I was very comfortable and happy to leave him with Lorna. I will definitely book with Lorna again !”

About: I have had dogs all my life. As a child and then my own when I left home. All rescue, from puppies to older dogs. I work part time but can fit my hours around different days to suit what I’m doing. The day starts early with a good walk then home for breakfast. Playtime and cuddles, then out again at tea time. There is a local park just across from my house and also fields and woodland if they require longer walks. There is just myself and my husband at home now. Our children are grown up. I have a good size garden which is fenced and private. I allow dogs anywhere in the house, they can sleep wherever they feel more comfortable, the bed if they want, but equally I would respect what you wanted. I will only feed your dog what you provide, and treats will only be what they normally have, unless you tell me different.
“Once again Izzy loved her time at Laura’s. We got updated, along with a photo later in the evening, before Izzy went to bed. We know Izzy loves it there, as she runs in and makes herself at home. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Laura and her family.”

“Think we have found the best dog sitter in the world. It was Sargents first night away from us in four years, Chloe was so good with him and kept us informed with msg and pictures, he won’t be stopping anywhere else.”

“Demi was brilliant sent photos and a video of Kia my fur baby she made herself comfortable on the sofa with Demi husband and made my time leaving with them so easy Kia got sulks on with me when I got her home because she had such a good time playing with Demi dog and cats. Definitely recommend Demi to any dog owners who after leave there pets whilst they are away. Thank you Demi I think Kia would like to come back for another good time.”

“Maria was great with communication and we left our dog in good hands for 12 days with Maria when we went abroad for a family holiday. We had the opportunity to meet Maria and her dog Bambi at their home before making the booking to ensure it was a good fit for both sides and to discuss any concerns. Received plenty of photos and updates and on returning home our boy is very happy and has been well looked after, definitely recommend and will use Marias services again if needed”

“Our first time using this service and it comes with some trepidation leaving your favourite child ;(we have 3 of those horrible human types too) with strangers. However from the first message and inviting us around with Rufus for a house visit, at which he disgraced himself, which I am ashamed to say, yet Amy was still happy to take care of him whilst we were off getting married! Over the visit everything went really smoothly and we were updated with how was doing and received many pictures of him having the time of his life (half we a sleep in various positions). It sounds like he was contributing to their office based pub quiz as well! Although I'm not sure he knows many answers I'm and certain he would happy form an alliance again with them in the future.”

“Wow, Brillant. Devon and her family made Honey feel very much at home. Honey seemed to really enjoy being there, she was very tired when we picked her up which is brillant. Thank you so much. Highly recommend Devon.”

“Both my fur baby's stayed with Alex well I took my kids on a coach trip and before that they went for a trial day and I had the same problem both times they dug their paws in and didn't want to leave they absolutely loved it there and with the other beautiful dogs to play with and all the cuddles and fusses they was getting I don't think they realised I had gone.in the day I was getting plenty of photo and video updates on how they was doing that put me more at ease leaving them would definitely recommend her to anyone she's my girls favourite person now.”

I am currently enrolled on a dog training course which is due to begin in the next few weeks. I enjoy learning about each breed and there quirks and I am able to behave consistently with a dog who may require more of this approach . I am currently a full time parent to a SEN child, so around school hours my time is spent caring for my little one. I like to be out walking during the day as this helps calm my busy mind, I enjoy caring for animals as I find this so rewarding and been outdoors. “I honestly can’t thank Stacey enough for the amazing care she gave Ozzy while I was at work. Leaving your dog with someone else can be worrying, but she made me feel completely at ease from day one. Stacey kept me updated with lots of lovely photos and messages throughout the day, so I always knew Ozzy was happy and having the best time. It was obvious she cared for him as if he were her own, giving him so much love, attention, and care. The biggest sign of all was on the second day—Ozzy couldn’t wait to get back and actually ran straight to her house with his tail wagging! That told me everything I needed to know about how comfortable and happy he was with her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stacey to anyone looking for someone kind, reliable, and genuinely passionate about dogs. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my boy, Ozzy.”

About: I've always had dogs in my life. I lost two elderly dogs last year and so badly miss having dogs . I dog sit for our friends dogs whenever possible, but would like to open our home to more. More cuddles, more walks, more mess and more craziness. If you have a dog who needs close attention and wants to feel secure, I can give that care. If your dog needs long walks, I would love that. Our two dogs became infirm when they were old. If you dog needs extra care as an elderly dog, I have the experience. I hold independent comprehensive dog-care insurance. I work part time from home. No routine as such, so I can fit around what your dog needs. Some days are quiet and other days include a long walk and play. We have a large, fenced, dog friendly garden which is completely secure. Your dog will have plenty of room, inside and out. Plus my bed to sleep on, if that is what they like.
“I’m very happy with Millie, she’s caring and her communication is brilliant. She sends messages and photos of Pippin, keeping me informed of how he is. I appreciated this a lot. Will definitely be booking Pippin again. Thank you so much, Millie. ‘till next time xx”

There are no rules to where they can go, they are free to enjoy beds, sofas and the small enclosed garden we have out the back of the bungalow. I will try to stick to your normal routines where possible and will of course send updates and photos as many times as you need, I want you to feel just as relaxed as your pet. About: I've grown up with cats and dogs my entire life and have extensive hands-on experience caring for animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I currently have a friendly Labrador who is well socialised and used to being around both dogs and cats. Outside of pet care, I organise an annual dog show with the charity Friends of Middleton Park and, this year, I'm also organising a free community dog show for the Belle Isle Gala in partnership with Belle Isle Tenant Management Organisation. I have animal first aid experience and access to veterinary advice and emergency support 24 hours a day, giving you added peace of mind while your pet is in my care. I have my own transport and, at weekends, weather permitting, your dog may enjoy trips to local parks and beauty spots for extra enrichment and exercise. Of course, you'll receive plenty of photos, updates, and messages throughout their stay so you can see just how much fun they're having. When your pet stays with me, they will be treated like part of the family. I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable home environment where your pet's wellbeing is my top priority. I work from home, which means your pet will have plenty of company, supervision, and attention throughout the day. Pets are never left alone for more than two hours, and in most cases are with me almost all of the time. Before the booking, we'll discuss your pet's routine, preferences, dietary requirements, and any special needs to help them settle in as comfortably as possible. During their stay, your pet will receive plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and affection. I will stick as closely as possible to their normal routine to help them feel at home. You'll receive regular updates, photos, and messages so you can see how your pet is getting on and enjoy peace of mind while you're away. I also have animal first aid experience and access to 24/7 veterinary support should any concerns arise. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my priority. I have a fully fenced garden, giving dogs a secure outdoor space for exercise, play, and toilet breaks. Inside the home, pets are never left without companionship, as I have other friendly pets to keep them company when I’m out. I also use multiple water fountains and automatic feeders, which are monitored and will alert me when levels are low. This means fresh water is always available and feeding routines are followed on schedule, even when I’m not at home for short periods. When out on walks, dogs are always kept on a lead for safety. If appropriate and with owner permission, I also use extendable leads so they can enjoy extra freedom to explore while still remaining secure and under control. As I work from home, pets are supervised for most of the day and are never left alone for more than 2 hours. I maintain a calm, safe environment and follow each pet’s usual routine closely to help them feel settled and secure. Regular updates and photos are provided so you can feel confident your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for throughout their stay.

About: Pets have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My family has a lovable 11-year-old Labrador whom I helped train from puppyhood — from basic commands to good leash manners. We also shared 18 wonderful years with a gentle British Shorthair cat, so I understand the unique needs of both dogs and cats at every life stage. Whether it’s energetic playtime, patient training, or quiet cuddles, I treat every pet like my own. Your furry family member will get the same love, attention, and care I’ve given my own for decades. Because I work from home, your pet gets my full attention all day. I can easily fit in frequent potty breaks, play sessions, and walks, and I’m always around for company and cuddles. My flexible schedule means I can stick closely to your pet’s routine — whether that’s early morning walks, midday training, or late-night check-ins. Having pets around while I work makes my day better, and I love giving them the same care, patience, and companionship I’ve given my own over the years Whether your pet is staying at my place or I’m visiting yours, they’ll get the same love, attention, and comfort they’re used to. In my home, I make sure there’s plenty of space to play, cozy spots for naps, and a safe, calm environment. I stick to your pet’s routine for feeding, walks, and playtime so they feel secure and happy. When I care for pets in their own home, I keep things consistent — from their favorite walk routes to the way they like their food prepared. My goal is to make every visit or stay feel like home, so your furry friend stays relaxed, loved, and well-cared for.

About: We have both grown up having our own pets, having a variety of different animals, including multiple dogs and cats that we have fed, walked, bathed etc. We have looked after other peoples dogs, cats and other animals previously as well. This has given us lots of experience: we have looked after puppies, seniors, animals that have needed medication or other special treatments. We both have part-time work however with enough notice we can choose our hours to schedule around yours. We have different schedules so one of us is usually free if not both of us. If you do have a preference of which one of us visits your pet that’s fine as well just let us know, as we understand some animals have a preferred gender. We live in an apartment building but it there still has enough room for a small-medium sized dog if they can be quiet or any sized cat. The apartments are gated off with a little garden area on the property. And they is a big park next to my building for walks as well. We don’t mind looking after your pet at your own home to allow them to feel more comfortable in their environment as well. We will try cater to your dogs or cats needs as much as possible if you have any specific requests.

“Very nice person took msrley on a walk while I have pulled my ankle he seemed to have enjoyed himself as when he got back he went to sleep would recommend anyone for a dog walk with her”

About: Hi, I’m Chloe! ☺️ I’ve always had a huge passion for animals, and truly can’t think of anything better than spending my days with dogs! 🐾 I grew up surrounded by pups of all shapes and sizes — from Great Danes and Springer Spaniels to a cheeky little Jack Russell — so I know just how different (and special!) every dog’s personality can be. I live in Milton, Barnsley. This means I am super close to several large parks and miles of gorgeous countryside — the perfect spots for long or short walks, exploring, and getting all that happy energy out. Whether your pooch loves a good game of fetch or a steady countryside stroll, I’ll make sure they have the best time. Any dogs I look after are treated like my own — plenty of love, cuddles, and maybe a few too many treats! You can relax knowing your beloved companion is safe, happy, and being completely spoiled while you’re away. I love nothing more than spoiling your pooch - rest assured your baby will be treat like the prince or princess that they are whilst youre away! I will photograph/video & update everything we get up to so you feel like you are with us the whole time (unless you need a break!) 🐶💛 My prices vary and I am more than open to a discussion about pricing to what suits your needs! I have been walking dogs since I was 11 - My family had a springer spaniel and I used to walk him everywhere - he was so active and so am I - so we worked well! Since this, I have always enjoyed walking pooches. I lived in Leeds for 10 years and had a few regular dogs that I walked and looked after including a Cocker Spaniel, Staffie & Schnauzer. My Availability 🐾 I currently work Monday to Friday from 8:30-4PM - but my weekends are all about the dogs! 🐶💛 From Friday evening through Sunday night, I’m completely free to look after your pups and give them my full attention. Whether they love long countryside walks or just want to curl up on the sofa for snuggles, I’ve got them covered. I’m lucky to have lots of lovely walking routes nearby — perfect for getting some fresh air and tail wags in! And if your dog prefers a more relaxed vibe, they’re always welcome to make themselves at home and chill on the sofa with me. 🐕 I do work nearby so I am able to pop home on lunch breaks too 🐶 Your dog’s safety and happiness are always my top priorities. I live in a cozy house with a large, secure garden — perfect for safe playtime and fresh air. Being in a rural area means we’re surrounded by peaceful countryside walks and quiet lanes, ideal for relaxed strolls or energetic adventures, depending on your pup’s personality. I take every precaution to make sure your furry friend feels comfortable, cared for, and safe at all times. You can count on regular updates, plenty of photos, and complete peace of mind knowing your dog is in loving, responsible hands. 💛

“Emma was absolutely perfect – if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! She was so lovely and friendly, and communication was effortless from start to finish. She sent us regular photo and video updates to let us know Charlie was okay, which really put our minds at ease. Emma and her family were amazing with Charlie – I’m fairly sure she would have preferred to stay with them than come back home! It was clear she was well cared for and loved. We honestly couldn’t have wished for more. Thank you so much, Emma – we’ll definitely be using you again!”

“Our dog Miller had an absolutely brilliant time on her holidays! We had regular contact and lots of photos, Georgia and her family were so welcoming and gave her so much love and attention. Would highly recommend using Georgia as a sitter, and will definitely be using her again ourselves!”

About: I’m a qualified Veterinary Care Assistant with over six years of veterinary experience, and caring for animals has always been my passion. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of species, breeds, and temperaments, giving me the confidence and knowledge to care for all kinds of pets. Whether they’re nervous, anxious, reactive, or simply full of energy, I understand that every animal is unique and deserves patient, compassionate care. At home, I have one dog, three cats, and horses, so animals have always been a huge part of my everyday life. I genuinely love spending time with them and treat every pet in my care as if they were my own. My Home My home is safe, secure, and fully pet-friendly, providing a calm environment where your pet can relax and feel at home. One of the reasons I decided to offer pet care is because I know exactly how it feels to leave your own dog behind. Whenever I’ve looked at kennels for my dog, I’ve always worried that she wouldn’t receive the same love, attention, and affection she gets at home. It made me feel anxious, and I know many owners feel exactly the same. That’s why I wanted to create a true home-from-home experience. When your pet stays with me, they’ll be loved, cared for, kept safe, and treated like part of the family. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind, knowing your pet is happy, secure, and receiving the individual attention they deserve. My Services Pet Boarding Your pet will enjoy a comfortable home environment with plenty of love, attention, and companionship. Dogs will be walked twice a day (tailored to their age, health, and routine) and will have lots of supervised playtime in our secure garden. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playing fetch, or simply relaxing with company, I’ll make sure they have a happy and enjoyable stay. Doggy Day Care A fun, safe, and caring environment where your dog can play, socialise, relax, and enjoy plenty of attention throughout the day. Drop-In Visits Ideal for feeding, toilet breaks, companionship, playtime, administering medication if needed, and ensuring your pet is comfortable while you’re away. I know how much your pets mean to you because I feel exactly the same about mine. I’ll keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your beloved companion is safe, loved, and in experienced hands. I’m currently on maternity leave, which means I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your pets and providing them with the attention, companionship, and care they deserve. I offer a flexible schedule and can accommodate pet care throughout the week, including weekdays and weekends, subject to availability. Every pet has their own routine, so I do my best to work around their usual schedule to help them feel comfortable and settled. Whether you need pet boarding, doggy day care, or drop-in visits, your pet will receive lots of love, attention, playtime, and regular updates while they’re in my care. If you have specific dates or requirements, please don’t hesitate to get in touch—I’ll always do my best to accommodate you. Your pet’s safety, happiness, and wellbeing will always be my top priority. I care for every pet as if they were one of my own, ensuring they receive plenty of love, attention, exercise, and companionship throughout their stay. My home has a secure, enclosed garden where dogs can safely play, explore, and enjoy supervised outdoor time. I’m also fortunate to have access to plenty of surrounding land, making it the perfect setting for long, enjoyable walks tailored to your dog’s age, fitness level, and individual needs. I always take the time to get to know each pet’s personality and routine, whether they love being active, enjoy playing games, or prefer a quieter, more relaxed environment. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medication, and any special requirements, so your pet feels as comfortable and settled as possible. With my background as a qualified Veterinary Care Assistant and over six years of veterinary experience, you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in experienced, caring hands. My aim is to provide a genuine home-from-home experience where every pet feels safe, secure, loved, and happy while you’re away.
About: I regularly care for a friendly cocker spaniel, so it's important that your dog is comfortable around other dogs. I've been informally dog sitting for around two years now and I really enjoy it. I work an office job during the week, so I am available to help from Friday at 3pm until Sunday evening. I'm an active sitter and love a long outdoor adventure in all weathers. I'm just as happy to take a stroll on lead down my nearby lanes, engage in a game of fetch or have a cheeky snuggle on the sofa for the afternoon - sometimes its hard to tell who's having more fun :) Your dogs will be free to roam around the bungalow, which is based in a quiet cul de sac in Great Houghton. There are no rules to where they can go, they are free to enjoy beds, sofas and the small enclosed garden we have out the back of the bungalow. I will try to stick to your normal routines where possible and will of course send updates and photos as many times as you need, I want you to feel just as relaxed as your pet. I work Monday to Friday so I'm only available on weekends. I usually have a cocker spaniel on a Saturday so please only get in touch if your dog is comfortable around other dogs I'm in a quiet cul de sac with an enclosed garden. There are lots of fun walks near me in varying length. Animals that stay here are treated as members of the family and will be loved and cared for as you would your own :)
“Millie had been absolutely fantastic. I was a bit worried to leave them as this is the first time we've used a service like this but millie put me at ease. Regular photos and updates immediately put a smile on my face. 1000% recommend, your pups are in excellent hands. Xx”
