with my dog goes well 😊 (I am based in Meanwood) I’m currently working 3 days a week in the office but I work from home on Mondays and Fridays. My weekends are pretty much free as I only have my own dog to look after 🙂 I have a fenced garden but if your dog is an escape artist, I have long leads too if tethering is needed. I live a few minutes from Meanwood Park which is amazing for a good run, but is also packed with other dogs - therefore, a good understanding of what your dog is like is essential. I would need to know the following: • Is your dog reactive/nervous? How does it react to other dogs and people? • Do you let your dog play with other dogs? Anything to be cautious of? • Can your dog be off lead? Is the recall good? Do you use anything to help with the recall? • Does your dog have a high prey drive? Can it be around squirrels/birds, or is there a chance they might run away? • Do you have a routine for your dog? For example, how/when they’re being fed, do they need to be crated, do they need certain exercises/tools? • Does your dog have any medical issues or is currently on any medication? *just to be aware of, I do not drive*
About: Growing up with dogs, I have experience with caring dogs big and small so I can adapt how I look after the dogs to fit their personality. I also have pet sitting experience with anxious dogs who need a little extra care. I can also care for dogs young and old, as I have owned both. I have an open schedule so there are no set days where I cannot walk your dog when needed. I am available morning or evening to care for your dog. I have a fenced garden and live near a woods and park so your dog has space to roam on a walk. No other pets live in the house so if your dog is reactive there’s no need to worry. I live in a house of 12, who are all dog lovers with dog experience.

We cannot recommend Sam enough! He accepted our booking, came round to meet the boys and they warmed to him so well! He was so respectful of our house, sent lots of photos of the boys and looked after them perfectly. He will become a regular sitter for us for sure

Saffron was so wonderful. When we came home the house was exactly as we left it, which was a huge relief after having bad experience with previous house sitters not looking after our place. She kept us updated regularly with how she was getting on with Scout, and it was clear that Scout was very comfortable and relaxed with Saffron looking after her. Thank you!

Emily is the perfect dog sitter for us and Dexter! Emily is the first person we trusted leaving Dexter with and we are so pleased with the service Emily provides. She keeps us updated more than we could expect (such a bonus) with lots of pictures of Dexter. We have no concerns having Emily to stay and trust Dexter with her completely. Emily goes above and beyond expectations and we will always ask her to look after Dexter when we go away. Thank you Emily!

Coco was amazing looking after it two boys! She clearly knows and loves dogs very much, making sure they were fed and watered, and had a lovely long walk! Coco was great at communicating and gave frequent updates including photos, and the boys were so happy being looked after by her 🥰

Toni was absolutely fantastic with my elderly dog Millie. Millie can get quite anxious when I’m away and struggles with separation anxiety but Toni stayed with her all day and sent lots of photo and video updates of walkies, play time and cuddles. It was so lovely to come back to a happy and calm pup and Millie definitely sulked after Toni left! Would 100% recommend Toni and will be booking her for future pet sits :)

This is the first time we’ve left our elderly greyhound with anyone else so we were nervous, but we shouldn’t have been - Andrea was brilliant with Annie. She took great care of her, kept to Annie’s routine (which she’s very stubborn about) and kept us up to date too. Zero hesitation in looking to Andrea again in future if we need to go out for a long period of time.

Ella was fantastic with my two rescue boys, Bobby and Juan. Juan is quite nervous at first but Ella soon sent me pictures of him cuddling on the sofa and having snuggles! Ella sent me frequent updates and pictures which was very reassuring and helpful for me as an anxious dog mum! Ella is a lovely person, very caring, kind and clearly loves animals. Thank you so much Ella for taking such good care of our boys 🫶🏻

Erica was the perfect fit for the first person for us to leave our Dog with for a long period of time! Erica stayed at our house when we was away and was very respectful to our house and left it in a fantastic state. She kept us updated with daily messages, as to how he was getting on and what he had been upto! This certainly put our mind at rest that he was in good hands. Can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a dog sitter in the future!

Katie was incredible with our bengal cat. We needed a house/cat sitter very last minute and stayed with us for a week whilst we were on holiday. Very communicative, sent updates, videos and photos. The house was pristine when we arrived home. Our cat has been looking for her since she left, a wonderful person and cat sitter. Thank you so much Katie, you’re a legend.

Larry had a great time with Esme! Esme dealt with Larry's energetic nature with natural ease. She was very competent and thorough in her questions leading up to her stay to make things as easy as possible for her and for Larry and therefor we had no concerns whatsoever about leaving Larry in her care. She is a lovely person and we will definitely be booking her again soon!
