Rusty was made so welcome with Lorna . She is a very lovely young lady who loves the dogs she looks after. Rusty is only 3 years 8 months old and it is the first time he has been left with a sitter. I was very comfortable and happy to leave him with Lorna. I will definitely book with Lorna again !

Katie has walked Otto before and is brilliant with him but this was his first time boarding overnight....he loved it! Katie and her family are so caring and welcoming and clearly love animals. We were kept updated with messages, photos & videos and Otto (who can be anxious and my little velcro dog) fit right in and became part of their family and was clearly very happy & calm. They have a safe, enclosed garden and a beautiful walking trail behind their home which is perfect for dog walks. 100% recommended. Thanks so much!

Once again Izzy loved her time at Laura’s. We got updated, along with a photo later in the evening, before Izzy went to bed. We know Izzy loves it there, as she runs in and makes herself at home. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Laura and her family.

About: We've all loved dogs for as long as we can remember. Growing up, both my and my partner's families always had dogs, and more recently we had our own beloved dog who was a huge part of our lives. Sadly, we lost him, and while we miss him every day, we're not quite ready to welcome another dog into our family permanently. Pet sitting feels like the perfect way to share the love and care we have to give while helping other owners feel confident their dogs are in safe hands. As a reliable, caring family, we'll treat your dog with the same kindness, attention and affection that we gave our own - whether that's plenty of walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply making them feel comfortable and at home. Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine. My partner and I both work from home, so there's always someone around throughout the day to provide company, care, and regular toilet breaks. We also have three responsible teenagers who love spending time with dogs, so they'll receive plenty of attention and affection. As a family, we enjoy getting outdoors and going for walks, so your dog will have lots of opportunities for exercise, play and companionship. We'll make sure they feel safe, loved and part of the family while they're with us. Your dog's safety, comfort and happiness are our top priorities. At our home, they'll have access to a secure, fully fenced garden for supervised play and fresh air, as well as plenty of space indoors to relax with us. We'll follow your dog's usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, play, medication (if required), and any special instructions. We know every dog is different, so we'll make sure they receive the individual care, attention, and affection they need to feel settled and at home.

About: I have always been around dogs from been a young child, My family have always had dogs ranging from large to small. I am currently enrolled on a dog training course which is due to begin in the next few weeks. I also dog walk with local dog walking groups every week and look after my friend and family's dog (Again, large and small). I enjoy learning about each breed and there quirks and I am able to behave consistently with a dog who may require more of this approach . I am currently a full time parent to a SEN child, so around school hours my time is spent caring for my little one. I like to be out walking during the day as this helps calm my busy mind, I enjoy caring for animals as I find this so rewarding and been outdoors. I had to give up my career and looking after animals is one thing I thoroughly enjoy and take something from, other than been a mum! I have a fully enclosed garden, and close by my home is close access to fields and TPT where I enjoy walking. I have 1 small nurtured male Lhasa apso who is friendly and well behaved. Providing the dog is house trained, they would be allowed to roam my home freely (Unless otherwise requested). They would be treated in a home from home experience.

About: I have had dogs all my life. As a child and then my own when I left home. All rescue, from puppies to older dogs. I work part time but can fit my hours around different days to suit what I’m doing. The day starts early with a good walk then home for breakfast. Playtime and cuddles, then out again at tea time. There is a local park just across from my house and also fields and woodland if they require longer walks. There is just myself and my husband at home now. Our children are grown up. I have a good size garden which is fenced and private. I allow dogs anywhere in the house, they can sleep wherever they feel more comfortable, the bed if they want, but equally I would respect what you wanted. I will only feed your dog what you provide, and treats will only be what they normally have, unless you tell me different.

About: I’m a qualified Veterinary Care Assistant with over six years of veterinary experience, and caring for animals has always been my passion. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of species, breeds, and temperaments, giving me the confidence and knowledge to care for all kinds of pets. Whether they’re nervous, anxious, reactive, or simply full of energy, I understand that every animal is unique and deserves patient, compassionate care. At home, I have one dog, three cats, and horses, so animals have always been a huge part of my everyday life. I genuinely love spending time with them and treat every pet in my care as if they were my own. My Home My home is safe, secure, and fully pet-friendly, providing a calm environment where your pet can relax and feel at home. One of the reasons I decided to offer pet care is because I know exactly how it feels to leave your own dog behind. Whenever I’ve looked at kennels for my dog, I’ve always worried that she wouldn’t receive the same love, attention, and affection she gets at home. It made me feel anxious, and I know many owners feel exactly the same. That’s why I wanted to create a true home-from-home experience. When your pet stays with me, they’ll be loved, cared for, kept safe, and treated like part of the family. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind, knowing your pet is happy, secure, and receiving the individual attention they deserve. My Services Pet Boarding Your pet will enjoy a comfortable home environment with plenty of love, attention, and companionship. Dogs will be walked twice a day (tailored to their age, health, and routine) and will have lots of supervised playtime in our secure garden. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playing fetch, or simply relaxing with company, I’ll make sure they have a happy and enjoyable stay. Doggy Day Care A fun, safe, and caring environment where your dog can play, socialise, relax, and enjoy plenty of attention throughout the day. Drop-In Visits Ideal for feeding, toilet breaks, companionship, playtime, administering medication if needed, and ensuring your pet is comfortable while you’re away. I know how much your pets mean to you because I feel exactly the same about mine. I’ll keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your beloved companion is safe, loved, and in experienced hands. I’m currently on maternity leave, which means I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your pets and providing them with the attention, companionship, and care they deserve. I offer a flexible schedule and can accommodate pet care throughout the week, including weekdays and weekends, subject to availability. Every pet has their own routine, so I do my best to work around their usual schedule to help them feel comfortable and settled. Whether you need pet boarding, doggy day care, or drop-in visits, your pet will receive lots of love, attention, playtime, and regular updates while they’re in my care. If you have specific dates or requirements, please don’t hesitate to get in touch—I’ll always do my best to accommodate you. Your pet’s safety, happiness, and wellbeing will always be my top priority. I care for every pet as if they were one of my own, ensuring they receive plenty of love, attention, exercise, and companionship throughout their stay. My home has a secure, enclosed garden where dogs can safely play, explore, and enjoy supervised outdoor time. I’m also fortunate to have access to plenty of surrounding land, making it the perfect setting for long, enjoyable walks tailored to your dog’s age, fitness level, and individual needs. I always take the time to get to know each pet’s personality and routine, whether they love being active, enjoy playing games, or prefer a quieter, more relaxed environment. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medication, and any special requirements, so your pet feels as comfortable and settled as possible. With my background as a qualified Veterinary Care Assistant and over six years of veterinary experience, you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in experienced, caring hands. My aim is to provide a genuine home-from-home experience where every pet feels safe, secure, loved, and happy while you’re away.

Maria was great with communication and we left our dog in good hands for 12 days with Maria when we went abroad for a family holiday. We had the opportunity to meet Maria and her dog Bambi at their home before making the booking to ensure it was a good fit for both sides and to discuss any concerns. Received plenty of photos and updates and on returning home our boy is very happy and has been well looked after, definitely recommend and will use Marias services again if needed

About: I have a little pet care experience, watching over my friends cats Nelson and Dorito for a couple times. My family also had a German shepherd I used to look after. Fury friends always make me smile whenever I see them on the walk, and I dream about the day we’re going to welcome a dog to our home as well. I’m currently taking some time off work, so available most of the time during week and weekends as well, so gladly spend some quality time looking after your loved ones. About: Hi, I’m Chloe! ☺️ I’ve always had a huge passion for animals, and truly can’t think of anything better than spending my days with dogs! 🐾 I grew up surrounded by pups of all shapes and sizes — from Great Danes and Springer Spaniels to a cheeky little Jack Russell — so I know just how different (and special!) every dog’s personality can be. I live in Milton, Barnsley. This means I am super close to several large parks and miles of gorgeous countryside — the perfect spots for long or short walks, exploring, and getting all that happy energy out. Whether your pooch loves a good game of fetch or a steady countryside stroll, I’ll make sure they have the best time. Any dogs I look after are treated like my own — plenty of love, cuddles, and maybe a few too many treats! You can relax knowing your beloved companion is safe, happy, and being completely spoiled while you’re away. I love nothing more than spoiling your pooch - rest assured your baby will be treat like the prince or princess that they are whilst youre away! I will photograph/video & update everything we get up to so you feel like you are with us the whole time (unless you need a break!) 🐶💛 My prices vary and I am more than open to a discussion about pricing to what suits your needs! I have been walking dogs since I was 11 - My family had a springer spaniel and I used to walk him everywhere - he was so active and so am I - so we worked well! Since this, I have always enjoyed walking pooches. I lived in Leeds for 10 years and had a few regular dogs that I walked and looked after including a Cocker Spaniel, Staffie & Schnauzer. My Availability 🐾 I currently work Monday to Friday from 8:30-4PM - but my weekends are all about the dogs! 🐶💛 From Friday evening through Sunday night, I’m completely free to look after your pups and give them my full attention. Whether they love long countryside walks or just want to curl up on the sofa for snuggles, I’ve got them covered. I’m lucky to have lots of lovely walking routes nearby — perfect for getting some fresh air and tail wags in! And if your dog prefers a more relaxed vibe, they’re always welcome to make themselves at home and chill on the sofa with me. 🐕🛋️ Your dog’s safety and happiness are always my top priorities. I live in a cozy house with a large, secure garden — perfect for safe playtime and fresh air. Being in a rural area means we’re surrounded by peaceful countryside walks and quiet lanes, ideal for relaxed strolls or energetic adventures, depending on your pup’s personality. I take every precaution to make sure your furry friend feels comfortable, cared for, and safe at all times. You can count on regular updates, plenty of photos, and complete peace of mind knowing your dog is in loving, responsible hands. 💛

About: I found. A love for dogs when my sons got their dogs. I then spent three years in Bulgaria and helped at a dog rescue. I personally saved five dogs from the street. They were almost dead from starvation and covered in ticks. All found their forever homes. I have no other commitments and I am happy to look after your pets in your own home. I am honest, trustworthy, police checked, insured and reliable, and would treat your pets as my own. 😊 I have no other job or commitments so completely flexible. About: I have hands-on experience caring for a wide range of pets, including dogs, cats, small animals, and puppies. My background in education has taught me to be patient, observant, and highly attentive—qualities that translate directly into excellent pet care. I’m confident handling energetic pets who need active engagement as well as calmer or senior animals who require a gentler, more structured routine. What sets me apart from other sitters is my combination of reliability, genuine affection for animals, and strong communication skills. I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and stimulated while keeping owners updated with regular photos and messages. I’m experienced with basic puppy training, reinforcing positive behaviours, and maintaining consistent routines. I’m also comfortable supporting senior pets with slower-paced walks, medication reminders, and extra care when needed. My goal is always to make your pet’s time with me feel like a second home—safe, fun, and full of love. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine because I have plenty of availability and genuinely enjoy spending my time with animals. I’m flexible with scheduling and able to accommodate daytime, evening, and weekend bookings, which allows me to adapt to each pet’s needs and routine. Whether it's regular walks, drop-in visits, or longer stays, I’m able to give pets consistent attention, exercise, and companionship throughout the day. I plan my schedule around the pets in my care, making sure they’re never rushed and always get the time, patience, and engagement they deserve. Safety and trust are my top priorities whenever I care for someone’s pet. Whether I’m looking after them in my home or in the owner’s home, I create a calm, structured, and secure environment so pets feel comfortable and owners feel confident. In a pet owner’s home, I follow all routines exactly as instructed—feeding schedules, walk times, house rules, and any special needs. I make sure doors and gates are always properly secured, keep a close eye on the pet’s behaviour, and maintain a clean, tidy environment. I respect the owner’s space and ensure their home is left just as I found it. I also provide regular updates so owners always know how their pet is doing.

About: My daughters passion is dogs, she is currently working towards becoming a canine and small animal hydrotherapist so we have decided to open up a pet care business together, with the name coming from her favourite breed, we have "Hannahs Sausage Strolls"! I have been caring for dogs for all of my life. I started my career in gundog training and then moved on to assistance dog training, specialising in puppy raising and post 12 month assessments. I have specialised experience with puppies, and dogs of a nervous disposition. Hannah is home educated and I work from home and part time, therefore our schedule is entirely flexible to suit your needs. We are available at short notice, and sometimes same day services. I will always do an initial visit before any home check ins begin, where we will discuss how you would like me to care for your dog and any specific safety measures you currently have in place.

About: I am a qualified dog grooming teacher with over 10 years’ experience in training individuals to become skilled, compassionate, and responsible groomers. My teaching goes far beyond coat care — I focus on the overall health and wellbeing of dogs, ensuring learners understand how grooming plays a vital role in early detection of health issues such as skin conditions, parasites, ear infections, and behavioural concerns. I also teach safe handling, salon hygiene, first aid, and client communication, preparing learners for both employment and running their own grooming businesses. A key part of my teaching is upholding and promoting the Five Animal Welfare Needs as outlined in the Animal Welfare Act. I ensure the learners understand how to create a safe, low-stress environment for each dog, and how to respect their emotional and physical needs throughout the grooming process. This includes recognising stress signals, understanding behavioural needs, and always grooming in a way that protects dogs from pain, suffering, injury, or disease. Over the years, I’ve proudly trained hundreds of groomers, many of whom have gone on to build successful careers. I’m passionate about raising standards in the grooming industry and believe that excellent grooming begins with knowledge, compassion, and respect for animal welfare. Dogs are able to travel to work with me and are in my care all day. They are regularly taken out for rest breaks whilst at work. They have access to fresh clean water and are walked often. During the school holidays I am at home with the dogs all day. My garden is completely secure, it is fenced off around both sides and I have a garage at the other side that is connected to my house. Dogs will also have their own safe place to go and relax.

Obie has been to Millie’s twice now and really loves it there. When we pull up outside Obie scrambles as the car window in excitement. Millie looks after Obie well and is attentive to her needs and the situation on the day. I am disabled and would struggle to get out of the car to a front door so Millie has been really accommodating by coming out and taking Obie from the car. Will carry on using and recommend!

About: I regularly care for a friendly cocker spaniel, so it's important that your dog is comfortable around other dogs. I've been informally dog sitting for around two years now and I really enjoy it. I work an office job during the week, so I am available to help from Friday at 3pm until Sunday evening. I'm an active sitter and love a long outdoor adventure in all weathers. I'm just as happy to take a stroll on lead down my nearby lanes, engage in a game of fetch or have a cheeky snuggle on the sofa for the afternoon - sometimes its hard to tell who's having more fun :) Your dogs will be free to roam around the bungalow, which is based in a quiet cul de sac in Great Houghton. There are no rules to where they can go, they are free to enjoy beds, sofas and the small enclosed garden we have out the back of the bungalow. I will try to stick to your normal routines where possible and will of course send updates and photos as many times as you need, I want you to feel just as relaxed as your pet. I work Monday to Friday so I'm only available on weekends. I usually have a cocker spaniel on a Saturday so please only get in touch if your dog is comfortable around other dogs I'm in a quiet cul de sac with an enclosed garden. There are lots of fun walks near me in varying length. Animals that stay here are treated as members of the family and will be loved and cared for as you would your own :)

About: I've always had dogs in my life. I lost two elderly dogs last year and so badly miss having dogs . I dog sit for our friends dogs whenever possible, but would like to open our home to more. More cuddles, more walks, more mess and more craziness. If you have a dog who needs close attention and wants to feel secure, I can give that care. If your dog needs long walks, I would love that. Our two dogs became infirm when they were old. If you dog needs extra care as an elderly dog, I have the experience. I hold independent comprehensive dog-care insurance. I work part time from home. No routine as such, so I can fit around what your dog needs. Some days are quiet and other days include a long walk and play. We have a large, fenced, dog friendly garden which is completely secure. Your dog will have plenty of room, inside and out. Plus my bed to sleep on, if that is what they like.

About: Pets have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My family has a lovable 11-year-old Labrador whom I helped train from puppyhood — from basic commands to good leash manners. We also shared 18 wonderful years with a gentle British Shorthair cat, so I understand the unique needs of both dogs and cats at every life stage. Whether it’s energetic playtime, patient training, or quiet cuddles, I treat every pet like my own. Your furry family member will get the same love, attention, and care I’ve given my own for decades. Because I work from home, your pet gets my full attention all day. I can easily fit in frequent potty breaks, play sessions, and walks, and I’m always around for company and cuddles. My flexible schedule means I can stick closely to your pet’s routine — whether that’s early morning walks, midday training, or late-night check-ins. Having pets around while I work makes my day better, and I love giving them the same care, patience, and companionship I’ve given my own over the years Whether your pet is staying at my place or I’m visiting yours, they’ll get the same love, attention, and comfort they’re used to. In my home, I make sure there’s plenty of space to play, cozy spots for naps, and a safe, calm environment. I stick to your pet’s routine for feeding, walks, and playtime so they feel secure and happy. When I care for pets in their own home, I keep things consistent — from their favorite walk routes to the way they like their food prepared. My goal is to make every visit or stay feel like home, so your furry friend stays relaxed, loved, and well-cared for.

In addition, I have regularly looked after family and friends’ dogs while they are away, providing feeding, walking, companionship, and home-based care. Through this experience, I’m comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities and needs, including those who prefer a calmer, more relaxed environment. I understand how important it is for dogs to feel safe, settled, and well cared for when away from their owners. I do work full time 9-5 remotely at home during weekdays so I am able to care for your pet at weekdays and weekends I provide a calm, caring, and safe home environment for dogs. While I don’t currently own a dog myself, this allows me to give my full attention to any pets staying with me. My home has a secure, fully fenced garden, allowing dogs to enjoy safe outdoor time. I live right next to a park and have access to lots of nearby walking routes, so dogs will receive regular walks, exercise, and mental stimulation suited to their needs. I understand how important trust is when leaving your pet with someone new, and I’m happy to provide updates, photos, and reassurance throughout their stay.

About: Hi, I’m a 34-year-old dog lover with a real passion for the outdoors and for seeing dogs truly happy and fulfilled. There’s nothing better to me than fresh air, long walks, and watching a pup’s tail wag with excitement. I believe every dog deserves not just exercise, but meaningful time outside where they can explore, sniff, play, and simply enjoy being a dog. I have six months of hands-on experience working with dogs, building confidence in handling different breeds, temperaments, and energy levels. I am also first aid trained, so your dog’s safety and wellbeing are always my top priority. You can feel reassured knowing they are in capable and caring hands. Looking ahead, I’m committed to expanding my professional qualifications. I plan to gain NASDU certifications in General Purpose (GP) and drug detection, as well as continue my studies to become a qualified behaviourist. I’m passionate about understanding dogs on a deeper level and constantly improving my knowledge and skills. Whether your dog loves high-energy adventures or calm, steady walks, I will always tailor our time together to suit their individual needs. My goal is to ensure they feel safe, stimulated, fulfilled, and loved every single time we’re out together. 🐾 I am happy to be available full time 7 days a week. I have flexible hours and I am able to work around you and your schedule. I can follow the routine you already have in place as my own dog thrives of routine. I believe that dogs need a combination of walks, play and fulfillment as well as plenty of rest.

About: I have looked after friends and families dogs/cats and even budgies for many years. I am canine first aid trained. I love meeting new animals and adapting my skills to suit them. I cater for all ages of pets and look forward to meeting many more furry friends. I am respectful to my surroundings at other people’s homes and I like to keep the owners updated during my time with their beloved pet. I work part time and work pet care around this. All my requests are carefully considered to meet the pets needs the best I can. When I house sit at people’s houses, I will always request a meet and greet beforehand. I ask the owner if their pet has any special requirements/triggers/behaviours that I need to keep an eye on. I will ensure the animal is where it needs to be in the house before I leave and always ensure the pet is fed at the correct times and always has fresh water to hand.

Me and my husband were out of the country and knowing she was very thorough made us feel at ease. Every walk we had pictures to look at and a description of how they were and we felt like we knew what they had been up to. Thank you

About: I have recently completed a level 5 in animal management and have a strong understanding of animal care and behaviours in both cats and dogs. I hope to become a dog trainer within the guide dogs and having some dog walking experience on my resume would help me to achieve my goal. Whilst I am still relatively young I'm eager to develop my experience with animals and dogs walking would be the perfect opportunity to do just that. I am available all day on weekends and during mornings before 3pm Monday to Thursday. I work Mondays to Fridays but I do an afters shift. I understand how to clean after animals and I have much experience doing this from living with animals and working with them at university. I also know how important enrichment such as walking and playing with animals is for their development and mood. I have also conducted research on animal nutrition and understanding portion sizes for animals of various sizes and breeds.

About: I’ve always loved being around dogs and spending time outdoors, so dog walking is something I genuinely enjoy rather than just a job. Whether it’s a relaxed stroll, a long adventure, or exploring new routes, I’m happiest with a four-legged friend by my side! 🌿🐕 I’m an active, caring, and reliable person who will always match the pace, personality, and energy of the dog I’m with—whether they’re full of zoomies or prefer taking life one sniff at a time. A little about my experience 🦴 I’ve had dogs for over 10 years and have regularly cared for the pets of family and friends, so I’m comfortable with different breeds, personalities, and routines. I also have a Labrador of my own, so I know all about the energetic, slightly chaotic “crazy dog” moments! Whether your dog loves to run, play fetch, swim, or simply curl up for cuddles, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved throughout our time together. Every dog is unique, so I’ll always take the time to get to know their routine, personality, and what makes them happiest. ❤️ I’ll also keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages 📸 so you can relax knowing your best friend is having a great time. I’m currently working part-time, so I’m able to offer flexible availability Monday- Wednesday. I am happy to provide morning, afternoon, and evening drop-in visits where possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priority. I make sure to follow all care instructions closely, keep pets secure during walks and visits, and provide a calm and caring environment while you’re away.

I have a good size garden which is fenced and private.

I can fit in walks or sits which work round you! I have a fenced front and back yard. I have children who know how to behave around dogs. I will treat your dog as I do my own (spoilt)

Well what can I say. Alanna is amazing. Winnie my gorgeous girl 🐶 can be very anxious about new people but she just took to Alanna from the off. I felt reassured right from the beginning that Winnie would be happy with her and she was. She normally doesn’t eat when we go away even staying with family but she settled straight away. I Can highly recommend Alanna.

Molly loves spending time at Nat’s. We work shifts and Molly stays overnight. Nat has other dog’s that stay and also provides day care so Molly gets to play with all the other doggy’s while she’s there. When we pick Molly up she is tired - sleeps when we get home. We would highly recommend Nat to anybody looking for a fab funtastic stay for their doggie’s.

Coco had a fantastic time with Melanie, it was the first time we had left her with someone she didn’t know and we did worry but didn’t need to as she had a great time. Was great to get a photo to see how settled she was on the first night and also see her happy face when we collected her and it was obvious she had enjoyed herself. Definitely will be using Melanie again!

Abi was absolutely fantastic; she took Poppy into her home as one of her own & absolutely spoiled her. Abi kept us updated on walks & visits, sending lots of photos & videos. Poppy looked so happy when we picked her up; she’ll definitely enjoy her next holiday with Abi
