About: As a pet owner, it is important to provide your pet with proper care and attention. This includes ensuring they have a balanced diet, regular exercise, and access to fresh water. Grooming, including brushing and bathing, helps keep them clean and healthy. Providing mental stimulation through playtime and toys is important for their well-being. Lastly, showing them love, care, and affection contributes to their happiness. I will tailor their care based on their specific needs. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekends, and weekdays talk to me then we can arrange time. As a pet care provider, safety, trust and the environment are my top priorities when caring for animals in both my home and the pet owner's home. Here are some key aspects of how I look after their well-being: 1. Security: I create a safe environment by pet-proofing my home or a designated area in a pet owner's home. This includes removing any hazardous items, securing electrical wiring, and ensuring there are no harmful plants or substances within reach. 2. Trust: Building trust with animals is essential. I take the time to get to know them, understand their needs and provide them with a calm and nurturing environment. I use positive reinforcement techniques to reinforce good behavior and build a strong bond with it. 3. Environment: I strive to provide animals with a comfortable and stimulating environment. This includes providing comfortable bedding, access to clean water and a designated place to eat. I also provide toys and engage in interactive play to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. 4. Regular exercise: I provide animals with regular exercise tailored to their specific needs. This may include walking, playing and other physical activities to keep them active and healthy. 5. Feeding: I follow the pet owner's instructions regarding feeding schedule and dietary requirements. I ensure that meals are delivered on time and that food is properly stored to maintain freshness and prevent contamination. 6. Hygiene: I maintain good hygiene by regularly cleaning and sanitizing the pet's living area, including its bedding, litter box or other designated area. I also follow personal hygiene rules, e.g. washing my hands before and after contact with animals. 7. Communication: I maintain open and transparent communication with the pet owner. This includes providing updates on your pet's welfare, any concerns or observations, and promptly responding to any questions or requests you may have. Overall, my goal is to provide animals with a safe, comfortable and loving environment, whether that is my home or the pet owner's home. Their well-being is my priority and I make every effort to ensure that they are happy and healthy while in my care.

About: I’ve grown up with small dogs, needing the typical love and cuddles. My boyfriend has a husky so I’ve learnt more about bigger dogs who need more attention, especially a reactive husky who has bounds of energy! I am a supply teacher who needs an excuse to be out in nature more. My boyfriend lives in America and I had to come home to England temporarily, walking dogs helps close my exercise rings and to keep me sane whilst I miss him! I would care for a pet by giving them my presence. Giving them love, making sure water bowls and any food they need has been replenished and getting their energy out on walks!

About: Hey, I'm Hannah , and I'm passionate about caring for animals! I've grown up around pets my whole life, including dogs, cats, and even goats, thanks to my dad. While I’m just starting out as a dog walker and pet sitter, I’ve learned a lot about responsibility, patience, and how to keep animals happy and healthy. I’m reliable, enthusiastic, and excited to give your pets the love and attention they deserve while you’re away or just need to get nose deep in some work or self-care. As for cats, I grew up with a family cat who had kittens, and I’ve helped care for my friend’s cats (and dog) while she was on holiday. My aunt has two cats, and my girlfriend has a cheeky ginger cat who loves Dreamies (and always begs for more!). While I’m just getting started professionally, I have plenty of hands-on experience from growing up with animals. I’m reliable, patient, and happy to care for your feline friends, making sure they’re safe, comfortable, and loved. Let me know how I can help care for your furry friends! I'm a bit of a night owl, so don't worry if you have late or odd hours. I'm happy to fit you in whenever possible. I will make sure I familiarise myself with the layout of the house and where all important items are, will photos frequently of your pet(s).

About: From the age of 3 I have had Guinea Pigs up until the last couple of years. I fed, watered, health checked and cleaned them out regularly. Since 14 I have been helping the neighbours care for their dogs from puppies to senior. These roles include feeding, ensuring they always have clean water, are healthy and safe before I leave and I always feed back anything I have noticed on a walk. Over the past 4 to 5 years I have walked dogs including several Labrador Retrievers and Cocker Spaniels, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross, a Jack Russel Terrier, a Poodle, a Goldendoodle and White West Highland Terriers. I allow the dogs to walk at their speed especially as they get older and only take them on walks suitable to their health. I always try to learn about the dog before to be able to form a bond. I was dog training pre-COVID from puppy ages right up to the Gold Kennel Club Award. I did this for about 3 1/2 years. If you were training your animal then I would be happy to help from implementing this inside the home to when walking outside. I will use equipment give to work with the dog as long as it is safe. I will not use pinch collars or e-collars and any slip leads used will be on older dogs. I groom dogs when I am back at home. I have been training and working since the end of the first lockdown in 2020. I work safely when with the pets and when talking to the owners ensuring that I give any necessary feedback. If your dog has a longer coat then regular brushing helps ensure that the coat remains matt free. Matting is likely to build up in places such as legs but wearing a harness can also lead to quicker developing matts in a dogs' chest, belly and behind their front legs. If needed I can groom your dog as long as you have suitable equipment however I will not remove any matting if it may cause your dog harm or distress. I worked in kennels and a cattery for work experience whilst doing my Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management and I also did a Level 2 Dog Walking course alongside in my second year. In this time I learnt more about how to safely work with the animals who are in an enclosed space which often they are not used to or having someone enter their personal bubble. I worked efficiently but ensuring I maintained the safety of the animal I was working with to protect both them and myself. I have finished my BSc Canine Training and Performance. I have worked at rescues, groomers, kennels and in a training group since I started and have loved my jobs. I trained a puppy for my mum who has successfully gone into therapy work and was present for miltiple assessments for Pets As Therapy I do boarding from your home which helps ensure your pets to be as least stressed as possible. I understand letting a new person into your home can be stressful and worrisome so I ensure all clients I work with have had a meet and greet so everyone is put to ease and I’m available to contact you whenever you would like to help out your mind at rest while you are away. You are more than welcome to ask for updates or information at any time and I shall respond as soon as I have got the message

With having pets already, I know how important constant routine is, so their needs come before my own, whilst having the freedom to be their fun, fluffy selves! I have a fenced back garden, we pet proof everything and they have free reign of the house, but still have boundaries so we make a fun, but fair environment

Zoe was an absolute godsend when my mum couldn't look after my mini dash this week. She was an absolute star. I left a house key for her to let herself in and Millie took to her straight away! From all the lovely photos we got on her walks, I think Millie had an absolute blast, but Zoe is such a lovely person I'd actually book her again just to hang out 😂 such a lovely person, and you can tell that she absolutely loves animals. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Zoe changed the puppy pad without asking and left a beautiful note and gift for Millie and I. It sounds weird but I'm sad that my mum will be back to look after Millie when I'm back at work as I genuinely think Zoe won us over. I would definitely book Zoe again if she'll have us, when my mum is away again. ❤️

About: I have owned a miniature dachshund for 3 years who has regular walks as well as mental stimulation such as sniffer mats, trick training and licki-mats. I will never give treats unless owner specifically tells me that it is okay and will always ask about allergies. If your pet is comfortable with being brushed I'm also happy to do grooming to help keep on top of their coat condition. I like working with young dogs, but I will never so no to an older pet who just wants to cuddle on the sofa. I'm new to sitting for others and my experience is simply caring for my own dog. I can work most days and times as this is my job. I may require some days off due to family commitments, but other than that I am open most days. I will come to your home to care for your pets. I can make sure indoor pets are kept secure and happy and allow outdoor cats freedom. I can walk dogs for 30 minutes, but if you need 60 minute walks I can accommodate. As I'm a single female I don't tend to do night time walks, but this could be arranged once get to know one another.

About: Ever since I was old enough to look after our family pets I have loved doing so. Growing up I was mainly surrounded by terriers with some exposure to working collies. At the age of 23 I got my own dog, a German Pointer who I have cared and trained solely for. Weekends and evenings are going to be most suitable at the start of the new year but over the Christmas period I have more flexibility to work around your needs. I will care for your pet as you see fit and ensure to cause as little change to their routine as possible to avoid any unnecessary stress

About: I have grown up with a variety of animals my entire life, all varying in ages and sizes. I currently provide pet sitting and walking in addition to my current full time job for friends and family. This includes looking after my sister’s 11 month old puppy and training where possible. I am currently working full time Monday to Friday in a college. With my weekends free, I work from home on Mondays and Fridays which allow me to pet sit on these days, I can do overnight stays so long as I don’t have an event. With my job I sometimes do overtime which allows me to book off additional days for pet sitting should I need to. I prefer looking after pets in the pet owners home as I believe pets deserve to feel at home and safe, what safer space is there for them than a space they live in. I will provide the upmost care and respect in your home, I am also DBS checked

About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life - I have had multiple pets so I have experience - I currently have a French bulldog who my partner cares for when I am dog sitting. As I work from Home, this means your fur babies get 100% attention while I’m there :) I currently work from home and I am in control of my hours so I can fit in the pet care around my job. I am able to pet sit for owners and make sure the pets get 100% attention, walks, feeds & so on. If I am watching a pet at an owners property I need to know the garden is enclosed and safety is at a maximum. I like to meet the pets & owners first before I agree to a booking to make sure the pets are okay with me and its a good connection.
