I have a secure fenced garden and a friendly indoor cat. While she is gentle and calm around other animals, she can be a little nervous around unfamiliar pets. To ensure a stress-free environment for everyone, I can keep her on a separate floor of the house when needed. My home has three floors, providing plenty of space to safely separate pets if required. I will always make sure that both your pet and my cat are comfortable, happy, and well cared for during their stay!

About: I’ve been around dogs since I was a young child. I’ve dealt with dogs with medical issues, mobility issues and senior dogs. I love taking them for walks and bonding with them. I work from home so my schedule is flexible for your pet needs whether it be taking them on a walk or drop in visits. About: Hi there, I’m Amy! I’ve taken care of dogs for years, including several family friends, and my own family pet Poppy the Springer Spaniel. I am the main caregiver when family is away and am confident looking after dogs of all kinds. I am currently working in a school, so have availability every evening after 4, and also on weekends. I am available for regular care, and am happy to do overnight care occasionally. I am available to walk your dog or visit at the sitters house. I am used to caring for anxious and distressed dogs and know how to calm them down in their own homes and public.

About: I have grown up with a variety of animals my entire life, all varying in ages and sizes. I currently provide pet sitting and walking in addition to my current full time job for friends and family. This includes looking after my sister’s puppy and training him where possible. I am currently working full time Monday to Friday in a college. With my weekends free, I work from home on Mondays and Fridays which allow me to pet sit on these days, I can do overnight stays so long as I don’t have an event. With my job I sometimes do overtime which allows me to book off additional days for pet sitting should I need to. I prefer looking after pets in the pet owners home as I believe pets deserve to feel at home and safe, what safer space is there for them than a space they live in. About: I had my own Labrador for 9 years and went through the fun of training him, enjoying the outdoors with him. Also medicating him as well, whether that be being able to get him to take tablets or syringe fluid in the mouth. This is my full time job and while my availability throughout the week is bookable. During the weekends I’ll be tailored with my bookings. When it comes to dog walking I offer 1:1 walks. Therefore you know your dog will get all the attention. When it comes to pet sitting, I’ll take your dog/s out for a 30 min walk and for cats I’ll follow the instructions you layout.

I work hybrid so have the flexibility to WFH meaning lots of cuddles and toilet breaks, plenty of walks and engagement. I also work half days on Friday so have the availability to walk on Friday afternoons too. I am happy to view homes before dog sitting and understand the environment in which your pet lives in, will require the basic needs of your dog before hand and learn about their habits (no off lead etc)

About: I’ve recently lost my beloved 13 year old dog and I would like to keep up with dog walking and dog cuddles. I have 2 granddogs that I look after regularly. I am retired so have lots of time available. I live in a quiet village setting with nice off road walks and open spaces and dog paths. I have a fenced large garden. I can also easily accommodate separate walks for your dog if you prefer. I will also be taking care of my own dog when my parents are at work, so I have plenty of time to spend with your dog. I can easily accommodate a dog crate, if your dog is happiest sleeping there. I have a medium-sized fenced garden and live close to Bootham park and the river for nice walks. Your dog is welcome on the sofa and my priority is making them welcome and comfortable.

We also have a 6ft fenced garden for safe off-lead time. I'm currently between jobs, which means I have plenty of flexibility and availability during the week.
