“Our dog loved spending the day with Hannah. Walks, play and cuddles all with beautiful photos and videos sent to us. It was the first time using a sitter and Hannah put us at ease straight away. Will definitely use her again l”

“Eleanor has been fantastic, we can't recommend her enough. She looked after our 2 cats for 5 days whilst we were on holiday. She is friendly and professional and provided good communication throughout the whole process from booking to stay. I felt assured that the kitties were being looked after well, and they were both very relaxed when we returned. Very happy overall and we will definitely use Eleanor again.”

About: As a pet owner, it is important to provide your pet with proper care and attention. This includes ensuring they have a balanced diet, regular exercise, and access to fresh water. Grooming, including brushing and bathing, helps keep them clean and healthy. Providing mental stimulation through playtime and toys is important for their well-being. Lastly, showing them love, care, and affection contributes to their happiness. I will tailor their care based on their specific needs. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekends, and weekdays talk to me then we can arrange time. As a pet care provider, safety, trust and the environment are my top priorities when caring for animals in both my home and the pet owner's home. Here are some key aspects of how I look after their well-being: 1. Security: I create a safe environment by pet-proofing my home or a designated area in a pet owner's home. This includes removing any hazardous items, securing electrical wiring, and ensuring there are no harmful plants or substances within reach. 2. Trust: Building trust with animals is essential. I take the time to get to know them, understand their needs and provide them with a calm and nurturing environment. I use positive reinforcement techniques to reinforce good behavior and build a strong bond with it. 3. Environment: I strive to provide animals with a comfortable and stimulating environment. This includes providing comfortable bedding, access to clean water and a designated place to eat. I also provide toys and engage in interactive play to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. 4. Regular exercise: I provide animals with regular exercise tailored to their specific needs. This may include walking, playing and other physical activities to keep them active and healthy. 5. Feeding: I follow the pet owner's instructions regarding feeding schedule and dietary requirements. I ensure that meals are delivered on time and that food is properly stored to maintain freshness and prevent contamination. 6. Hygiene: I maintain good hygiene by regularly cleaning and sanitizing the pet's living area, including its bedding, litter box or other designated area. I also follow personal hygiene rules, e.g. washing my hands before and after contact with animals. 7. Communication: I maintain open and transparent communication with the pet owner. This includes providing updates on your pet's welfare, any concerns or observations, and promptly responding to any questions or requests you may have. Overall, my goal is to provide animals with a safe, comfortable and loving environment, whether that is my home or the pet owner's home. Their well-being is my priority and I make every effort to ensure that they are happy and healthy while in my care.
“Jules is absolutely amazing! She always keeps me updated, gives Buddy lots of attention, and ensured he was happy, comfortable, and well cared for the entire time. It’s clear how much she genuinely loves dogs. Buddy came home relaxed, happy, and clearly adored his time with her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jules to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and reliable dog sitter. She’s fantastic!”

“Charlotte has been amazing, she kept us up to date with photos and msgs of Bailey. This is the first time we have left him with someone other than family, he was fussy and happy when Charlotte arrived and was the same when we came home. We would definitely use Charlotte again!! Thank you for the wonderful care you gave our pup.”

“Rosie was amazing, easy to speak to. Can have a laugh and a smile when you meet and greet, She was so patient and kind with my Oakley, he is a large breed and it often puts people off, however Rosie was nothing like that she adored him! (Big dog but wouldn’t hurt a fly lol) Rosie took in everything I had said and was really effective. I recommend Rosie for anyone who needs support with their pets when away. She’s reliable and understanding. No better person to have with your dog. I’m so pleased and will definitely be a repeat customer. Again Thank you so much for your help and time. 💗💗💗”

“Tara obviously is thoroughly invested in providing a professional and accommodating house sitting service. She engaged immediately with a meet and greet at my house and took on board my requests etc. I would have no hesitation in booking Tara again.”

“We were very pleased with our dog sitter Jemima. The dogs loved here. Would highly recommend her and using the agency again which provided us with the security and support we wanted for ourselves and dogs whilst we had to leave them in the care of another person knowing that our dogs had never been left before other than within our own family. Very pleased and happy.”
“Courtney was great with Teddy. She stayed with him pretty much the whole time, which really helped him feel settled and safe. She also kept in touch while we were away, sending pics and updates which was really reassuring. We came home to a tidy house, Teddy fed and happy, and she’d even done a wash and taken the bins out which was really thoughtful. She was respectful of the house, asked if she wasn’t sure about anything, and just had a really good attitude. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Would definitely recommend. :)”

“Maisie house sat for my two boys (lab and a whippet) for 1 night and she was great with them! They loved spending time with her and she left the house super tidy. They’re excited for her to come for another holiday soon. Thanks, Maisie!”

“Rebecca did a great job looking after my 2 cockapoos for 2 nights. Having booked a couple of months before Rebecca came to meet us and the dogs in our home - it was great to see how she would get on with the dogs. We agreed times for the dog sitting - she let me know when had arrived and sent a few pics over the couple of days. Rebecca paid great attention to the dogs usual routine and came home to 2 happy dogs! I’d happily have Rebecca dog sit again - thank you!”

“We are so happy that we found Jude to look after our dogs whilst we were on holiday. They are both quite anxious but she was calm and took time to get to know them. She was happy to stay at our house to cause less disruption for our dogs and she was so tidy- you wouldn't have known she had been there. When we returned the dogs were happy and content. We will definitely ask Jude to look after them again and would recommend her.”

About: I have hands-on experience caring for both dogs and small animals. I understand the unique needs of different pets—energetic pups, shy seniors, and tiny critters alike—and focus on creating calm, safe, and happy environments. I offer flexible scheduling to make sure your pets get care that fits your routine: • Dog walking: mornings, afternoons, or evenings tailored to your dog’s energy and needs • Dog sitting & drop-ins: weekdays, weekends, or occasional evenings • Small animal visits: daily or as needed for feeding, habitat care, and playtime Every visit is calm, consistent, and stress-free, and I’m happy to follow your pet’s unique routine to ensure they feel safe and cared for. Your pet’s safety is my top priority. I am fully insured and DBS-checked, so you can feel confident leaving your pets in my care. I follow all handling, hygiene, and leash protocols, and I make sure your home and your pet’s environment are safe, clean, and stress-free. I’m happy to meet beforehand to discuss routines, special needs, or preferences, ensuring your pets feel comfortable, secure, and loved at every visit.
About: While I don’t currently have my own dog, I have in the past had two dogs and I would love to again in the future. In the meantime I really want to spend more time around dogs as I absolutely love them. I’m an avid walker so I think that would go hand in hand with taking your playful pets out and about whether that’s to a local park or dog field. I’m also happy to do overnight stays for pet sitting. I’m a shift worker so tend to have a lot of evenings/nights free and I know my rota for the rest of the year so I’m able to work around that to offer the best to your pets. I’m happy to do drop ins/walking services even on my days that I work either before or after I finish and on my days off I’m available all day. I am able to care for pets in your own home by offering a safe environment where pets will be comfortable and have all their needs met. For walking I would prefer to keep pets on a leash so if this isn’t suitable for your dog please let me know.
