“Paul looked after Duggie for two days, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He kept me updated every day with messages and photos, which really put my mind at ease and allowed me to properly enjoy my birthday surprise without worrying. It’s clear that Paul is very knowledgeable about dogs and understands their behaviour well. Duggie was in safe, capable hands the whole time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, and we will definitely be using his services again in the future. THANK YOU PAUL & FAMILY”

“Ellie really saved the day when I'd been let down with dog boarding. After our meet and greet, I was instantly confident that my dog Flynn would be happy with her. She is so friendly, her home is perfectly placed for excellent dog walks, I got regular updates and Flynn was very obviously happy when we picked him up 4 days later because he kept going back and forwards from us to her. Ellie would be my no.1 choice for any dog care in future!”

“Jasper had a lovley stay with Joshua . He was happy and relaxed for the stay and I felt at ease knowing he was in safe hands! I received regular pics and updates throughout his stay which was lovley to see and reassuring. Jasper and I would definitley book using Joshua again! Thank you <3”

“Bernard & Frieda were again very much at home with Adam. He shared frequent updates, plus was able to administer medicine for Bernard while we were away. We have total confidence in leaving our dogs with Adam.”

“So happy to have found Dan on Rover. Couldn’t ask for a nicer and more caring person to look after my Molly. Regular updates with pics was super nice, so my mind was at ease while away. It’s very clear Dan loves dogs and they certainly love him back. Will definitely love to have my dog stay with Dan in the future without hesitation! Thanks so much Dan!!”

“It was our first time leaving our 8 year old dog Luna with a stranger but Kirsty and her family made us (and the dog!) feel so much at home. From the minute we booked and arranged a meet up prior to her stay, to the second her stay was over, Kirsty was updating us lots with plenty of pictures and videos, which reassured us massively. We can’t thank them enough - and I didn’t think Luna wanted to leave! We will definitely be booking again when needed 😀🐾”

“A huge thank you to you Katie, and your family, for looking after Bowser for 2 nights. He looked like he had a great time. Lovely photo updates and messages which really do give you piece of mind. I loved the pre meet and greet, perfect added touch. I think Bowser had loved playing with Dasiy, I wish he could see her more. So cute together. I felt 100% comfortable with him staying. You have a gorgeous home and family. Thank you ever so much x”

“Bruce had an absolute amazing stay with Millie, she ensured all his needs were met and he was look after and cared for. Millie ensured bruce was settled and at ease prior to booking by offering a meet and greet session at her home. Bruce loved his stay with you and had definitely made a new best friends. Highly recommend and will definitely book again . Thank you so much for taking care of him for us. 😀”

“I could not have asked for a better experience with Megan and her partner after Oynx’s recent stay with them. We were somewhat let down by a friend just before going abroad and what would usually be a mad panic was completely resolved by Megan putting us fully at ease. She offered to do a meet and greet before the date to make sure she and her Bella were the right fit, proving she actually cares about your dogs welfare. While away we received frequent updates and pictures which kept me at ease, and since Onyx is a bigger somewhat complicated breed I always have worries leaving him with people but honestly he had a better time with her than I’ve ever known him have. All in all I can’t recommend Megan enough, and I will be 100% be using her again, thank you so much.”

“As always, very happy with the service provided by Sara, regular updates and pictures which is always a pleasure to see. I’m sure Alfie is looking forward to his next visit 🐶🎉”

“Dotty had a great time i had regular updates with photos which was lovely. Rob and his wife are lovely they looked after dotty as if she was their own. I don’t think she wanted to come home!”

“Ellie massively helped us out at relatively short notice when we really needed a sitter to pop in and check in on our kitty for a couple of days over the Christmas period. She was wonderful - really organised, easy to communicate with and highly trustworthy considering we hadn’t really had anyone pop round for drop in service before. Our cat seemed to really like her and enjoy her company - would 100% recommend and ask for her help again. Thanks so much! Xx”

About: For cats, I adapt to each personality, whether social or shy, indoors or enjoy outdoor time. In my previous home in Leeds, I lived in an area with quite a few strays which I got to recognise and help with food and treats. They knew that at my home they'd get a meal. This is how I met my female ginger cat, Misty.
“I arranged for Bethany to drop in for an hour and walk our Patterdale Terrier when we were out for the day. She came to meet him a couple of days before and asked about his routine etc. She came on the day as arranged and walked him and fed him. She sent updates and asked questions regarding his food, and let us know he was all good. Thank you - very happy x”

About: From the age of 3 I have had Guinea Pigs up until the last couple of years. I fed, watered, health checked and cleaned them out regularly. Since 14 I have been helping the neighbours care for their dogs from puppies to senior. These roles include feeding, ensuring they always have clean water, are healthy and safe before I leave and I always feed back anything I have noticed on a walk. Over the past 4 to 5 years I have walked dogs including several Labrador Retrievers and Cocker Spaniels, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross, a Jack Russel Terrier, a Poodle, a Goldendoodle and White West Highland Terriers. I allow the dogs to walk at their speed especially as they get older and only take them on walks suitable to their health. I always try to learn about the dog before to be able to form a bond. I was dog training pre-COVID from puppy ages right up to the Gold Kennel Club Award. I did this for about 3 1/2 years. If you were training your animal then I would be happy to help from implementing this inside the home to when walking outside. I will use equipment give to work with the dog as long as it is safe. I will not use pinch collars or e-collars and any slip leads used will be on older dogs. I groom dogs when I am back at home. I have been training and working since the end of the first lockdown in 2020. I work safely when with the pets and when talking to the owners ensuring that I give any necessary feedback. If your dog has a longer coat then regular brushing helps ensure that the coat remains matt free. Matting is likely to build up in places such as legs but wearing a harness can also lead to quicker developing matts in a dogs' chest, belly and behind their front legs. If needed I can groom your dog as long as you have suitable equipment however I will not remove any matting if it may cause your dog harm or distress. I worked in kennels and a cattery for work experience whilst doing my Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management and I also did a Level 2 Dog Walking course alongside in my second year. In this time I learnt more about how to safely work with the animals who are in an enclosed space which often they are not used to or having someone enter their personal bubble. I worked efficiently but ensuring I maintained the safety of the animal I was working with to protect both them and myself. I have finished my BSc Canine Training and Performance. I have worked at rescues, groomers, kennels and in a training group since I started and have loved my jobs. I trained a puppy for my mum who has successfully gone into therapy work and was present for miltiple assessments for Pets As Therapy I do boarding from your home which helps ensure your pets to be as least stressed as possible. I understand letting a new person into your home can be stressful and worrisome so I ensure all clients I work with have had a meet and greet so everyone is put to ease and I’m available to contact you whenever you would like to help out your mind at rest while you are away. You are more than welcome to ask for updates or information at any time and I shall respond as soon as I have got the message

About: Hi, I'm Luisa! I'm originally from Spain and have been living in England for almost 11 years. Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, I grew up surrounded by dogs, pigeons, parrots and more, and I currently share my home with a 10 year old cat. EXPERIENCE: I have taken care of animals from friends and family, mostly dogs, cats and rodents, but I have accrued 3 years of experience as a professional dog sitter. After stepping away for a while to focus on other jobs as a chef, sales assistant and marketing executive, I'm now back to pet sitting while I study towards a career in Psychology (for humans), although, my interest in behaviour and wellbeing also extends to animals. DOGS: I'm a dedicated self-learner. During the time I wasn't actively working as a sitter, I kept studying canine behaviour, following professionals who stay up to date with current research and apply it through positive reinforcement, a training and care approach based on rewarding good behaviour rather than punishing unwanted behaviour. I'm not a dog trainer, but this knowledge allows me to understand much better dogs' body language. With having pets already, I know how important constant routine is, so their needs come before my own, whilst having the freedom to be their fun, fluffy selves! I will follow the plan that we come up with together at the meet and greet, the maximum time left between visits is 4 - 4 1/3 hours, with a half an hour visit or walk in the day. I will stick to their feeding plans, and we will enjoy lots of cuddles and play time.

About: I have owned a miniature dachshund for 3 years who has regular walks as well as mental stimulation such as sniffer mats, trick training and licki-mats. I will never give treats unless owner specifically tells me that it is okay and will always ask about allergies. If your pet is comfortable with being brushed I'm also happy to do grooming to help keep on top of their coat condition. I like working with young dogs, but I will never so no to an older pet who just wants to cuddle on the sofa. I'm new to sitting for others and my experience is simply caring for my own dog. I can work most days and times as this is my job. I may require some days off due to family commitments, but other than that I am open most days. I will come to your home to care for your pets. I can make sure indoor pets are kept secure and happy and allow outdoor cats freedom. I can walk dogs for 30 minutes, but if you need 60 minute walks I can accommodate. As I'm a single female I don't tend to do night time walks, but this could be arranged once get to know one another.

About: I've been caring for dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. Growing up with pets has given me a genuine understanding of their different personalities, routines, and individual needs. I've owned a Labrador Retriever and currently have a Working Cocker Spaniel, so I have hands-on experience with both relaxed family dogs and more energetic breeds that require plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. I've also had cats throughout my life, giving me a good understanding of feline behaviour and the importance of providing a calm, safe, and stress-free environment. In addition to caring for my own pets, I've looked after dogs and cats for neighbours, friends, and family, including home visits, feeding, walks, playtime, companionship, and check-ins while owners have been away. I understand that every pet is unique, which is why I take the time to follow each owner's instructions carefully. Whether it's sticking to a specific feeding schedule, administering medication orally(if required), maintaining exercise routines, or simply providing plenty of love, attention and reassurance; I tailor my care to ensure your pet feels comfortable, happy, and well looked after. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind, knowing your pet is being cared for as if they were my own. I am also fully insured for your peace of mind and carry first aid kit either on me or in the car. I have a flexible schedule, which means I'm available for boarding, drop-in visits, and walks throughout the week, including weekends. This allows me to provide plenty of time, attention, and companionship to the pets in my care, while working around their usual routines. Your pet's wellbeing is always my top priority. This includes feeding schedules, exercise, playtime, medication (where needed), and any special requirements to help them feel comfortable and settled. During warmer weather, I also take extra precautions to keep dogs safe. If temperatures exceed 22°C, I won't take dogs out for walks, as heat can be dangerous. Instead, I'll provide indoor enrichment, play, and plenty of attention, along with access to fresh water and regular comfort breaks in a safe, shaded area where appropriate. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are my highest priorities. I provide a calm, loving, and secure home where pets can relax and feel part of the family while you're away. I live in a house with a large, fully fenced garden, giving dogs a safe outdoor space to play, explore, and enjoy regular toilet breaks. Inside, they'll have plenty of companionship, attention, and a comfortable environment to settle into. I also have a 5-month-old female Working Cocker Spaniel who is friendly, playful, and enjoys the company of other dogs. She has a gentle nature and is also comfortable around cats. I always introduce pets carefully and supervise interactions to ensure everyone feels safe and at ease. I understand that every pet is different, so I'll always follow your instructions regarding routines, boundaries, feeding, exercise, and any special requirements. My aim is to provide the same level of care, patience, and affection that I'd want for my own pet, so you can enjoy complete peace of mind while you're away.
About: My dog is a rescue from Romania and she's terrified of everything. Me and Nala have came a long way from when I first got her. She's an angel now. I do work from 2 - 6:30 Monday to Friday however I do have a lot of free time and don't mind taking time off to look after your pup! I love taking care of dogs and pups. I have a fenced garden, I have a dog bed and treats. Any type of information helps and I will do my best to provide.
About: I have taken care of friends and families, neighbours pets for them whilst they are away, or at work. I have a dog of my own and had him since being a puppy and would love to help others out with looking after their pet whilst they are away or at work and unable to. I’m currently studying so I have a lot of free time as well for something I enjoy doing. I am free most days and can also do last minute requests. I have a fenced garden at my house and it’s a rather big open plan home so they would have plenty of space to play and roam around. I am able to adapt and change things if necessary to make you feel more comfortable and confident in looking after your fur baby
About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life - I have had multiple pets so I have experience - I currently have a French bulldog who my partner cares for when I am dog sitting. As I work from Home, this means your fur babies get 100% attention while I’m there :) I currently work from home and I am in control of my hours so I can fit in the pet care around my job. I am able to pet sit for owners and make sure the pets get 100% attention, walks, feeds & so on. If I am watching a pet at an owners property I need to know the garden is enclosed and safety is at a maximum. I like to meet the pets & owners first before I agree to a booking to make sure the pets are okay with me and its a good connection.

“Bernard & Frieda were again very much at home with Adam. He shared frequent updates, plus was able to administer medicine for Bernard while we were away. We have total confidence in leaving our dogs with Adam.”

Ross updated us with messages on Elsie, which gave me real peace of mind especiallyas ut was her first long time away from us and we were unsure how she would be . “Xiao is an amazing host! They provided outstanding care for our 13 year old dog. She was pampered and spoiled the whole time we were away, always resting somewhere comfortable, getting a lot of attention and clearly enjoying her stay. They noticed every little change in her behavior and made sure it was normal for her. We were getting a lot of nice pictures and regular updates. I had no worries at all that our dog was in good hands while we were on our trip. In addition, they were more than accommodating to all our needs. Flexible drop off and pick up times. Our flight got delayed, so we were not able to pick up our dog on the day we were supposed to. Xiao offered to host her for another night at no extra cost right away. I would recommend Xiao to anyone and happily leave our dog with them again. Highly recommended.”

“Matthew was caring and conscientious whilst looking after our little dog. The circumstances were less than ideal, the weather was 30 degrees and she unfortunately had an illness which required antibiotics, although she was well in herself by the time we left her, she still needed to finish her course of medication whilst staying with Matthew. Matthew kept me updated and in touch the whole time, and immediately shared any concerns, and acted as necessary. Thank you Matthew”

“Anastasia is perfect, Luna absolutely adores her :) It’s not easy for Luna to get used to new people usually but with Anastasia there was an immediate connection and my mind is always at ease when I leave my baby with her.”
